本发明公开了炉渣粉碎烘干系统,翻斗上料机下游依次设置震动给料机、炉渣粉碎磨机,皮带输送机一端承接所述炉渣粉碎磨机,另一端连通烘干机,烘干机下游依次设置另一个皮带输送机、料仓。皮带输送机中段上部设置电磁铁。烘干机尾部通过管道与旋风分离器相连,风机进气口与所述旋风分离器排气口通过管道相连,风机出气口通过管道与烟囱相连。烘干机是水平地面安装夹角2‑5度。该系统结构合理,可完成炉渣的粉碎、烘干工序。

技术领域
本发明属于有机肥制造领域,具体来说涉及炉渣粉碎烘干系统。
背景技术
生物质燃烧炉工作时所产生的炉渣可作为有机肥原料使用。但从锅炉中产生的炉渣无法直接使用,需要对炉渣进行初步加工,即粉碎、烘干。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种可对炉渣进行粉碎、烘干工序的系统。
本发明的任务是这样完成的,其特征在于:翻斗上料机下游依次设置震动给料机、炉渣粉碎磨机,皮带输送机一端承接所述炉渣粉碎磨机,另一端连通烘干机,所述烘干机下游依次设置另一个皮带输送机、料仓。所述皮带输送机中段上部设置电磁铁。所述烘干机尾部通过管道与旋风分离器相连,风机进气口与所述旋风分离器排气口通过管道相连,风机出气口通过管道与烟囱相连。所述烘干机是水平地面安装夹角2-5度。
本发明具有以下效果:本技术方案采用炉渣粉碎磨机对炉渣进行粉碎处理,采用烘干机对炉灰进行烘干处理。该系统结构合理,可完成炉渣的粉碎、烘干工序。

本技术方案结合以上附图详细描述实施例,如图1所示,翻斗上料机1下游依次设置震动给料机2、炉渣粉碎磨机3,皮带输送机5一端承接所述炉渣粉碎磨机3,皮带输送机另一端连通烘干机6,所述烘干机6下游依次设置皮带输送机5-1料仓7。其中,炉渣粉碎磨机3与烘干机6之间的皮带输送机5中段上部设置有电磁铁4,该电磁铁可吸附炉灰中的铁屑杂质,确保后续工序安全。所述烘干机6安装时为倾斜安装,安装角度与水平地面成2-5度。所述皮带输送机5采用爬坡输送机。
如图3所示,所述烘干机6尾部通过管道与旋风分离器8相连,风机9进气口与所述旋风分离器8排气口通过管道相连,风机9出气口通过管道与烟囱10相连。上述风机9采用离心风机。该除尘装置可有效去除废气中所携带的炉灰等杂质,降低大气污染。
工人将生物质锅炉燃烧产生的炉渣倾倒于翻斗上料机1的料斗中,料斗提升后将炉渣倾倒于震动给料机2中,炉渣在震动给料机2的作用下进入炉渣粉碎磨机3后,研磨成炉灰并下落于皮带输送机5上随皮带一起运动,之后落入烘干机6内。烘干机6内通有热风,炉灰在其内部边旋转边缓慢向尾部前进,进而炉灰会被充分地烘干。烘干后的炉灰会由另一个皮带输送机5-1输送至料仓7中保存,以备有机肥生产使用。而在烘干机6尾部设置有一套除尘设备,可有效降低大气污染。

1.炉渣粉碎烘干系统,其特征在于:翻斗上料机下游依次设置震动给料机、炉渣粉碎磨机,皮带输送机一端承接所述炉渣粉碎磨机,另一端连通烘干机,所述烘干机下游依次设置另一个皮带输送机、料仓。
2.如权利要求1所述的炉渣粉碎烘干系统,其特征在于:所述皮带输送机中段上部设置电磁铁。
3.如权利要求1所述的炉渣粉碎烘干系统,其特征在于:所述烘干机尾部通过管道与旋风分离器相连,风机进气口与所述旋风分离器排气口通过管道相连,风机出气口通过管道与烟囱相连。
