本发明涉及的是一种药用原料白藜芦醇的提取工艺。所述的提取工艺为:在粉末状虎杖原料中加入复合酶在恒温下进行酶解反应48~72小时获得酶解原料;再用溶剂萃取、浓缩获得含白藜芦醇的半成品,再经精制即得。具有原料来源丰、工艺简捷、收率高、成本低之优点。

Description

一种从中药虎杖中提取白藜芦醇的工艺
本发明涉及的是一种药用原料白藜芦醇的提取工艺。
白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,3,5,4′三羟基反-二苯乙烯),又名芪三酚,因具有抗癌、抗菌、抗炎、抗过敏、抗氧化、降血脂等方面的药理活性而被广泛用于食品、保健品、化妆品等领域。目前白藜芦醇的来源主要是从葡萄皮和某些豆类中提取,含量极为有限。葡萄皮中的白藜芦醇的含量被认为是最高的,也仅达0.5~1/万。中国四川出产的中药虎杖中以甙的形式存在的白藜芦醇含量,理论值为葡萄皮的200倍!而虎杖历来都仅作为中药材使用,用量很少,致使虎杖严重滞销,浪费了宝贵的资源。
本发明目的是开拓白藜芦醇的来源,提供一种从中药虎杖中提取白藜芦醇的工艺。
本发明的从中药虎杖中提取白藜芦醇的工艺,其特征是所述的提取工艺为:在粉末状虎杖原料中加入复合酶在恒温下进行酶解反应48~72小时获得酶解原料;再用溶剂萃取、浓缩获得含白藜芦醇的半成品,再经精制即得。本发明的提取工艺从含白藜芦醇甙十分丰富的中药虎杖为原料,水解白藜芦醇甙以提取白藜芦醇,具有以下优点:
1)中药虎杖种植容易,扦插、籽播均可,产量高、价格低,来源方便,后续资源有保障。
2)工艺简捷,重视性好,甙水解完善,产品收率高,质量好,成本低。经三批扩大实验表明虎杖中白藜芦醇提取收率达到85%以上。产品经中国医科院药物所检验,纯度分别达到99.63%、99.68%、99.78%。高于国际指标1.7个百分点,达到西格玛标准品纯度99.5%以上的要求。
3)设备投资少,成本低,无三废污染,生产安全。

参见图1,取中药虎杖碾磨为粉末状,加入复合酶在恒温下进行酶解反应70小时,获得酶解原料后用溶剂萃取、浓缩获得含白藜芦醇30%左右的半成品,再经精制即得白藜芦醇。

1.一种从中药虎杖中提取白藜芦醇的工艺,其特征是所述的提取工艺为:在粉末状虎杖原料中加入复合酶在恒温下进行酶解反应48~72小时获得酶解原料;再用溶剂萃取、浓缩获得含白藜芦醇的半成品,再经精制即得。
