Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种执行装置,执行装置具有电马达、减速传动机构、联接器和手动的分离机构,手动的分离机构包括联接弹簧、推杆、弹簧保持垫片以及布置在推杆的凹槽中的锁止元件。
背景技术
在申请人的已公知的执行装置中,构造了具有仅一个边沿的弹簧保持垫片,它仅用于联接弹簧的较简单的安装。锁止元件在没有附加的保障的情况下安装。然而,在剧烈抖动、撞击等情况下不能确保锁止元件在任何公差条件下都能保留在安装位置中。在这种情况下,分离机构就不再能够工作了。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,对于开头所述类型的执行装置,实现即使在环境条件恶劣的情况下也总是能够确保分离机构的可靠的机械连接,其中尽可能地不需要额外的部件,并且能够进行低成本的生产和安装。
该任务根据本发明通过根据本发明的执行装置解决。通过弹簧保持垫片的特殊的形状而得到锁止元件的始终可靠的紧固,即使在恶劣条件下譬如振动和冲击负荷的情况下也是如此。由于弹簧保持垫片本身用作锁止器件,不需要附加的部件,由此实现了低成本的生产。
正如在现有技术中公知的那样,通过接合边沿,可以较简单地实施联接弹簧的安装。根据本发明的弹簧保持垫片与公知的实施方式的区别在于锁止边沿。锁止边沿作为一种简单的可行方案确保了锁止元件不会意外地径向脱离。为此,锁止边沿与锁止元件的外直径或纵长相匹配。
锁止元件优选是容纳在推杆的凹槽中的锁止垫片。作为替选也可以使用锁止销、开尾销或者重型夹紧销(Schwerspannstift)作为锁止元件,其中,它们被容纳在推杆中的实施为类似横向钻孔的缺口中。
弹簧保持垫片除了接合边沿和锁止边沿以外还包括用作联接弹簧的止挡面的垫片区段。
以符合目的的方式,接合边沿和联接弹簧布置在垫片区段的第一侧上,并且锁止边沿和锁止元件布置在弹簧保持垫片的垫片区段的对置的第二侧上。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据现有技术的执行装置1a的一部分,其具有分离机构2a,分离机构包括联接弹簧3a、推杆4a、弹簧保持垫片5a、锁止垫片6a,锁止垫片带有垫片区段7a和接合边沿8a。弹簧保持垫片5a用于沿轴向方向预张紧联接弹簧3a,并且将联接弹簧3a保持在这个状态中。接合边沿8a用于在安装时拦挡联接弹簧3a。锁止垫片6a径向地安装在推杆4a的凹槽19a中,并且沿轴向的方向保持弹簧保持垫片5a。此外还示出了套筒形式的分隔件11a,其在机械操作联接器时限制推杆4a的轴向运动,其方式为,弹簧保持垫片5a抵靠在分隔件11a上。分隔件11a支撑在轴向轴承12a上,该轴向轴承以推力球轴承的方式实施。
图2示出了根据本发明的分离机构2的一部分的空间示意图,其具有弹簧保持垫片5、推杆4和锁止垫片6,该锁止垫片以与卡锁轮廓沿径向方向力锁合(kraftschlüssig)并且沿轴向方向形状锁合(formschlüssig)的方式保持在推杆4的环绕的凹槽19中。锁止垫片6是标准化的标准件。弹簧保持垫片5在一侧上具有接合边沿8,并且在另一侧上具有锁止边沿9,该锁止边沿与锁止垫片的外直径相匹配,并且径向地防止锁止垫片脱离。
图3示出了根据本发明的执行装置1的一部分,其具有分离机构2,该分离机构包括带有凹槽19的推杆4、联接弹簧3、具有接合边沿8和锁止边沿9的弹簧保持垫片5、锁止垫片6、分隔件11和轴向轴承12。弹簧保持垫片5额外地还具有垫片区段7,该垫片区段7在一侧支撑联接弹簧3。在另一侧,联接弹簧3支撑在轴向轴承12上。垫片区段7、接合边沿8和锁止边沿9构造为一件式的构件。
图4示出了处于安装状态下的执行装置1的一部分,其中,弹簧保持垫片5通过轴向力F1抵抗联接弹簧3的力地被轴向推移,直至锁止边沿9释放凹槽19以便安装锁止垫片6。通过利用接合力F2进行的径向运动,可以紧接着将锁止垫片6导入并且夹持到凹槽19中,直到锁止垫片6的一部分抵靠到凹槽19中。紧接着,力F1再次减小,使得联接弹簧3将弹簧保持垫片5推回至锁止垫片6。然后就达到了对应图3的状态。此外在图3中还示出了推杆4和接合边沿8。
图5示出了作为根据本发明的具有分离杆13的执行装置1的一部分的分离机构2,该分离杆能够围绕转动点14枢转。第一杆臂15在此与软套管钢丝索相连(未示出),并且第二杆臂16在施加弹簧力的情况下靠置在推杆4的球形端部17上。分离杆13额外地还具有加固箍(Versteifungswange)18,该加劲箍弯曲并且包围扭转点14。此外在图5中还可以看到联接弹簧3、弹簧保持垫片5、锁止垫片6、分隔件11和轴向轴承12。
图6示出了具有分离杆13的执行装置1。执行装置1用作飞机座椅中的线性执行装置并且具有:电马达20、传动机构壳体21(在其中容纳有减速传动机构和根据本发明的联接器10)、螺杆22(其作为减速传动机构的组成部分可以被螺母驱动)、引导杆23、用于接到座椅上的接头24和用于软套管钢丝索的支撑元件25。支撑元件25大致U形地由板条弯折成,并且具有用于软套管钢丝索缆线的缺口26,软套管钢丝索缆线的端部与分离杆13形状锁合地相连。

Claims (9)

1.座椅中的执行装置(1),所述执行装置具有电马达(20)、减速传动机构、联接器(10)和手动的分离机构(2),所述手动的分离机构包括联接弹簧(3)、推杆(4)、弹簧保持垫片(5)以及布置在推杆(4)的凹陷部中的锁止元件(6),其特征在于,所述弹簧保持垫片(5)用作防止锁止元件(6)径向脱离的锁止器件,其中,所述锁止元件布置在所述弹簧保持垫片的留空的空间中并且直接接触所述弹簧保持垫片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的座椅中的执行装置,其特征在于,所述锁止元件(6)是锁止垫片,并且所述凹陷部是凹槽(19)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的座椅中的执行装置,其特征在于,所述锁止元件(6)是锁止销。
4.根据权利要求1所述的座椅中的执行装置,其特征在于,所述锁止元件(6)是开尾销。
5.根据权利要求1所述的座椅中的执行装置,其特征在于,所述锁止元件(6)是重型夹紧销。
6.根据权利要求3、4或5所述的座椅中的执行装置,其特征在于,所述推杆(4)中的凹陷部是缺口。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的座椅中的执行装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧保持垫片(5)包括垫片区段(7)、接合边沿(8)和锁止边沿(9)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的座椅中的执行装置,其特征在于,所述接合边沿(8)和联接弹簧(3)布置在所述垫片区段(7)的第一侧上,并且锁止边沿(9)以及所述锁止元件(6)布置在垫片区段(7)的对置的第二侧上。
9.根据权利要求6所述的座椅中的执行装置,其特征在于,所述推杆(4)中的凹陷部是横向钻孔。
