Abstract

本发明提供一种用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂,所需原料包括:改性苯基硅氧烷、不饱和多元醇酯、丙烯酸树脂乳液、异构醇醚与环氧乙烷缩合物、聚乙烯蜡乳液、去离子水;本发明的铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂可自动化和传统手动喷枪喷涂,具有很好的耐宽温性,在模具低温200℃到高温420℃都能保持良好的油膜稳定性,不产生多余的油渍,没有积炭,无明显的油烟,不在模具中产生堆积,不堵塞喷枪,润滑性和脱模剂性能优异,且对被锻造的金属材料和模具没有任何腐蚀,稀释比例高,使用兑水比例可以做到1:20,绿色环保,解决了石墨乳类脱模剂污染大,性能差,次品率高,成本较高、易造成机械损坏的问题。

Description

一种用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱模剂,更具体地说是涉及一种用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂。
背景技术
早期热锻生产工艺主要采用动植物油、矿物油、废机油、煤油等油脂类对模具进行涂抹或涂刷充当脱模剂,由于这些油脂的燃点比较低,耐不了高温,易造成车间弥漫大量油烟,产生硫化物和其它不环保的物质,燃烧后产生积碳长期粘附在模具和产品上面,严重影响了模具精度并且污染了产品和模具设备,近年来市场有石墨乳的热锻造脱模剂出现,虽然润滑性和油烟现象得到改善但是缺点也很多如:
⑴环境污染:石墨本身是黑色的,外观和墨汁类似,属于碳素同类,污染材料和模具及设备,车间环境脏,不环保;
⑵损坏机械:石墨本身导电性强,时常作为电池的电极,石墨粉尘在高温锻造时通过高温空气及喷涂水蒸气飘散在车间各种机器设备电子部件中,极易造成设备电器短路烧毁等电力安全隐患;
⑶性能差:稀释比例太低成本高,一般兑水比例为1:3~10倍,含灰土量和杂质多,颗粒粒径太粗,在当做热锻脱模剂中兑水后容易沉淀分层,需要不停搅拌,长期使用在模具的细小缝隙中沉积粘结每天都要修模,对模具伤损伤大,易堵喷枪,看起来单价便宜实则使用成本高。
⑷生产次品率高:由于金属在高温高压下同模具表面产生摩擦流动性,在这一过程中黑色石墨粉在金属和模具之间参与变形摩擦流动,非常容易被夹持卷入到金属表层中,造成产品表面有黑线,夹皮层,金属流纹等不正常的外观缺陷,从而造成锻造的产品报废率高
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于自动化和传统手动喷枪喷涂,具有很好的耐宽温性及油膜稳定性,不产生多余的油渍,没有积炭,无明显的油烟,不在模具中产生堆积,不堵塞喷枪,润滑性和脱模剂性能优异,卫生环保,稀释比例高的用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂,所需原料包括:改性苯基硅氧烷、不饱和多元醇酯、丙烯酸树脂乳液、异构醇醚与环氧乙烷缩合物、聚乙烯蜡乳液、去离子水。
优选的,在上述的一种用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂中,上述原料配比组成为:改性苯基硅氧烷15%、不饱和多元醇酯10%、丙烯酸树脂乳液8%、异构醇醚与环氧乙烷缩合物22%、聚乙烯蜡乳液7%、去离子水38%。
优选的,在上述的一种用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂中,具体的操作流程包括如下步骤:
(1)、按上述比例量取改性苯基硅氧烷和丙烯酸树脂乳液,加入适量去离子水,搅拌30min,得到混合溶液一;
(2)将上述步骤(1)所得混合溶液一放入高速乳化机,加入异构醇醚与环氧乙烷缩合物,高速乳化20min,得到混合溶液二;
(3)在上述步骤(1)所得混合溶液二中计入不饱和多元醇酯、聚乙烯蜡乳液,并加入剩余离子水,进行高速搅拌20min,得到产品。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂,本发明将原料分次进行充分搅拌、乳化,产品细腻,混合度高,且兑水后均匀不分层,稀释比例高达1:20;不含石墨等原料,不脏污工作环境,不产生多余的油渍,没有积炭,无明显的油烟,不在模具中产生堆积,不堵塞喷枪,润滑性和脱模剂性能优异,对被锻造的金属材料和模具没有任何腐蚀,环保无油烟;有良好的宽温性在模具低温200℃到高温420℃都能保持良好的油膜稳定性;适用于自动化喷涂或传统手动喷枪脱模剂均匀快速的分散铺展到模具的每一个角落,使用方便;污染性小,环境卫生,不脏污产品,良品率高,为绿色环保产品。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供一种适用于自动化和传统手动喷枪喷涂,具有很好的耐宽温性及油膜稳定性,不产生多余的油渍,没有积炭,无明显的油烟,不在模具中产生堆积,不堵塞喷枪,润滑性和脱模剂性能优异,卫生环保,稀释比例高的用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂。
请参阅本发明公开的一种用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂,具体包括:
改性苯基硅氧烷、不饱和多元醇酯、丙烯酸树脂乳液、异构醇醚与环氧乙烷缩合物、聚乙烯蜡乳液、去离子水。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,上述原料按照如下配比组成:改性苯基硅氧烷15%、不饱和多元醇酯10%、丙烯酸树脂乳液8%、异构醇醚与环氧乙烷缩合物22%、聚乙烯蜡乳液7%、去离子水38%。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,具体的操作流程包括如下步骤:
(1)、按上述比例量取改性苯基硅氧烷和丙烯酸树脂乳液,加入适量去离子水,搅拌30min,得到混合溶液一;
(2)将上述步骤(1)所得混合溶液一放入高速乳化机,加入异构醇醚与环氧乙烷缩合物,高速乳化20min,得到混合溶液二;
(3)在上述步骤(1)所得混合溶液二中计入不饱和多元醇酯、聚乙烯蜡乳液,并加入剩余离子水,进行高速搅拌20min,得到产品。

1.一种用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂,所需原料包括:改性苯基硅氧烷、不饱和多元醇酯、丙烯酸树脂乳液、异构醇醚与环氧乙烷缩合物、聚乙烯蜡乳液、去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂,其特征在于,上述原料配比组成为:改性苯基硅氧烷15%、不饱和多元醇酯10%、丙烯酸树脂乳液8%、异构醇醚与环氧乙烷缩合物22%、聚乙烯蜡乳液7%、去离子水38%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于铜、铝及其合金热模锻压成型耐高温环保脱模剂,其特征在于,具体的操作流程包括如下步骤:
按上述比例量取改性苯基硅氧烷和丙烯酸树脂乳液,加入适量去离子水,搅拌30min,得到混合溶液一;
将上述步骤(1)所得混合溶液一放入高速乳化机,加入异构醇醚与环氧乙烷缩合物,高速乳化20min,得到混合溶液二;
在上述步骤(1)所得混合溶液二中计入不饱和多元醇酯、聚乙烯蜡乳液,并加入剩余离子水,进行高速搅拌20min,得到产品。
