本发明公开了一种切纸精准度高的切纸装置,包括工作台,所述工作台的左侧固定连接有固定板,所述固定板的右侧固定连接有圆筒,所述圆筒的顶部开设有凹槽,所述固定板的左侧固定连接有气缸,所述气缸右侧的输出轴固定连接有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆远离固定板的一端穿过固定板并固定连接在圆筒内。该切纸精准度高的切纸装置,把卷纸放置在圆筒内,使气缸工作,使伸缩杆在圆筒内伸缩运动,并且推动卷纸,使卷纸的另一端恰好卡接在限位板上的槽口内,使切纸装置的固定效果更好,并且在进行切割的时候不会出现斜面的现象,使卷纸在切割过程中,误差小,更美观,同时也提高了该切纸装置的工作效率。

本发明涉及造纸设备技术领域,具体为一种切纸精准度高的切纸装置。
背景技术
在现在的造纸的过程中,需要把卷纸进行等距离的切割加工,并且用于人们的日常生活中。但是,现在的市场上的切纸装置,精度都不是很高,有的还需要大量的劳力,并且没法精准的进行切割卷纸,使卷纸存在误差,使卷纸的长度差别过大,可能还会切出斜面的情况,不具有美观性,加工的效果也不好,在造纸过程中效率变低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种切纸精准度高的切纸装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种切纸精准度高的切纸装置,包括工作台,所述工作台的左侧固定连接有固定板,所述固定板的右侧固定连接有圆筒,所述圆筒的顶部开设有凹槽,所述固定板的左侧固定连接有气缸,所述气缸右侧的输出轴固定连接有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆远离固定板的一端穿过固定板并固定连接在圆筒内,所述圆筒的内部设置有限位块,所述工作台的右侧固定连接有电动推杆,所述电动推杆的上表面上套接有固定块,所述固定块的底部固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出轴穿过电机箱并传动连接有转轴,所述转轴远离电机的一端固定连接有切割刀具,所述电动推杆的左侧固定连接有限位板,所述限位板的左侧开设有槽口,所述工作台的表面上开设有通孔,并且通孔的底部固定连接有工作箱。
优选的,所述槽口的内表面上设置有内螺纹。
优选的,所述圆筒的内表面上设置有防滑垫,所述防滑垫的表面上均为粗糙设置。
优选的,所述固定板的高度为六十厘米。
优选的,所述工作板的内部设置有减震弹簧,所述减震弹簧的数量至少为两个,并且每相邻的两个减震弹簧之间均为等距设置。
优选的,所述工作台的底部固定连接有橡胶凸起,所述橡胶凸起的数量至少为两个,并且每相邻的两个橡胶凸起之间均为等距设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该切纸精准度高的切纸装置,通过设置圆筒、限位板、气缸、伸缩杆和槽口,把卷纸放置在圆筒内,使气缸工作,使伸缩杆在圆筒内伸缩运动,并且推动卷纸,使卷纸的另一端恰好卡接在限位板上的槽口内,使切纸装置的固定效果更好,并且在进行切割的时候不会出现斜面的现象,使卷纸在切割过程中,误差小,更美观,同时也提高了该切纸装置的工作效率,通过设置电动推杆、电机、转轴和切割刀具,使电动推杆工作,使固定块上下运动,同时电机工作,转轴旋转,使切割刀具旋转并进行工作,使该切纸装置具有实用性增强的效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-5,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种切纸精准度高的切纸装置,包括工作台1,工作台1的左侧固定连接有固定板2,固定板2的高度为六十厘米,固定板2的右侧固定连接有圆筒4,圆筒4的内表面上设置有防滑垫17,防滑垫17的表面上均为粗糙设置,圆筒4的顶部开设有凹槽5,固定板2的左侧固定连接有气缸6,气缸6右侧的输出轴固定连接有伸缩杆7,伸缩杆7远离固定板2的一端穿过固定板2并固定连接在圆筒4内,圆筒4的内部设置有限位块8,工作台1的右侧固定连接有电动推杆3,电动推杆3的上表面上套接有固定块9,固定块9的底部固定连接有电机10,电机10的输出轴穿过电机箱并传动连接有转轴11,转轴11远离电机10的一端固定连接有切割刀具12,通过设置电动推杆3、电机10、转轴11和切割刀具12,使电动推杆3工作,使固定块9上下运动,同时电机10工作,转轴11旋转,使切割刀具12旋转并进行工作,使该切纸装置具有实用性增强的效果,电动推杆3的左侧固定连接有限位板13,限位板13的左侧开设有槽口14,通过设置圆筒4、限位板13、气缸6、伸缩杆7和槽口14,把卷纸放置在圆筒4内,使气缸6工作,使伸缩杆7在圆筒4内伸缩运动,并且推动卷纸,使卷纸的另一端恰好卡接在限位板13上的槽口14内,使切纸装置的固定效果更好,并且在进行切割的时候不会出现斜面的现象,使卷纸在切割过程中,误差小,更美观,同时也提高了该切纸装置的工作效率,槽口14的内表面上设置有内螺纹,工作台1的表面上开设有通孔15,并且通孔15的底部固定连接有工作箱16,使切割后的卷纸可以自动落入到工作箱16上,工作板1的内部设置有减震弹簧18,减震弹簧18的数量至少为两个,并且每相邻的两个减震弹簧18之间均为等距设置,使切纸装置在工作的时候减震效果更好,工作台1的底部固定连接有橡胶凸起19,橡胶凸起19的数量至少为两个,并且每相邻的两个橡胶凸起19之间均为等距设置,使工作台1更加的稳定。
该文中出现的电器元件均与外界的主控器及220V市电电连接,并且主控器可为计算机等起到控制的常规已知设备。
使用时,气缸6工作,使伸缩杆7在圆筒4内伸缩运动,并且推动卷纸,使卷纸的另一端恰好卡接在限位板13上的槽口14内,同时电动推杆3工作,使固定块9上下运动,同时电机10工作,转轴11旋转,使切割刀具12旋转并进行工作,切割后的卷纸可以自动落入到工作箱16上,使该切纸装置具有切纸精度高的功能。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种切纸精准度高的切纸装置,包括工作台(1),其特征在于:所述工作台(1)的左侧固定连接有固定板(2),所述固定板(2)的右侧固定连接有圆筒(4),所述圆筒(4)的顶部开设有凹槽(5),所述固定板(2)的左侧固定连接有气缸(6),所述气缸(6)右侧的输出轴固定连接有伸缩杆(7),所述伸缩杆(7)远离固定板(2)的一端穿过固定板(2)并固定连接在圆筒(4)内,所述圆筒(4)的内部设置有限位块(8),所述工作台(1)的右侧固定连接有电动推杆(3),所述电动推杆(3)的上表面上套接有固定块(9),所述固定块(9)的底部固定连接有电机(10),所述电机(10)的输出轴穿过电机箱并传动连接有转轴(11),所述转轴(11)远离电机(10)的一端固定连接有切割刀具(12),所述电动推杆(3)的左侧固定连接有限位板(13),所述限位板(13)的左侧开设有槽口(14),所述工作台(1)的表面上开设有通孔(15),并且通孔(15)的底部固定连接有工作箱(16);所述槽口(14)的内表面上设置有内螺纹;所述圆筒(4)的内表面上设置有防滑垫(17),所述防滑垫(17)的表面上均为粗糙设置;所述固定板(2)的高度为六十厘米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种切纸精准度高的切纸装置,其特征在于:所述工作板(1)的内部设置有减震弹簧(18),所述减震弹簧(18)的数量至少为两个,并且每相邻的两个减震弹簧(18)之间均为等距设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种切纸精准度高的切纸装置,其特征在于:所述工作台(1)的底部固定连接有橡胶凸起(19),所述橡胶凸起(19)的数量至少为两个,并且每相邻的两个橡胶凸起(19)之间均为等距设置。
