本发明公开了一种水性UV涂料及其制备方法。其组成按质量百分数计如下:聚丙烯酸酯25%~35%、水性环氧树脂20%~30%、水性聚氨酯5%~10%、去离子水10%‑15%,光引发剂5%~15%、分散剂2%~5%、流平剂2%~10%。本发明水性UV涂料在紫外光固化阶段初期固化速度快。三乙醇胺不仅作为分散剂,同时还能作为水性聚氨酯的固化剂;水性聚氨酯的固化生成聚氨酯键还能够促进水性环氧树脂的交联固化,使得涂层性能进一步增加;水性环氧树脂以及水性聚氨酯的加入是的涂层兼具有柔性和韧性,应用于人造革表面涂层表现效果优异。

一种水性UV涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种水性UV涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
UV涂料即紫外光固化涂料,最早应用于家具、地板行业,具有固化速度快、低能耗、低污染等优点。随着涂料科技日益发展,UV涂料渐渐应用于塑料、纸张、木材、金属、皮革等材料上,成为许多行业中装饰涂料的重要选择。随着节能减排和环保安全的理念逐渐深入人心,水性UV涂料和高固份的UV涂料逐渐呈现出取代有机溶剂类的油性UV涂料的趋势。
在人造革上使用UV涂料进行装饰并不少见,利用现有技术中的有机类UV涂料往往存在以下几个关键问题:一、气味问题,大部分的油性涂料由于溶剂残留或反应不完全往往具有刺激性气味;二、环保问题,油性涂料的制备过程和使用过程都存在VOC的排放,固化加热时更是会使溶剂散发出来;三、交联密度,油性涂料的交联密度略低。相比较之下,水性UV涂料无气味问题、无环保风险,只要提升其交联密度,水性UV涂料就能达到传统油性涂料的效果与性能。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种用于人造革的水性UV涂料及其制备方法,其固化速率快,粘接牢靠,并且能够减少VOC排放绿色环保。
为达到上述目的,采用技术方案如下:
一种水性UV涂料,其组成按质量百分数计如下:
聚丙烯酸酯25%~35%、水性环氧树脂20%~30%、水性聚氨酯5%~10%、去离子水10%-15%,光引发剂5%~15%、分散剂2%~5%、流平剂2%~10%。
按上述方案,所述光引发剂为a-二甲氧基-a-苯基苯乙酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]-1-丙酮、a-羟烷基苯酮中的一种。
按上述方案,所述流平剂为水性流平剂。
按上述方案,所述分散剂为三乙醇胺。
上述水性UV涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按照配方称量相应质量的物料;
聚丙烯酸酯、水性环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯、去离子水在300-500r/min的转速下分散15-20min;
再投入光引发剂、分散剂、流平剂,继续在300-500r/min的转速下分散20-30min,后投入增稠剂分散20-30min;
调整pH值,呈弱碱性,后过滤包装。
相对于现有技术,本发明有益效果如下:
继承和发展了传统UV涂料和水性涂料两者的特点,具有安全环保、节能高效、黏度可调、可实现薄涂层涂布以及成本较低等优点。
本发明水性UV涂料在紫外光固化阶段初期固化速度快。三乙醇胺不仅作为分散剂,同时还能作为水性聚氨酯的固化剂;水性聚氨酯的固化生成聚氨酯键还能够促进水性环氧树脂的交联固化,使得涂层性能进一步增加。
水性环氧树脂以及水性聚氨酯的加入是的涂层兼具有柔性和韧性,应用于人造革表面涂层表现效果优异。
具体实施方式
以下实施例进一步阐释本发明的技术方案,但不作为对本发明保护范围的限制。
以下实施例中聚丙烯酸酯、水性环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯均为市售。
制备过程如下:
按照配方称量相应质量的物料;
聚丙烯酸酯、水性环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯、去离子水在300-500r/min的转速下分散15-20min;
再投入光引发剂、分散剂、流平剂,继续在300-500r/min的转速下分散20-30min,后投入增稠剂分散20-30min;
调整pH值,呈弱碱性,后过滤包装。
实施例1
聚丙烯酸酯25%、水性环氧树脂30%、水性聚氨酯10%、去离子水15%,光引发剂10%、分散剂5%、流平剂5%。
实施例2
聚丙烯酸酯35%、水性环氧树脂20%、水性聚氨酯5%、去离子水15%,光引发剂~15%、分散剂2%、流平剂8%.
实施例3
聚丙烯酸酯30%、水性环氧树脂25%、水性聚氨酯8%、去离子水12%,光引发剂10%、分散剂5%、流平剂10%。
通过对实施例1-3涂层硬度、附着力以及断裂伸长率的检测可得,相比于市售人造革油性UV涂层,本发明初期性能具有一定的劣势,但是随着时间的推移,聚氨酯以及环氧树脂的交联固化,本发明后期性能接近了油性UV人造革涂层。

Claims (5)

1.一种水性UV涂料,其特征在于组成按质量百分数计如下:
聚丙烯酸酯25%~35%、水性环氧树脂20%~30%、水性聚氨酯5%~10%、去离子水10%-15%,光引发剂5%~15%、分散剂2%~5%、流平剂2%~10%。
2.如权利要求1所述水性UV涂料,其特征在于所述光引发剂为a-二甲氧基-a-苯基苯乙酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]-1-丙酮、a-羟烷基苯酮中的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述水性UV涂料,其特征在于所述流平剂为水性流平剂。
4.如权利要求1所述水性UV涂料,其特征在于所述分散剂为三乙醇胺。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述水性UV涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
按照配方称量相应质量的物料;
聚丙烯酸酯、水性环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯、去离子水在300-500r/min的转速下分散15-20min;
再投入光引发剂、分散剂、流平剂,继续在300-500r/min的转速下分散20-30min,后投入增稠剂分散20-30min;
调整pH值,呈弱碱性,后过滤包装。
