本发明涉及减振器技术领域,尤其涉及一种变径活塞减振器,包括活塞杆、导向器、变径活塞缸、限位套、止位活塞以及工作活塞;所述变径活塞缸的上部内径小于下部的内径,活塞杆置于所述变径活塞缸中上部由导向器导向,止位活塞固定在所述活塞杆的中部并由所述限位套进行限位,所述工作活塞固定在所述活塞杆的下部。此种活塞缸在普通活塞缸的基础上,在活塞缸上端位置将直径缩小。活塞杆中部有一个止位活塞,止位活塞移动到缩小直径的活塞缸中,油液瞬间封堵,额外产生一定的阻尼力,减少导向器与限位套的撞击,从而降低或消除减震器的撞击异响,本结构只在缩颈处产生作用,在其他位置不起作用,不影响减震器的舒适性和稳定性。

本发明涉及减振器技术领域,尤其涉及一种变径活塞减振器。
背景技术
随着国民经济的迅速增长,人们对乘车安全性及舒适性的要求越来越高汽车减振器作为衡量汽车舒适性的重要指标,其减振性能的好坏直接影响汽车的舒适性,而减振器的减振性能与其内部结构有着直接的关系,目前,大部分中低端车的减振器活塞缸都采用直筒型,靠液压产生阻尼力,与弹性元件配合达到减振的效果,这种结构产生的阻尼力与活塞震动速度成正比,在普通路况下,减震器可以满足使用情况,但在道路状况不好的农村道路以及城镇道路减速带超过10cm的路况,减震器容易拉伸最长并撞击产生声响,。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种变径活塞减振器,提高减震器性能,防止减震器拉伸过大产生异响。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种变径活塞减振器,其特征在于:包括活塞杆、导向器、变径活塞缸、限位套、止位活塞以及工作活塞;所述变径活塞缸的上部内径小于下部的内径,活塞杆置于所述变径活塞缸中上部由导向器导向,止位活塞固定在所述活塞杆的中部并由所述限位套进行限位,所述工作活塞固定在所述活塞杆的下部。
优选地,所述止位活塞的环周设有密封槽,所述密封槽内设有密封圈。
优选地,所述活塞杆的中部设有限位槽,限位槽内固定有限位环,限位环卡住限位套的上部。
本发明的有益效果是:此种活塞缸在普通活塞缸的基础上,在活塞缸上端位置将直径缩小。活塞杆中部有一个止位活塞,止位活塞移动到缩小直径的活塞缸中,油液瞬间封堵,额外产生一定的阻尼力,减少导向器与限位套的撞击,从而降低或消除减震器的撞击异响,本结构只在缩颈处产生作用,在其他位置不起作用,不影响减震器的舒适性和稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1所示,一种变径活塞减振器,包括活塞杆1、导向器2、变径活塞缸3、限位套4、止位活塞5以及工作活塞6;所述变径活塞缸的上部内径小于下部的内径,活塞杆置于所述变径活塞缸中上部由导向器导向,止位活塞固定在所述活塞杆的中部并由所述限位套进行限位,限位套放置止为活塞在活塞杆上移动,所述工作活塞固定在所述活塞杆的下部。为了提高止位活塞与变径活塞杆的密封性,所述止位活塞的环周设有密封槽,所述密封槽内设有密封圈。所述活塞杆的中部设有限位槽,限位槽内固定有限位环,限位环卡住限位套的上部。
图3为普通活塞缸示功图。活塞杆在车身或车架的带动下产生运动,在不同移动速度下,阀系的开启程度不同,故此油液的流通量不同,从而产生不同大小的阻尼力,且阻尼力大小与活塞振动的速度成正比。
图2为变径活塞缸示功图。此种示功图是在活塞杆中部活塞移动到变径位置时,油液瞬间封堵,与普通的活塞缸相比,减震器在活塞缸变径位置的阻尼力明显上升,而底部活塞的作用没有影响,车身的稳定性和舒适性没有改变,而且消除了减震器拉伸最长撞击产生的异响。
此种活塞缸在普通活塞缸的基础上,在活塞缸上端位置将直径缩小。活塞杆中部有一个止位活塞,止位活塞移动到缩小直径的活塞缸中,油液瞬间封堵,额外产生一定的阻尼力,减少导向器与限位套的撞击,从而降低或消除减震器的撞击异响,本结构只在缩颈处产生作用,在其他位置不起作用,不影响减震器的舒适性和稳定性。

1.一种变径活塞减振器,其特征在于:包括活塞杆、导向器、变径活塞缸、限位套、止位活塞以及工作活塞;所述变径活塞缸的上部内径小于下部的内径,活塞杆置于所述变径活塞缸中上部由导向器导向,止位活塞固定在所述活塞杆的中部并由所述限位套进行限位,所述工作活塞固定在所述活塞杆的下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变径活塞减振器,其特征在于:所述止位活塞的环周设有密封槽,所述密封槽内设有密封圈。
