背景技术
现代社会生活节奏快,工作压力大,人们容易患有各种慢性疾病, 影响生活质量。特别是男性由于生活压力的关系,都会有虚腰痛、脾胃 虚弱的症状,严重者还会引起血虚精亏、腰酸耳鸣、头晕目眩。
中医学认为:“正气存内,邪不可干。”人体的正气包括气、血、阴、 阳等,对人体有温煦、滋养的作用,同时能抵御外邪。中医学通过调补 机体正气,可发挥对机体的免疫功能调节的作用。盖肺为气之主,主皮 毛,主卫外,为免疫的屏障。皮毛包括皮肤,粘膜、肌肉、汗腺、毛发 等组织,皮毛是抵御外邪入侵的防线,其作用的强弱,取决于肺气的充 足与否,腠理开合是否正常,所以肺卫是抗御外邪的第一道屏障。若肺 气虚,开合失职,肺卫不固,外邪乘虚而入,便可由皮毛伤肺,则肺气 宣降失职。脾主运化,为后天之本,气血生化之源。李东垣说:“内伤脾 胃,百病由生。”故脾胃损伤,则运化腐熟水谷精微之职失常,气血生化 不足,内不足以维持脏腑正常生理机能,外不足以抗御病邪的侵袭,形 成内伤虚劳,又易感受外邪,因而产生种种疾病。肾为先天之本,生命 之根,与免疫的关系最为密切。肾藏精气,化生元气,维持人体的生长 发育,是人体生命活动的原动力。肾中精气充沛,正气内存,脏腑功能 就正常。若先天禀赋不足,或后天失于调养或失治误治,损伤精气,正 气不足,机体抵抗力减弱,抗病能力下降,免疫功能低下,则易产生各 种病变。

本发明的目的是提供一种具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物及其 制备方法,用以扶正固本、暖肾固精,从而使人体强健、精力充沛。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源 组合物。具体的,所述的组合物按照质量份数包括:核桃仁20~40份、桑 葚5~15份、韭菜籽15~25份、枸杞子20~40份、益智仁5~15份、肉桂1~5 份、丁香1~5份、黄精10~20份、龙眼肉1~5份、红景天15~25份、菟丝子 5~15份、制何首乌5~15份、西洋参3~8份、巴戟天15~25份、覆盆子5~15 份及麦冬5~15份。
优选地,所述的组合物按照质量份数包括:核桃仁25~35份、桑葚8~12 份、韭菜籽18~22份、枸杞子25~35份、益智仁8~12份、肉桂2~4份、丁香 2~4份、黄精13~17份、龙眼肉2~4份、红景天18~22份、菟丝子8~12份、 制何首乌8~12份、西洋参4~7份、巴戟天18~22份、覆盆子8~12份及麦冬 8~12份。
优选地,所述的组合物按照质量份数包括:核桃仁30份、桑葚10份、 韭菜籽20份、枸杞子30份、益智仁10份、肉桂3份、丁香3份、黄精15份、 龙眼肉3份、红景天20份、菟丝子10份、制何首乌10份、西洋参6份、巴 戟天20份、覆盆子10份及麦冬10份。
优选地,所述组合物还包括蜂蜜。
本发明第二方面提供了一种具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物的 制备方法。具体的,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将核桃仁、桑葚、韭菜籽、枸杞子、益智仁、肉桂、丁香、 黄精、龙眼肉、红景天、菟丝子、制何首乌、西洋参、巴戟天、覆盆子 及麦冬洗净后备用;
步骤二、加入8倍重量的水煎煮1.5小时,滤出制得第一次煎煮液;再 加入第一次重量相同的水煎煮1.5小时后,滤出制得第二次煎煮液;
步骤三、将第一次煎煮液和第二次煎煮液合并经过滤,滤液减压、 浓缩至浸膏,备用;
步骤四、将蜂蜜加入所述浸膏混合均匀,即制得具有温肾助阳功效 的药食同源组合物。
优选地,所述步骤三中,第一次煎煮液和第二次煎煮液的混合液经 100目过滤,滤液在-0.065~0.080Mpa、75℃的条件下减压浓缩,至生成重 量密度1.20~1.30浸膏。
优选地,所述步骤三中浸膏生成重量密度1.20~1.30时的检测温度为 60℃。
优选地,所述蜂蜜与浸膏的质量比为1.1~1.2:1。
本发明所选用中草药的药性及药理如下:
核桃仁:性温,味甘。归肾经、肺经、大肠经。功能主治:温补肺 肾、定喘化痰、润肠涩精。用治腰膝酸软、虚寒喘咳、遗精阳痿、大便 秘结。现代药理研究发现,核桃仁含脂肪油,主要成分为亚油酸、油酸、 亚麻酸的甘油酯。另含蛋白质、碳水化合物、维生素E、维生素B2、钙、 磷、铁、胡萝卜素、菜油固醇、1,4-萘醌、核黄素等,具有抗癌作用。其 影响胆固醇的合成、氧化和排泄。
桑葚:味甘、酸,性寒。归心经、肝经、肾经。功能主治:补血滋 阴、生津润燥。用于眩晕耳鸣、心悸失眠须发早白、津伤口渴、内热消 渴、血虚便秘。现代药理研究发现,桑葚子含果穗含糖,鞣酸,苹果酸, 维生素B1、B2和胡萝卜素;其脂类的脂肪酸主要为亚油酸,油酸,软脂 酸,具有增强免疫力;降低Na+-K+-ATP酶活性的作用。
韭菜籽:性温,味辛、甘。归肾经、肝经。功能主治:温补肝肾、 壮阳固精。治疗遗精、腰膝酸痛、遗尿尿频、白浊带下。现代药理研究 发现,韭菜籽含皂苷、维生素C、硫化物、生物碱、香豆素、强心苷、糖 等成分,有增强肝、脾、肾功能,壮盛阳气的功效,特有的成分硫化基可促进浮华酵素的分泌,增加食欲;有暖胃的作用,且能帮助人体将毒 素排出体外。此外还有调味、杀菌的作用。
枸杞子:味甘,平,性凉。功能主治:滋肾、补肝、明目、润肺、 养血、安神、益智强筋、泽肤驻颜、益精乌发、生津止渴、坚筋耐老、 除风、变白、强盛阴道、去疲劳、耐寒暑。用于肝肾阴虚、头晕目眩、 腰膝易软、遗精不孕、视物不清、眼花耳聋、面色萎黄、须发早白、失 眠多梦、牙齿松动、内热伤津、肺痨久嗽、骨蒸潮热、慢性肝病之齿衄、 外敷治疖肿、烫伤、可常服久服。现代药理研究发现,枸杞含有胡萝卜 素、甜菜碱、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C和钙、磷、铁等, 具有增加白细胞活性、促进肝细胞新生的药理作用,还可降血压、降血糖、血脂。
益智仁:味辛,性温。归脾经、肾经。功能主治:温脾止泻、摄唾、 暖肾、固精缩尿。用于脾寒泄泻、腹中冷痛、口多唾涎、肾虚遗尿、小 便频数、遗精白浊。现代药理研究发现,益智仁含挥发油2%,成分极为 复杂,有几十种之多。还含有强心的成分益智仁酮A和刺激性成分益智仁 酮B、钙拮抗剂益智醇、抗溃疡成分益智酮、姜烯、姜醇、香橙烯等,具 有抑制心肌的Na﹢-K﹢泵;有强心作用;扩张血管;抗胃损伤;抑制回 肠;有抑制前列腺素等作用。
肉桂:味辛,甘,性热。功能主治:补火助阳,引火归源,散寒止 痛,活血通经。用于暖脾胃,除积冷,通血脉,治命门火衰,肢冷脉微, 亡阳虚脱,腹痛泄泻,寒疝奔豚,腰膝冷痛,经闭症瘕,阴疽,流注, 及虚阳浮越,上热下寒。现代药理研究发现,肉桂有扩张血管、促进血 循环、增强冠脉及脑血流量、使血管阻力下降等作用;在体外,其甲醇 提取物及桂皮醛有抗血小板凝集、抗凝血酶作用;桂皮的乙醚、醇及水 浸液对多种致病性真菌有一定的抑制作用。
丁香:味辛,性温。归胃经、脾经、肾经。功能主治:温中降逆、 补肾助阳。用治脾胃虚寒、呃逆呕吐、食少吐泻、心腹冷痛、肾虚阳痿。 现代药理研究发现,丁香含丁香油酚、β-丁香烯、乙酰基丁香油酚、异 槲皮素、山柰酚、槲皮素、石竹烯氧化物、齐墩果酸、α-衣兰油烯等成 分,具有抗胃溃疡,止泻,利胆,镇痛,抗缺氧,抗凝血,抗突变,抑 菌杀虫的作用。
黄精:性平,味甘。归肺经、脾经、肾经。功能主治:补气养阴、 健脾、润肺、益肾。用治脾胃虚弱、体倦乏力、口干食少、肺虚燥咳、 精血不足、内热消渴。现代药理研究发现,黄精含甾体皂苷类成分,另 含吖丁啶羧酸、天门冬氨酸、高丝氨酸牡荆素木糖苷、异甘草素玻、丁 香脂素、14a-羟基西伯利亚蓼苷A、滇黄精苷A等,黄精能增加冠脉流量、 调血脂、降血糖、抗衰老和增强免疫。黄精粗多糖具免疫调节作用,对 化学性肝损伤具保护作用,另具抗炎和抗病毒作用。此外,还具抑菌、 抗病原微生物、降压、止血等作用。现代临床用治冠心病、高脂血症、 糖尿病、白细胞减少症、肺结核、慢性肝炎、脑力及睡眠不足、头痛、 阳痿及癣菌病等。
龙眼肉:性温,味甘。归心经、脾经。功能主治:补益心脾、养血 安神。用治心脾虚损之心悸、健忘、泄泻、水肿等;气血不足而致失眠、 崩漏、经行眩晕;肺阴亏虚、肺失润降而致干咳、痰少黏白、声音嘶哑、 口干咽燥等。现代药理研究发现,龙眼肉含葡萄糖26.91%,含酒石酸、 蔗糖、脂肪、酸类、胆碱等成分。另含多种维生素,具有抑菌;镇静和 健胃;抗疲劳的作用。
红景天:性平,味甘、苦。归肺经、心经。功能主治:益气活血, 通脉平喘。用于气虚血瘀,胸痹心痛,中风偏瘫,倦怠气喘。现代药理 研究发现,红景天主要含红景天苷、苷元酪醇、黑蚁素、臧红花醛、咖 啡酸、山柰酚、没食子酸乙酯、β-谷固醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、棕榈酸、 香豆素、大花红景天苷、人体需要的17种氨基酸、21种微量元素及多种 维生素、挥发油、黄酮、甾醇,有机酸等成分,能提红细胞、肝脏SOD 活性,降低血浆、心肌、脑组织内LPO的含量。
菟丝子:味甘,性温。功能主治:滋补肝肾,安胎,明目,止泻。 用于阳痿遗精,尿有余沥,遗尿尿频,药膝酸软,目昏耳鸣,肾虚胎漏, 胎动不安,脾肾虚泻;外治白癜风。现代药理研究发现,菟丝子含生物 碱、蒽醌、香豆素、黄酮、甙类、甾醇、鞣酸、糖类等,具有有壮阳、保肝、调节内分泌、抗炎、抗肿瘤、强心率,降血压的作用。
制何首乌:味苦、甘、涩,性温。归肝经、肾经、心经。功能主治: 解毒、消痈、润肠通便。用治瘰疬疮痈、风疹瘙痒、肠燥便秘、高血脂。 现代医学研究表明,含蒽醌类化合物,另含芦荟大黄素、大黄酚、大黄 酚葸酮、大黄素、大黄素甲醚、大黄酸、云杉新苷等,具抗衰老、增强 免疫、促进肾上腺皮质的功能。能促进血细胞新生和发育、调节血脂和 抗动脉粥样硬化,并具保肝作用。抗动脉粥样硬化;延缓衰老;可增加 离体兔心的冠脉血流量,可拮抗脑垂体后叶素引起的心率减慢;抗菌。
西洋参:性凉,味甘、微苦。归心经、肺经、肾经。功能主治:补 气养阴、清热生津。用于气虚阴亏、内热、咳喘、痰血、虚热烦倦、消 渴、口燥咽干。现代医学研究表明,西洋参主要含三萜皂苷,以人参皂 苷Rb,的含量最高,具有以奥克梯醇为苷元的特征性成分假人参皂苷F11, 另含人参皂苷R0、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re等,具有改善记忆;对心 血管系统有保护作用;增强机体抗应激能力;增强免疫功能;保护红细 胞膜;对单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型感染细胞有保护作用;抗利尿等作用。
巴戟天:性微温,味甘、辛。归肾经、肝经。功能主治:补肾阳, 强筋骨,祛风湿。用治阳痿遗精,宫冷不孕,月经不调,少腹冷痛,风 湿痹痛,筋骨痿软。现代医学研究表明,巴戟天含蒽醌类成分,又含葡 萄糖,耐斯糖,甘露糖,β-谷甾醇,棕榈酸,维生素C,十九烷,24-乙基胆甾醇。根皮含锌、锰、铁、铬等23种元素,有增强抗疲劳能力、抗 炎、升高血中白细胞等作用。
覆盆子:性温,味甘、酸。归肾经、膀胱经。功能主治:益肾、固 精、缩尿。用治肾虚不固所致的遗精、滑精、遗尿、尿频;肝肾不足之 目暗不明等。现代医学研究表明,覆盆子含覆盆子酸、鞣花酸、覆盆子 苷F1、覆盆子苷F2、覆盆子苷F3、覆盆子苷F4、覆盆子苷F5、覆盆子酸、 β-谷固醇等成分,有雌激素样作用,并能抑制霍乱弧菌生长。
麦冬:味甘、微苦,微寒。功能主治:养阴润肺、益胃生津、清心 除烦。用于肺燥干咳、阴虚痨嗽、喉痹咽痛、津伤口渴、内热消渴、心 烦失眠、肠燥便秘等症。现代药理研究发现,麦冬主要含沿阶草苷、甾 体皂苷、生物碱、谷甾醇、葡萄糖、氨基酸、维生素等,具有抗疲劳、 清除自由基、提高细胞免疫功能以及降血糖的作用。另外,麦冬有镇静、 催眠、抗心肌缺血、抗心律失常、抗肿瘤等作用,尤其对增进老年人健 康具有多方面功效。
蜂蜜:味甘,性平。归肺、脾、大肠经。功能主治:补中,润燥, 止痛,解毒。用于脘腹虚痛;肺燥咳嗽;肠燥便秘;目赤;口疮;溃疡 不敛;风疹瘙痒;水火烫伤;手足皲裂。现代药理研究发现,蜂蜜含葡 萄糖、果糖;其他还含蔗糖、糊精、有机酸、蛋白质、挥发油、蜡、花 粉粒,维生素B1、B2、B7、C、K、H,淀粉酶,转人酶,过氧化酶,酯 酶,生长刺激素,乙酰胆碱,烟酸,泛酸,胡萝卜素,无机元素钙、硫、 磷、镁、钾、钠、碘等,能显著缩短排便时间;能增强体液免疫功能; 对多种细菌有抑杀作用;有解毒作用;能减轻化疗药物的毒副作用;有 加速肉芽组织生长,促进创伤组织愈合作用;还有保肝、抗肿瘤等作用。

本实施例中具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物的制备方法,包括 以下步骤:
步骤一、将30份核桃仁、10份桑葚、20份韭菜籽、30份枸杞子、 10份益智仁、3份肉桂、3份丁香、15份黄精、3份龙眼肉、20份红景 天、10份菟丝子、10份制何首乌、6份西洋参、20份巴戟天、10份覆盆 子及10份麦冬洗净后备用;
步骤二、加入8倍重量的水煎煮1.5小时,滤出制得第一次煎煮液; 再加入第一次重量相同的水煎煮1.5小时后,滤出制得第二次煎煮液;
步骤三、将第一次煎煮液和第二次煎煮液合并,经100目过滤,滤 液在0.030Mpa、75℃的条件下减压浓缩,至生成重量密度1.25g/cm3浸膏 (测温度60℃),备用;
步骤四、将蜂蜜加入所述浸膏混合(蜂蜜与浸膏的质量比为1.15:1)均 匀,即制得具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物。
实施例2
本实施例中具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物的制备方法,包括 以下步骤:
步骤一、将20份核桃仁、8份桑葚、25份韭菜籽、20份枸杞子、15 份益智仁、2份肉桂、1份丁香、17份黄精、4份龙眼肉、15份红景天、 15份菟丝子、5份制何首乌、8份西洋参、18份巴戟天、8份覆盆子及5 份麦冬洗净后备用;
步骤二、加入8倍重量的水煎煮1.5小时,滤出制得第一次煎煮液; 再加入第一次重量相同的水煎煮1.5小时后,滤出制得第二次煎煮液;
步骤三、将第一次煎煮液和第二次煎煮液合并,经100目过滤,滤 液在-0.065Mpa、75℃的条件下减压浓缩,至生成重量密度1.22g/cm3浸 膏(测温度60℃),备用;
步骤四、将蜂蜜加入所述浸膏混合(蜂蜜与浸膏的质量比为1.2:1)均 匀,即制得具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物。

步骤一、将25份核桃仁、5份桑葚、22份韭菜籽、35份枸杞子、8 份益智仁、1份肉桂、2份丁香、13份黄精、1份龙眼肉、25份红景天、 5份菟丝子、8份制何首乌、3份西洋参、25份巴戟天、15份覆盆子及 12份麦冬洗净后备用;
步骤二、加入8倍重量的水煎煮1.5小时,滤出制得第一次煎煮液; 再加入第一次重量相同的水煎煮1.5小时后,滤出制得第二次煎煮液;
步骤三、将第一次煎煮液和第二次煎煮液合并,经100目过滤,滤 液在0.01Mpa、75℃的条件下减压浓缩,至生成重量密度1.28g/cm3浸膏(测 温度60℃),备用;
步骤四、将蜂蜜加入所述浸膏混合(蜂蜜与浸膏的质量比为1.1:1)均 匀,即制得具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物。
实施例4
本实施例中具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物的制备方法,包括 以下步骤:
步骤一、将40份核桃仁、12份桑葚、15份韭菜籽、40份枸杞子、 12份益智仁、4份肉桂、4份丁香、20份黄精、2份龙眼肉、18份红景 天、12份菟丝子、12份制何首乌、7份西洋参、15份巴戟天、12份覆盆 子及15份麦冬洗净后备用;
步骤二、加入8倍重量的水煎煮1.5小时,滤出制得第一次煎煮液; 再加入第一次重量相同的水煎煮1.5小时后,滤出制得第二次煎煮液;
步骤三、将第一次煎煮液和第二次煎煮液合并,经100目过滤,滤 液在0.080Mpa、75℃的条件下减压浓缩,至生成重量密度1.20g/cm3浸膏 (测温度60℃),备用;
步骤四、将蜂蜜加入所述浸膏混合(蜂蜜与浸膏的质量比为1.12:1)均 匀,即制得具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物。
实施例5
本实施例中具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物的制备方法,包括 以下步骤:
步骤一、将35份核桃仁、15份桑葚、18份韭菜籽、25份枸杞子、5 份益智仁、5份肉桂、5份丁香、10份黄精、5份龙眼肉、22份红景天、 8份菟丝子、15份制何首乌、4份西洋参、22份巴戟天、5份覆盆子及8 份麦冬洗净后备用;
步骤二、加入8倍重量的水煎煮1.5小时,滤出制得第一次煎煮液; 再加入第一次重量相同的水煎煮1.5小时后,滤出制得第二次煎煮液;
步骤三、将第一次煎煮液和第二次煎煮液合并,经100目过滤,滤 液在-0.025Mpa、75℃的条件下减压浓缩,至生成重量密度1.30g/cm3浸 膏(测温度60℃),备用;
步骤四、将蜂蜜加入所述浸膏混合(蜂蜜与浸膏的质量比为1.16:1)均 匀,即制得具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物。
本发明的具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物又称桂仁参精膏或温 肾助阳膏。
食用方法:每日两次,每次10~20g,不超过40g,开水冲服,也可 直接服用。
适用人群:肾虚腰痛、脾胃虚弱,体倦无力人群;血虚精亏、腰酸 耳鸣、头晕目眩人群。
注意事项:14岁以下儿童、孕期及哺乳期妇女不宜食用。

步骤二、加入8倍重量的水煎煮1.5小时,滤出制得第一次煎煮液;再加入第一次重量相同的水煎煮1.5小时后,滤出制得第二次煎煮液;
步骤三、将第一次煎煮液和第二次煎煮液合并经过滤,滤液减压、浓缩至浸膏,备用;
步骤四、将蜂蜜加入所述浸膏混合均匀,即制得具有温肾助阳功效的药食同源组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中,第一次煎煮液和第二次煎煮液的混合液经100目过滤,滤液在-0.065~0.080Mpa、75℃的条件下减压浓缩,至生成重量密度1.20~1.30浸膏。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中浸膏生成重量密度1.20~1.30时的检测温度为60℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述蜂蜜与浸膏的质量比为1.1~1.2:1。
