本发明公开了一种实木地板的二次着色方法,实木地板的表面具有交替设置并共同形成木质纹理的凹纹部和凸纹部,二次着色方法包括以下步骤,在实木地板的表面擦涂或者刷涂至少一次木蜡油;自然晾干;第一次涂覆着色漆,干燥;用砂带对实木地板的表面进行打磨抛光,使凸纹部的表面颜色淡化;清洁后进行第二次涂覆着色漆,干燥;涂覆防潮油漆,干燥。本发明一种实木地板的二次着色方法,经过一次着色后进行打磨抛光,由于地板表面自身的凸凹纹理,凹纹部的颜色深于凸纹部,再经过二次着色,使凹纹部和凸纹部的颜色同时加深,从而使凹纹部与凸纹部之间呈现出深浅不一的颜色对比,实现了在实木地板表面形成根据其纹理分布的不同色泽,既美观又自然。

本发明涉及一种实木地板的二次着色方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对室内外的装饰的要求也越来越高。现有的各种室内外的装饰板材出于环保的目的均采用实木制造,包括实木地板、多层实木地板和三层实木地板以及家具、墙装修材料板。这种实木制造的板材其图案通常是其木材纹理,形式单一,使用时间一长,容易造成视觉疲劳,不能满足人们的美学追求与享受。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种实木地板的二次着色方法,使实木地板表面呈现深浅不一的颜色纹理。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种实木地板的二次着色方法,实木地板的表面具有交替设置并共同形成木质纹理的凹纹部和凸纹部,二次着色方法包括以下步骤,
步骤1:在实木地板的表面擦涂或者刷涂至少一次木蜡油;
步骤2:自然晾干;
步骤3:第一次涂覆着色漆,干燥;
步骤4:用砂带对实木地板的表面进行打磨抛光,使凸纹部的表面颜色淡化;
步骤5:清洁后进行第二次涂覆着色漆,干燥;
步骤6:涂覆防潮油漆,干燥。
进一步地,步骤2完成后,对实木地板的表面进行抛光,去除未渗入地板表面的木蜡油,再进行步骤3。
进一步地,着色漆按照质量分数包括以下组分:桐油类醇酸树脂55%-60%、双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯5%-10%、三羟甲基丙烷5%-10%、消泡剂0.1%-0.5%、流平剂0.05-0.1%、光引发剂5%-10%、消光剂1%-10%、玻璃纤维1%-10%。
进一步地,防潮油漆按照质量分数包括以下组分:松香改性酚醛树脂45%-55%、醋酸纤维素10%-15%、异丁醇3%-8%、氨基树脂7%-10%、玻璃纤维5%-10%、二乙基硫脲3%-5%,异丁醇2%-3%、环氧树脂10%-12%。
进一步地,步骤4中采用30-50目布沙袋。

步骤1:在实木地板的表面擦涂或者刷涂至少一次木蜡油;
步骤2:自然晾干;
步骤3:第一次涂覆着色漆,干燥;
步骤4:用砂带对实木地板的表面进行打磨抛光,使凸纹部的表面颜色淡化;
步骤5:清洁后进行第二次涂覆着色漆,干燥;

步骤2:自然晾干;
步骤3:第一次涂覆着色漆,干燥;
步骤4:用砂带对实木地板的表面进行打磨抛光,使所述凸纹部的表面颜色淡化;
步骤5:清洁后进行第二次涂覆着色漆,干燥;
步骤6:涂覆防潮油漆,干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种实木地板的二次着色方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤2完成后,对实木地板的表面进行抛光,去除未渗入地板表面的木蜡油,再进行步骤3。
