Abstract

硬表面清洁是具有IDE经济利益的领域。暴露于污物、污染等的所有种类的硬表面都需要清洁。大量零件或大面积的硬表面尤其需要易用并高效去污的方法,包括在副产物方面环保。
自动洗碗是硬表面清洁的一种特殊情况。自动洗碗通常使用几乎不造成泡沫的洗涤剂,而在另一些实施方案,例如所谓的开放式设备清洁—简而言之OPC—开放式、可自由触及的表面在多步骤清洁法中清洁。在需要清洁复杂结构的情况下(具有难以触及、形态复杂或手动费力的部分),泡沫清洁被认为有利。特别有意义的是在食品和饮料工业中的应用。在可根据污垢的类型和程度进行的一个或多个任选预清洁步骤,例如用工具,例如用刷子或洗涤器或抹布的手动清洁步骤,和高压喷射清洗(高压达到20至40巴)后,关键步骤是泡沫清洁步骤。
在泡沫清洁步骤中施加的泡沫通常必须满足许多要求。其必须在例如2至14.5的宽pH值范围内稳定。其必须稳定一段时间,例如10至20分钟,实现良好的污垢渗透并有助于污垢脱落。泡沫应该耐受活性氯和活性氧,并且其必须附着到垂直表面,如墙壁和甚至天花板上。但是,在施加后,其应该在使用后容易破裂和分解。
相应地,已经发现一开始规定的方法,在下文中也被称为本发明的方法或根据本发明的方法。
本发明的方法是一种清洁硬表面的方法。本发明的上下文中所用的硬表面被定义为水不溶性,和优选水不溶胀性材料的表面。此外,本发明的上下文中所用的硬表面不溶于丙酮、松节油(矿物松节油)和乙醇。此外,本发明的上下文中所用的硬表面表现出抗弯曲和手动破坏(如用指甲划刻)性。优选地,它们具有3或更大的莫氏硬度。硬表面的实例是玻璃器皿、瓷砖、石材、瓷器、搪瓷、混凝土、皮革、钢、其它金属如铁或铝、以及木材、塑料,特别是三聚氰胺树脂、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、PMMA、聚碳酸酯、聚酯如PET、以及聚苯乙烯和PVC,和硅(晶片)表面。当用于清洁作为结构化物体的至少一部分的硬表面时,根据本发明的配制剂特别有利。在上下文中,这样的结构化物体是指具有例如凸形或凹形元素、凹槽、沟槽、角落或隆起如凸块的物体。
本发明的上下文中的硬表面可以是建筑物、汽车(包括轿车和卡车)、火车的一部分,特别是设备和部分设备,尤其是贮存罐、容器、传送带、钩、切割工具(包括锯)、升降工具和空间,如储藏室、制造室、屠宰场、厩、槽如料仓、灌装站和食品饮料工业中的传送机。另外的实例是游泳池、盆(包括但不限于浴缸)、卷轴、桩和—一般而言—瓷砖和不锈钢表面。
在应用本发明的方法之前,这样的硬表面例如被油脂或非油脂残留、颜料、血液、尿等沾污。通过应用本发明的方法,除去大部分的所述污垢,例如60至100重量%,优选85至99.9重量%,再更优选95至99.5重量%。
本发明的方法可包含几个步骤,例如一个或多个如上文概述的预清洁步骤,或抛光步骤。
在本发明的方法的一个步骤中,使用泡沫。本发明中考虑的泡沫通常包含被包括至少络合剂(A)、表面活性剂(B)、表面活性剂(C)、表面活性剂(D)和至少一种溶剂,例如水或有机溶剂或其组合的清洁配制剂的球形膜包围的气泡,尤其是空气泡。

然后将如上所述制成的泡沫施加到要清洁的硬表面上。可以在宽范围内选择泡沫量。例如,可以施加具有1mm至20cm,优选最多10cm的平均厚度的层。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,在20℃下测定的泡沫密度为25至500克/升(“g/l”),优选50至250g/l,再更优选75至200g/l。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,本发明的方法在5至80℃,优选10至60℃,再更优选10至40℃的温度下进行。优选温度是环境温度。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,在本发明的方法中形成的泡沫具有0.1至10mm,优选0.15至5mm,再更优选0.2至1mm的平均气泡直径。
用于本发明的方法的配制剂可含有一种或多种附加成分,例如一种或多种接枝共聚物(E)。接枝共聚物(E)如下构成
(a)选自单糖、二糖、寡糖和多糖的至少一种接枝基底,简称为接枝基底(a),
和可通过接枝下列成分获得的侧链
(b)至少一种烯属不饱和单或二羧酸,简称为单羧酸(b)或二羧酸(b),
(c)至少一种具有永久阳离子电荷的烯属不饱和含N单体,简称为单体(c),和任选地,单体(d)
(d)至少一种(甲基)丙烯酸C1-C4烷基酯或至少一种含磺酸酯基团的共聚单体,例如2-丙烯酰氨基-2-甲基丙磺酸(“AMPS”),一起也称作单体(d)。
下面更详细描述接枝共聚物(E)。接枝共聚物(E)可作为游离酸或作为其碱金属盐使用。在本文中,接枝共聚物(E)的碱金属盐包含部分和完全中和的共聚物(E),其中这样的中和用碱金属,尤其是用钠实现。
适合作为所选接枝基底(a)的单糖可以是例如戊醛糖、戊酮糖(酮戊糖)、己醛糖和己酮糖(酮己糖)。合适的戊醛糖是例如D-核糖、D-木糖和L-阿拉伯糖。可提到的己醛糖是D-葡萄糖、D-甘露糖和D-半乳糖;要提到的己酮糖(酮己糖)的实例特别是D-果糖和D-山梨糖。
在本发明中,在单糖中还应包括脱氧糖,例如L-岩藻糖和L-鼠李糖。
可提到的二糖的实例是例如纤维二糖、乳糖、麦芽糖和蔗糖。
在本发明中,可提到的寡糖是每分子具有3至10个单糖单元的碳水化合物,例如聚糖(glycans)。在本发明中,多糖是用于指示每分子具有多于10个单糖单元的碳水化合物的术语。寡糖和多糖可以是例如线性、环状或支化的。
要举例提到的多糖是生物聚合物,如淀粉和糖原,和纤维素、葡聚糖和动物纤维素(tunicin)。此外,应提到作为D-果糖(果聚糖)、几丁质和藻酸的缩聚物的菊粉。多糖的进一步实例是淀粉降解产物,例如可通过淀粉的酶法降解或所谓化学降解获得的产物。淀粉的所谓化学降解的实例是氧化降解和酸催化的水解。
淀粉降解产物的优选实例是麦芽糊精和葡萄糖浆。在本发明中,麦芽糊精是用于指示葡萄糖的单体、二聚物、低聚物和聚合物的混合物的术语。组成百分比不同,取决于水解度。这通过葡糖当量描述,其在麦芽糊精的情况下在3至40之间。
优选地,接枝基底(a)选自多糖,特别选自淀粉,其优选没有化学改性。在本发明的一个实施方案中,淀粉选自具有20至30重量%直链淀粉和70至80%支链淀粉的那些多糖。实例是玉米淀粉、米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉和小麦淀粉。
侧链接枝到接枝基底(a)上。每分子接枝共聚物(E)优选可接枝平均1至10个侧链。优选地,在这方面,侧链与单糖的异头碳原子或与寡糖或多糖的链端的异头碳原子连接。侧链数的上限取决于所涉接枝基底(a)的具有羟基的碳原子数。
单羧酸(b)的实例是烯属不饱和C3-C10-单羧酸及其碱金属或铵盐,特别是钾和钠盐。优选的单羧酸(b)是丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸,以及(甲基)丙烯酸钠。烯属不饱和C3-C10单羧酸的混合物,特别是丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸的混合物也是优选的组分(b)。

在一个实施方案中,接枝共聚物(E)在至少一个侧链中除单体(c)外还包含至少一种单羧酸(b)和至少一种二羧酸(b)。在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,接枝共聚物(E)以聚合形式在侧链中除单体(c)外仅包含单羧酸(b),而不包含二羧酸(b)。
单体(c)的实例是具有永久阳离子电荷的烯属不饱和含N化合物,即与阴离子,如硫酸根、C1-C4烷基硫酸根和卤素离子,特别是与氯离子形成铵盐的那些烯属不饱和含N化合物,并且不依赖于pH值。两种或更多种单体(c)的任何所需混合物也合适。
合适的单体(c)的实例是乙烯基-和烯丙基-取代的氮杂环,如2-乙烯基吡啶和4-乙烯基吡啶、2-烯丙基吡啶和4-烯丙基吡啶,以及N-乙烯基咪唑的相应季铵化衍生物,例如氯化1-乙烯基-3-甲基咪唑鎓。N,N-二烯丙胺和N,N-二烯丙基-N-烷基胺的相应季铵化衍生物,例如N,N-二烯丙基-N,N-二甲基氯化铵(DADMAC)也合适。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,单体(c)选自单-和二羧酸与具有至少一个伯或仲氨基的二胺的相应季铵化的烯属不饱和酰胺。在此优选的是具有一个叔氨基和一个伯或仲氨基的那些二胺。
在本发明的另一实施方案中,单体(c)选自单-和二羧酸与在胺氮上单-或二烷基化的C2-C12-氨基醇的相应季铵化的烯属不饱和酯。
上文提到的酯和酰胺的合适的酸组分是例如丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、富马酸、马来酸、衣康酸、巴豆酸、马来酸酐、马来酸单丁酯及其混合物。作为酸组分,优选使用丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸及其混合物。
优选单体(c)是(甲基)丙烯酸三烷基氨基乙酯氯化物或烷基硫酸盐,和(甲基)丙烯酸三烷基氨基丙酯氯化物或烷基硫酸盐,以及(甲基)丙烯酰氨基乙基三烷基铵氯化物或烷基硫酸盐,和(甲基)丙烯酰氨基丙基三烷基铵氯化物或烷基硫酸盐,其中各自的烷基优选是甲基或乙基或其混合物。
非常特别优选的是(甲基)丙烯酰氨基丙基三甲基卤化铵,特别是丙烯酰氨基丙基三甲基氯化铵(“APTAC”)或甲基丙烯酰氨基丙基三甲基氯化铵(“MAPTAC”)。

在本发明的一个实施方案中,接枝共聚物(E)中的接枝基底(a)的分数为40至95重量%,优选50至90重量%,在每种情况下基于总接枝共聚物(E)计。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,单羧酸(b)或二羧酸(b)的分数为2至40重量%,优选5至30重量%,特别是5至25重量%,在每种情况下基于总接枝共聚物(E)计。

在本发明的一个实施方案中,本发明的方法中所用的配制剂另外含有(F)至少一种n-C8-C20烷基醇或至少一种n-C8-C20烯基醇,下文各自称作脂肪醇(F)。优选的脂肪醇(F)具有偶数碳原子数。
脂肪醇(F)的实例是正辛醇、正壬醇、正癸醇、正十二烷醇、正十四烷醇、正十六烷醇和正十八烷醇。脂肪醇(F)的进一步实例是直链(Z)-烯醇,例如直链(Z)-十六烯醇和直链(Z)-十八烯醇。至少两种脂肪醇(F)的混合物是优选的。脂肪醇(F)的存在改进在泡沫清除过程中和之后的冲洗性能。

通过本发明的方法,可以非常高效地清洁硬表面,尤其是清除油脂污垢。即使粘着到容器或器皿的顶棚上,该泡沫也表现出足够的稳定性。在清除时,该泡沫相当快地坍塌。

配有“0499-rr”型混合装置和“95-F-3”型泡沫喷枪(配有“S.S.CO 43/8U SSVEEJet-S-“型喷嘴)的“BOBBY-BK-1200/20-VA”型号的多剂量泡沫清洁装置,下文也称作“Bobby”,用于泡沫试验。将Bobby连向具有11°dH的水硬度、20℃和3巴压力的自来水供应。Bobby可购自Bobby Joseph Vilsmeier GmbH&Co.KG。
然后将连接在“0499-rr”型混合装置上的抽吸软管浸到试验配制剂中并将运行模式设定在“Chemie”和55巴的工作压力上。
调节混合装置“0499-rr”以在95克自来水中稀释5克试验配制剂。在开始试验之前,用Bobby发泡1升试验溶液以预调节Bobby的所有部件。I.本发明的水性配制剂的制造

根据Brookfield,心轴18,每分钟100转,在23℃下测定动态粘度η。在用水以1:24比率稀释后测定pH值。

为了对比用途,使用市售配制剂CF.13。配制剂CF.13是含有(所有量涉及100g):5gNaOH、5g EDTA-Na4、3g BDG和5g(C.2)的水性配制剂。
进行三种类型的清洁实验:
II.1清洁实验1—泡沫破裂
为了测定泡沫多快破裂—坍塌,进行下列实验:用来自Bobby的大约700克泡沫填充30-l-塑料容器。然后,将该塑料容器倒置在厨房水槽上。该烧杯然后用水冲洗,以使水和泡沫流入厨房水槽。当在厨房水槽中视觉上不再看见泡沫时,测定时间tcold。
为了测定在55℃下的坍塌时间,重复实验,但用55℃的水冲洗。测定的时间为thot。
结果概括在表4中。由于产生略微不同量的泡沫,要比较的数值是以g泡沫/s表示的泡沫清除速度FRV。通常,高FRV是合意的。由2.5%NaOH水溶液制成的泡沫表现出良好FRV但不能清除任何猪油。
II.2清洁实验2–泡沫的稳定性
借助Bobby,将泡沫喷到干净的垂直钢板上。测定径流性能。其概括在表4中。
II.3猪油清除
用来自Bobby的泡沫(见上文)覆盖涂有30μm猪油层的不锈钢试验板。
在20分钟后,用Bobby冲洗该钢板。将混合装置“0499-rr”的运行模式设定为“Reinigen”并将工作压力设定为50巴。向Bobby供应11°dH的水硬度、20℃和3巴的自来水。冲洗步骤的持续时间为60秒。结果概括在表4中。
CF.13没有表现出可接受的猪油清除性质。

Claims (15)
1.清洁硬表面的方法,其特征在于所述方法使用泡沫进行,所述泡沫基于包含下列成分的配制剂
(A)选自氨基羧酸的碱金属盐和选自柠檬酸、葡糖酸、酒石酸和乳酸的碱金属盐的至少一种络合剂,
(B)至少一种通式(I)的非离子表面活性剂
(G)x-OR1 (I),
(C)至少一种阴离子表面活性剂,
(D)至少一种两性离子表面活性剂,
其中:
R1选自直链或支化C8-C18烷基,
x为1.1至4,
G选自具有4至6个碳原子的单糖。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其中所述配制剂另外含有
(E)至少一种接枝共聚物,其如下构成
(a)选自单糖、二糖、寡糖和多糖的至少一种接枝基底,
和可通过接枝下列成分获得的侧链
(b)至少一种烯属不饱和单或二羧酸,
(c)至少一种具有永久阳离子电荷的烯属不饱和含N单体,和任选地
(d)至少一种(甲基)丙烯酸C1-C4烷基酯或至少一种含磺酸酯基团的共聚单体。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中络合剂(A)选自甲基甘氨酸二乙酸(MGDA)、亚氨基二琥珀酸(IDS)和谷氨酸二乙酸(GLDA)的碱金属盐。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其中接枝共聚物(E)具有2,000至200,000g/mol的平均分子量Mw。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其中接枝共聚物(E)作为其碱金属盐使用。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其中所述配制剂具有12至14的pH值。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其中所述配制剂含有
(F)至少一种n-C8-C20烷基醇或至少一种n-C8-C20烯基醇。
8.配制剂,其包含
(A)选自氨基羧酸的碱金属盐和选自柠檬酸、葡糖酸、酒石酸和乳酸的碱金属盐的至少一种络合剂,
(B)至少一种通式(I)的非离子表面活性剂
(G)x-OR1 (I),
(C)至少一种阴离子表面活性剂,
(D)至少一种两性离子表面活性剂,
其中:
R1选自直链或支化C8-C18烷基,
x为1.1至4,
G选自具有4至6个碳原子的单糖。
9.根据权利要求8的配制剂,其中所述配制剂另外含有
(E)至少一种接枝共聚物,其如下构成
(a)选自单糖、二糖、寡糖和多糖的至少一种接枝基底,
和可通过接枝下列成分获得的侧链
(b)至少一种烯属不饱和单或二羧酸,
(c)至少一种具有永久阳离子电荷的烯属不饱和含N单体,和任选地

13.根据权利要求8-12中任一项的配制剂,其中所述配制剂具有12至14的pH值。
14.根据权利要求8-13中任一项的配制剂,其中所述配制剂含有
(F)至少一种n-C8-C20烷基醇或至少一种n-C8-C20烯基醇。
15.根据权利要求8-14中任一项的配制剂,其中所述配制剂含有
(A)总共0.1至25重量%的络合剂(A),
(B)总共0.1至10重量%的表面活性剂(B),
(C)总共0.1至15重量%的阴离子表面活性剂(C),
(D)总共0.1至10重量%的两性离子表面活性剂,和任选地,
(E)0.005至5重量%的接枝共聚物(E),和任选地,
(F)总共0.1至15重量%的一种n-C8-C20烷基醇或至少一种n-C8-C20烯基醇,
百分比基于整个相应配制剂计。
