Abstract

本发明提供了针对上行数据传输的反馈方法及装置。在本发明中,通过根据用户终端的信道状态信息确定进行针对上行数据传输的反馈时所使用的下行资源。这样,即使不同的用户终端占用相同的上行资源进行上行数据传输,也可以在进行混合自动重传请求反馈时对用户终端进行区分,使用不同的下行资源进行混合自动重传请求反馈,从而避免基站和用户终端在上行数据传输过程中的失步。
