Abstract

本发明公开了一种石墨材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:以重量份计,将60~65份沥青焦,11~15份黏土,7~10份陶瓷粉与13~15份氧化镁混合;搅拌并加热1~3小时;进行磨粉细化;放入模具内压制成形;在惰性气体保护下加热并保温;浸渍;加热并保温;使粉末墨化。本发明制备得到的石墨材料抗压和抗折性能好;重量轻,耐热范围大,热膨胀系数小,热扩散率和热导率高,传热快,且受热均匀,可以将该石墨材料制备成厨房用具。

一种石墨材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种石墨材料及其制备方法,属于无机非金属材料技术领域。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,家庭厨房用具材料的选择也越来越多。电饭锅、煮饭锅、煲汤锅、烤盘等都是人们日常生活中常用的厨房用具,现有技术中通常采用全铸铁制成,但是这种材料制成的厨具具有重量大、耐热范围小,热膨胀系数大,热扩散率和热导率小的缺点;也有使用陶瓷制成的厨具,虽然陶瓷厨具的热导率高且热膨胀系数小,但其耐热范围小,且只能明火加热且易破裂;另外还存在由高硼硅制成的所谓养生锅,虽然其具有较低的热膨胀系数,但是其对热不敏感。
因此,提供一种低密度、高导热的石墨材料及其制备方法,是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低密度、高导热的石墨材料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种石墨材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)以重量份计,将60~65份沥青焦,11~15份黏土,7~10份陶瓷粉与13~15份氧化镁混合;
(2)将步骤(1)所述的混合物在120℃~300℃的温度下搅拌并加热1~3小时,并在加热过程中进行多次轧片;
(3)将步骤(2)所述完成加热的混合物进行磨粉细化,控制粉末粒径为6~13微米;
(4)将步骤(3)所述磨粉细化的混合物放入模具内压制成形;
(5)在惰性气体保护下将压制成型的混合物加热至1400~1800℃,并保温20~40天;
(6)将步骤(5)所述完成加热的混合物浸渍在中温煤沥青中,并以65~70℃/h的升温速度加热至300~500℃,抽真空后保压处理;
(7)在惰性气体保护下加热至1400~1800℃,并保温20~40天;
(8)以100~120℃/h的升温速度加热至3200℃,使粉末墨化。
优选地,步骤(5)中的升温速度为260℃/h。
优选地,步骤(7)中的升温速度为220℃/h。
进一步,制备得到的石墨材料的热膨胀系数为3.9~4.4×10-6/K。
进一步,制备得到的石墨材料的热扩散率为89~92m2/s。
进一步,制备得到的石墨材料的热导率为138~142w/m·k。
进一步,制备得到的石墨材料的抗压强度为45~70Mpa,抗折强度为28~36Mpa。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备得到的石墨材料抗压和抗折性能好;重量轻,耐热范围大,热膨胀系数小,热扩散率和热导率高,传热快,且受热均匀,可以将该石墨材料制备成厨房用具。

实施例1
一种石墨材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)以重量份计,将60份沥青焦,11份黏土,7份陶瓷粉与13份氧化镁混合;
(2)将步骤(1)所述的混合物在120℃的温度下搅拌并加热3小时,并在加热过程中进行多次轧片;
(3)将步骤(2)所述完成加热的混合物进行磨粉细化,控制粉末粒径为6~13微米;
(4)将步骤(3)所述磨粉细化的混合物放入模具内压制成形;
(5)在惰性气体保护下将压制成型的混合物加热至1400℃,升温速度为260℃/h,并保温40天;
(6)将步骤(5)所述完成加热的混合物浸渍在中温煤沥青中,并以65℃/h的升温速度加热至300℃,抽真空后保压处理;
(7)在惰性气体保护下加热至1400℃,升温速度为220℃/h,并保温40天;
(8)以100℃/h的升温速度加热至3200℃,使粉末墨化。
实施例2
一种石墨材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)以重量份计,将63份沥青焦,13份黏土,8份陶瓷粉与14份氧化镁混合;
(2)将步骤(1)所述的混合物在200℃的温度下搅拌并加热2小时,并在加热过程中进行多次轧片;
(3)将步骤(2)所述完成加热的混合物进行磨粉细化,控制粉末粒径为6~13微米;
(4)将步骤(3)所述磨粉细化的混合物放入模具内压制成形;
(5)在惰性气体保护下将压制成型的混合物加热至1600℃,升温速度为260℃/h,并保温30天;
(6)将步骤(5)所述完成加热的混合物浸渍在中温煤沥青中,并以68℃/h的升温速度加热至400℃,抽真空后保压处理;
(7)在惰性气体保护下加热至1600℃,升温速度为220℃/h,并保温30天;
(8)以110℃/h的升温速度加热至3200℃,使粉末墨化。
实施例3
一种石墨材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)以重量份计,将65份沥青焦,15份黏土,10份陶瓷粉与15份氧化镁混合;
(2)将步骤(1)所述的混合物在300℃的温度下搅拌并加热1小时,并在加热过程中进行多次轧片;
(3)将步骤(2)所述完成加热的混合物进行磨粉细化,控制粉末粒径为6~13微米;
(4)将步骤(3)所述磨粉细化的混合物放入模具内压制成形;
(5)在惰性气体保护下将压制成型的混合物加热至1800℃,升温速度为260℃/h,并保温20天;
(6)将步骤(5)所述完成加热的混合物浸渍在中温煤沥青中,并以70℃/h的升温速度加热至500℃,抽真空后保压处理;
(7)在惰性气体保护下加热至1800℃,升温速度为220℃/h,并保温20天;
(8)以120℃/h的升温速度加热至3200℃,使粉末墨化。
测定本发明实施例1~3制备得到的石墨材料以及常用厨房用具的具体参数,结果如下表所示:
本发明制备得到的石墨材料,热膨胀系数小,热扩散率,热导率高;抗压和抗折性能好。

Claims (7)

1.一种石墨材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)以重量份计,将60~65份沥青焦,11~15份黏土,7~10份陶瓷粉与13~15份氧化镁混合;
(2)将步骤(1)所述的混合物在120℃~300℃的温度下搅拌并加热1~3小时,并在加热过程中进行多次轧片;
(3)将步骤(2)所述完成加热的混合物进行磨粉细化,控制粉末粒径为6~13微米;
(4)将步骤(3)所述磨粉细化的混合物放入模具内压制成形;
(5)在惰性气体保护下将压制成型的混合物加热至1400~1800℃,并保温20~40天;
(6)将步骤(5)所述完成加热的混合物浸渍在中温煤沥青中,并以65~70℃/h的升温速度加热至300~500℃,抽真空后保压处理;
(7)在惰性气体保护下加热至1400~1800℃,并保温20~40天;
(8)以100~120℃/h的升温速度加热至3200℃,使粉末墨化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中的升温速度为260℃/h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(7)中的升温速度为220℃/h。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种石墨材料的制备方法,其特征在于,制备得到的石墨材料的热膨胀系数为3.9~4.4×10-6/K。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种石墨材料的制备方法,其特征在于,制备得到的石墨材料的热扩散率为89~92m2/s。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种石墨材料的制备方法,其特征在于,制备得到的石墨材料的热导率为138~142w/m·k。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种石墨材料的制备方法,其特征在于,制备得到的石墨材料的抗压强度为45~70Mpa,抗折强度为28~36Mpa。
