Abstract
本发明涉及一种RFID电子标签及加工方法,包括基板,焊接于基板上的射频模块和天线,所述基板两端各设一个U型卡槽,所述U型卡槽用于放置天线,所述U型卡槽两侧的基板上设有用于天线焊接的焊盘。本发明的有益效果是降低了标签的整体厚度,使得标签总厚度近似天线的直径,降低封装过程出现气泡的风险。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于RFID技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于植入轮胎内部的新型RFID电子标签和加工方法。
背景技术
RFID(射频识别:radio frequency identification)是一种非接触式的自动识别技术,它通过射频信号自动识别目标对象并获取相关数据,识别工作无须人工干预,可工作于各种恶劣环境。RFID技术可识别高速运动物体并可同时识别多个标签,操作快捷方便。RFID系统由三部分组成:标签:由耦合元件及芯片组成,阅读器:读写标签信息的设备,天线:在标签和读取器间传递射频信号。
RFID电子标签植入到轮胎内部的过程发生在轮胎成型阶段,并经过高温硫化后和轮胎完全结合,伴随轮胎的整个全生命周期使用,用于记录特定信息,解决轮胎的销售、使用过程中的防伪、串货、理赔等问题。RFID电子标签通过天线和射频模块连接实现数据的发送/接收,由于轮胎的制造过程或常规使用造成的轮胎的挠曲和形变可能导致天线与电子装置因破裂、损坏或老化而分离,因此优化电子标签结构可有效的提高电子标签的鲁棒性。
中国专利文献中,公开号为CN103068598A、名称为“弹簧定向的RFID板”,公开了一种技术方案,印刷电路板(PCB)设置有一对非对称臂,从而在PCB的相对端部中形成凹口。螺旋卷绕的天线元件定位在凹口中,使得非对称臂的端部定位成邻近单独的螺旋卷绕的天线元件的最近路径。上述技术方案螺旋卷绕的天线需要卡到基板里面,工艺复杂,需要人工操作,无法大批量自动生产。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种RFID电子标签和加工方法,目的是降低了标签的整体厚度,使得标签总厚度近似天线的直径,降低封装过程出现气泡的风险。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种RFID电子标签,包括基板,焊接于基板上的射频模块和天线,所述基板两端各设一个U型卡槽,所述U型卡槽用于放置天线,所述U型卡槽两侧的基板上设有用于天线焊接的焊盘。
和现有技术相比,本方案基于降低电子标签整体厚度的构思,设计了新型电子标签。目前现有的电子标签中,天线贴于基板表面,加上焊锡的厚度,造成标签厚度较高,植入轮胎过程中存在产生气泡的风险。本技术方案通过在基板两端设置U型卡槽,用于卡住天线,降低了标签的整体厚度,降低了封装过程中出现气泡的风险。
该种结构的电子标签多个面结构不同,在批量自动植入时,易出现问题。
基于上述方案,本发明还做出了如下改进:
进一步地,所述U型卡槽的宽度大于等于天线的宽度。本改进方案中,U型卡槽的宽度可略大于天线的宽度,是由于RFID电子标签在加工中,先刷锡膏,锡膏可能会进入U型卡槽侧壁,会造成U型卡槽的宽度稍微变小,因此,即使U型卡槽宽度略大于天线的宽度,也可以实现天线与射频模块、基板的焊接。
进一步地,所述置于U型卡槽的天线螺距小于等于U型卡槽之外的天线螺距。本改进方案中,天线焊接端处的螺距小,增加了焊接面积,保证了天线焊接的牢固性。
本发明还涉及一种RFID电子标签加工方法,包括以下步骤,
1)刷锡膏,将排版后的基板刷上锡膏;
2)贴芯片,通过SMT贴片机自动贴装芯片,即在基板上贴装射频模块;
3)摆放天线,将天线摆放至基板的U型卡槽上后通过下压方式将天线下压至基板的U型卡槽内;
4)焊接,通过波峰焊或回流焊完成基板、射频模块和天线的焊接。
步骤3)中,将天线摆放至基板的U型卡槽侧端,通过侧推方式将天线推入基板的U型卡槽内。
本发明的有益效果是降低了标签的整体厚度,使得标签总厚度近似天线的直径,降低封装过程出现气泡的风险。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种RFID电子标签,包括基板1,焊接于基板1上的射频模块2和天线3,所述基板1两端各设一个U型卡槽6,所述U型卡槽6用于放置天线3,所述U型卡槽6两侧的基板1上设有用于天线焊接的焊盘。所述U型卡槽6的宽度大于等于天线3的宽度。所述置于U型卡槽的天线螺距小于等于U型卡槽之外的天线螺距,图2、4中展示了U型卡槽的天线螺距小于U型卡槽之外的天线螺距的情况。
一种RFID电子标签加工方法,包括以下步骤,
1)刷锡膏,将排版后的基板刷上锡膏;
2)贴芯片,通过SMT贴片机自动贴装芯片,即在基板上贴装射频模块;
3)摆放天线,将天线摆放至基板的U型卡槽上后通过下压方式将天线下压至基板的U型卡槽内;
4)焊接,通过波峰焊或回流焊完成基板、射频模块和天线的焊接。
此外,步骤3)中,还可以采用侧推方式将天线放置于U型卡槽内,具体为将天线摆放至基板的U型卡槽侧端,通过侧推方式将天线推入基板的U型卡槽内。
图2、3中展示本申请与现有技术标签连接处结构,从图中可看出,本申请的天线和射频模块连接处5即焊接后的厚度明显小于现有技术的厚度,比现有技术缩短一个基板的厚度。
Claims (5)
1.一种RFID电子标签,包括基板,焊接于基板上的射频模块和天线,其特征在于:所述基板两端各设一个U型卡槽,所述U型卡槽用于放置天线,所述U型卡槽两侧的基板上设有用于天线焊接的焊盘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的RFID电子标签,其特征在于:所述U型卡槽的宽度大于等于天线的宽度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的RFID电子标签,其特征在于:所述置于U型卡槽的天线螺距小于等于U型卡槽之外的天线螺距。
4.一种RFID电子标签加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
1)刷锡膏,将排版后的基板刷上锡膏;
2)贴芯片,通过SMT贴片机自动贴装芯片,即在基板上贴装射频模块;
3)摆放天线,将天线摆放至基板的U型卡槽上后通过下压方式将天线下压至基板的U型卡槽内;
4)焊接,通过波峰焊或回流焊完成基板、射频模块和天线的焊接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的RFID电子标签加工方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中,将天线摆放至基板的U型卡槽侧端,通过侧推方式将天线推入基板的U型卡槽内。
