技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有由复合材料制成的桶体的家用电器(诸如洗衣机或烘干机),并且涉及用于生产此类桶体的工艺。更详细而言,本发明特别涉及包括由具有聚合物基质的复合材料制成的桶体的清洗机或洗衣机/烘干机,并且涉及用于桶体生产的工艺。
背景技术
在现有技术中,具有由复合材料制成的桶体的家用电器(诸如洗碗机、清洗机和/或烘干机)为众所周知的。此类家用电器的桶体大体上由复合材料制成,该复合材料包括用颗粒(诸如滑石或碳酸钙颗粒)增强或用纤维(诸如玻璃纤维)增强的聚合物基质(诸如聚丙烯基质)。

更详细地,具有用玻璃纤维增强的聚合物基质的复合材料大体上用于实现旨在承受高应力的桶体,如高转速模型的清洗机和洗衣机/烘干机的桶体,大体上达到800到1600rpm,而具有用滑石或碳酸钙颗粒增强的聚合物基质的复合材料大体上用于实现其中转速低于800rpm的承受较低应力的桶体,诸如洗碗机桶体或低端模型的清洗机和洗衣机/烘干机。
由于与矿物颗粒(诸如碳酸钙和滑石颗粒)的成本相比,玻璃纤维的成本相对高,故用玻璃纤维增强材料实现的桶体的成本比用矿物颗粒增强的桶体的成本贵大约25-30%。这促使显著地增加高转速模型的清洗机和洗衣机/烘干机的桶体的生产成本,以及因此此类清洗机和洗衣机/烘干机本身的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于设计一种包括由具有聚合物基质的复合材料制成的桶体的家用电器,诸如特别是清洗机或洗衣机/烘干机,该复合材料还针对高转速模型确保期望的机械性能,同时相对于出于相同目的而在市场上目前可用的材料需要较低的生产成本。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种用于此类家用电器的桶体的生产的工艺,该工艺执行起来容易且经济。
设计用于实现本发明的目的的家用电器包括由具有聚合物基质的复合材料制成的桶体,并且其中用于使其增强的玻璃纤维的部分用PET纤维代替,从而确保桶体的相当的机械物理和化学性能,同时显著降低其生产成本。
在实施例中,复合材料的基质通过按25%和40%之间的重量百分比引入玻璃纤维和PET纤维的混合物而得到增强,这足以确保复合材料的足够的机械性质。

优选地,在工艺的又一版本中,在挤压期间,混合物M的温度维持接近于并如以上表述的那样低于熔融温度。更详细地,温度维持在PET的熔融温度附近,即,在低于熔融温度最高35℃-40℃下。
因此,通过设定接近于PET的熔融温度的挤压工艺的温度分布而在挤压机中软化添加到聚合物材料2中的PET薄片F。以该方式,PET薄片更容易以纤维的形式再成形。
根据本发明的家用电器和用于生产家用电器的桶体的工艺因此允许获得具有最佳机械性质、也适合于高转速模型的清洗机和洗衣机/烘干机的桶体,同时显著降低它们的生产成本。
实际上已证实,通过用PET纤维部分地代替用于生产桶体的复合材料的玻璃纤维,复合材料的机械性质不会受到危及。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有桶体的家用电器,待清洗的物品可放置于该桶体中并且所述桶体由复合材料(1)制成,所述复合材料(1)包括聚合物材料(2)的基质和嵌入在所述聚合物材料(2)中的玻璃纤维(3),其特征在于,所述复合材料(1)还包括嵌入在所述基质中的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维(4),所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维(4)与所述玻璃纤维(3)混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维(3)和所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维(4)按25%和40%之间的重量百分比存在于所述复合材料(1)中。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维(4)按5%和30%之间的重量百分比存在于所述复合材料(1)中。
4.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述复合材料还包括基于马来酸酐的增容剂,以促进所述纤维(3,4)与所述基质的所述聚合物材料(2)之间的界面粘附。
5.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的家用电器,其特征在于,通过对包括所述基质的所述聚合物材料(2)、所述玻璃纤维(3)以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄片(F)的混合物(M)的挤压而从所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄片(F)获得所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维(4)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄片(F)从回收的材料获得。
7.一种用于生产根据以上权利要求中的任一项所述的家用电器的桶体的工艺,包括将所述复合材料(1)注射在用于形成所述桶体的铸模中,其特征在于,在注射成型期间,所述复合材料(1)的温度维持在所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维的熔融温度以下。
8.根据权利要求7所述的工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺还包括在所述注射成型之前挤压包括所述基质的所述聚合物材料(2)、所述玻璃纤维(3)以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄片(F)的混合物(M),用于获得包含所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维(4)的所述复合材料(1)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的工艺,其特征在于,在所述挤压期间,所述混合物(M)的温度维持在所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的玻璃化转变温度和熔融温度之间。
10.根据权利要求9所述的工艺,其特征在于,在所述挤压期间,所述混合物(M)的温度维持接近于熔融温度。
