Abstract
本发明涉及一种球式凡尔总成结构,属于油气开采设备技术领域,包括凡尔座、安装在凡尔座内侧的凡尔胶皮、位于凡尔胶皮上方的钢球以及位于钢球外的球笼,所述球笼的外侧下部设有第一卡接件,凡尔座的内侧上部设有与第一卡接件配合的第二卡接件,所述凡尔座与球笼之间安装有弹性件。本发明具有凡尔座与球笼通过卡槽结构连接,可避免由于进入沙粒造成的卡滞难拆卸的问题,可提高拆检泵时的工作效率的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种球式凡尔总成结构,属于油气开采设备技术领域,尤其适用于油田压裂、固井柱塞泵上。
背景技术
凡尔总成是一种单向阀总成,可作为柱塞泵液力端的重要组成部件,广泛应用在油田压裂、固井柱塞泵上,其作用是在柱塞泵运转过程中,随着柱塞不断的往复运动产生压力的变化,凡尔不断的开启和闭合,以实现流体介质的低压吸入和高压排出。
常见的凡尔总成可分为两类,一种是由凡尔体、凡尔弹簧、凡尔胶皮及凡尔座组成,凡尔胶皮嵌套在凡尔体上,凡尔胶皮与凡尔座开始接触时为面接触,该种凡尔总成当流过的高压流体为携砂液时,沙粒会夹在胶皮与凡尔座的密封面间,容易加速凡尔胶皮的损坏,且由于凡尔体关闭时,凡尔胶皮可起缓冲及密封作用,由此当胶皮损坏后,凡尔体失去缓冲,将直接与凡尔座撞击,会加速凡尔体及凡尔座的损坏。
另外一种的球式凡尔总成由钢球、凡尔座、凡尔胶皮、球笼组成,该种凡尔总成的钢球与胶皮在开始接触时为线接触,下落过程中胶皮沿球面变形,可清除凡尔体球面颗粒,使得凡尔体球面与凡尔胶皮间不存在颗粒,能减轻胶皮的磨损。但是,此类球式凡尔球笼与凡尔座采用螺纹连接,在实际作业过程中,携砂液中的沙粒容易进入连接螺纹,由此当定期拆泵、检泵需要拆卸球笼与凡尔座时,由于进入两者间连接螺纹的沙粒,会使得拆装及其费力,且安装凡尔总成的液力端内部空间狭小,必须单独设计拆卸工具才能将球笼拆下,增加了成本及作业人员的劳动量。因此,如何解决由于沙粒进入凡尔座与球笼间的连接螺纹造成的拆泵检泵时拆装困难成为亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种球式凡尔总成结构,凡尔座与球笼通过卡槽结构连接,可避免由于进入沙粒造成的卡滞难拆卸的问题,可提高拆检泵时的工作效率。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种球式凡尔总成结构,包括凡尔座、安装在凡尔座内侧的凡尔胶皮、位于凡尔胶皮上方的钢球以及位于钢球外的球笼,所述球笼的外侧下部设有第一卡接件,凡尔座的内侧上部设有与第一卡接件配合的第二卡接件,所述凡尔座与球笼之间安装有弹性件。
本发明的技术方案还包括:所述第一卡接件包括外凸台,外凸台设置有凹槽,第二卡接件包括与凹槽配合的内凸台。
本发明的技术方案还包括:所述第一卡接件包括第二外凸台,第二卡接件包括第二内凸台,所述第二内凸台设置有与第二外凸台配合的第二凹槽。
本发明的技术方案还包括:所述凡尔胶皮位于第二卡接件的下方,凡尔胶皮的上表面与球笼的下表面之间自下向上设置有压板和波形弹簧。
本发明的技术方案还包括:所述凡尔胶皮位于第二卡接件的下方,凡尔胶皮上表面设置有弹簧,所述弹簧的顶端位于球笼内。
本发明的技术方案还包括:所述球笼的顶部设置有拆卸孔。
本发明的技术方案还包括:所述第一卡接件的数量是四个,四个第一卡接件沿球笼的周向上间隔均布,球笼的侧面设置有流体通孔。
本发明的技术方案还包括:所述凡尔座的内部自上向下设置有第二卡接件、弹性件导向直边段、凡尔胶皮安装槽、密封锥孔和通孔;
凡尔座的外部自上向下设置有圆柱面、锥面和密封圈槽,所述密封圈槽内安装有密封圈。
本发明的技术方案还包括:所述凡尔胶皮的内侧和外侧均为锥型回转面,凡尔胶皮的顶部设置有存砂凹槽。
本发明的有益效果是:通过分别在球笼外和凡尔座内设置可完成卡接的第一卡接件和第二卡接件,当拆检泵需要将球笼打开时,即便凡尔总成在作业中有携砂液中的沙粒进入,由于球笼和凡尔座采用卡槽结构连接,且球笼和凡尔座间的锁紧可由位于两者间的弹性件提供,因此拆卸时在克服弹性件的锁紧力后便容易将卡接的第一卡接件与第二卡接件分离,避免了沙粒进入球笼与凡尔座连接螺纹造成的卡滞问题,方便了拆检泵时球笼的拆卸,可提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明的球式凡尔总成结构,包括凡尔座2、凡尔胶皮6、钢球3和球笼1,凡尔胶皮6安装在凡尔座2内侧,钢球3安装在凡尔胶皮6的上方并在钢球3的外部设有球笼1。作业时,流体自凡尔座2下方向上流动时,可将钢球3顶起向上移动,进而钢球3与凡尔胶皮6和凡尔座2脱离形成间隙使流体通过,最终从球笼1侧面的流体通孔12中流出;当流体从球笼1侧面流体通孔12进入想要向下流动时,由于流体和钢球3自身的自重作用,钢球3会紧紧抵靠在凡尔胶皮6和凡尔座2上,没有间隙流体难以通过,以起到反向截止的单向阀作用。
凡尔总成在使用中需要定期拆检查看凡尔胶皮6、凡尔座2等是否磨损需要更换或者是否存在开裂等故障,为了可方便的将球笼1与凡尔座2拆卸分离,提高拆检的工作效率,将两者设计为通过卡槽结构连接,在球笼1的外侧下部设置第一卡接件,对应地,在凡尔座2的内侧上部设置与第一卡接件配合的第二卡接件,且为了确保两者卡接后的锁紧,在球笼1和凡尔座2之间安装了弹性件,由于卡接的球笼1和凡尔座2间隙大于螺纹连接的间隙,且两者间的锁紧力来源于螺纹连接不同,不仅由卡接提供还有弹性件锁紧,因此,即便在作业时有沙粒进入卡接槽中,在拆卸时也不会出现因沙粒产生的卡滞,人员手动即可完成,无需借助工具,在提升安装和拆卸效率的同时可降低成本。
本发明的实施例一中,第一卡接件采用的结构是在球笼1外侧下部的带有凹槽111的外凸台11,相配合地,第二卡接件是在凡尔座2内侧上部的与凹槽111匹配的内凸台21。
本发明的另一实施例中,将卡接配合的凹槽与凸台位置互换,即,第二卡接件设计为带有第二凹槽的第二内凸台,第一卡接件设计为与第二凹槽匹配的第二外凸台。将其中一个卡接件设计为带有凹槽的凸台结构的好处在于,能够为卡接装配后的球笼1和凡尔座2提供一定的卡接锁紧,避免作业时受流体作用两者分离。
为了确保装配后的球笼1与凡尔座2卡接可靠,在凡尔胶皮6的上方安装有弹簧,该弹簧可伸入球笼1内,以为球笼1和凡尔座2提供足够的锁紧力。
考虑到安装空间的限制,可将弹性件选用波形弹簧4,且为了避免波形弹簧4对凡尔胶皮6造成变形和损伤,在两者间安装了压板5,加装压板5后除了可对凡尔胶皮6提供防护避免变形外,还可同波形弹簧4为作业中发生磨损的凡尔胶皮6提供一定的压紧。
装配时,依次将凡尔胶皮6、压板5、波形弹簧4、钢球3放到凡尔座2内,然后用手将球笼1的外部缺口部分对准凡尔座2凸台,向下用力压紧波形弹簧4后,旋转球笼1,当凡尔座2的凸台落入球笼1外侧的凹槽111中,松开球笼1,此时球笼1通过波形弹簧4提供的弹簧力被卡槽锁紧,凡尔胶皮6由于波形弹簧4提供的弹簧力被压板5压紧。拆卸时,向下用力压紧波形弹簧4,且旋转球笼1使其外侧的凹槽111与凡尔座内凸台21脱离即可松手,之后球笼1会在波形弹簧4的弹力作用下与凡尔座2脱离。
本发明中,为了方便操作,在球笼1的顶部设置有拆卸孔13,可容纳操作人员的手指,或者,当有便利工具时可与工具配合。
本发明中,凡尔座2的内部自上向下设置有第二卡接件、弹性件导向直边段、凡尔胶皮安装槽、密封锥孔和通孔;凡尔座2的外部自上向下设置有圆柱面、锥面和密封圈槽,在密封圈槽内安装有密封圈7。凡尔胶皮6的内外均设计为锥型的回转体,且在其顶部设计有存砂凹槽61。将凡尔胶皮6、凡尔座2与钢球3的接触面均设计为锥形,可保证与钢球接触时为线接触,且此种结构有自清洁作用,可清洁钢球上的沙粒,提高钢球的使用寿命,并且密封面间不会存砂,能够提高凡尔胶皮6及凡尔座2的使用寿命

Claims (9)
1.一种球式凡尔总成结构,包括凡尔座(2)、安装在凡尔座(2)内侧的凡尔胶皮(6)、位于凡尔胶皮(6)上方的钢球(3)以及位于钢球(3)外的球笼(1),其特征在于:所述球笼(1)的外侧下部设有第一卡接件,凡尔座(2)的内侧上部设有与第一卡接件配合的第二卡接件,所述凡尔座(2)与球笼(1)之间安装有弹性件。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种球式凡尔总成结构,其特征在于:所述第一卡接件包括外凸台(11),外凸台(11)设置有凹槽(111),第二卡接件包括与凹槽(111)配合的内凸台(21)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种球式凡尔总成结构,其特征在于:所述第一卡接件包括第二外凸台,第二卡接件包括第二内凸台,所述第二内凸台设置有与第二外凸台配合的第二凹槽。
4.如权利要求1至3任一所述的一种球式凡尔总成结构,其特征在于:所述凡尔胶皮(6)位于第二卡接件的下方,凡尔胶皮(6)的上表面与球笼(1)的下表面之间自下向上设置有压板(5)和波形弹簧(4)。
5.如权利要求1至3任一所述的一种球式凡尔总成结构,其特征在于:所述凡尔胶皮(6)位于第二卡接件的下方,凡尔胶皮(6)上表面设置有弹簧,所述弹簧的顶端位于球笼(1)内。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种球式凡尔总成结构,其特征在于:所述球笼(1)的顶部设置有拆卸孔(13)。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种球式凡尔总成结构,其特征在于:所述第一卡接件的数量是四个,四个第一卡接件沿球笼(1)的周向上间隔均布,球笼(1)的侧面设置有流体通孔(12)。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种球式凡尔总成结构,其特征在于:所述凡尔座(2)的内部自上向下设置有第二卡接件、弹性件导向直边段、凡尔胶皮安装槽、密封锥孔和通孔;
凡尔座(2)的外部自上向下设置有圆柱面、锥面和密封圈槽,所述密封圈槽内安装有密封圈(7)。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种球式凡尔总成结构,其特征在于:所述凡尔胶皮(6)的内侧和外侧均为锥型回转面,凡尔胶皮(6)的顶部设置有存砂凹槽(61)。
