本发明是一种复合碘伏消毒液及其制备方法,原料按重量份数如下:碘0.5‑1份,碘化钾0.5‑1份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6‑7份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2‑3份,壳聚糖0.1‑0.5份,茶树油0.5‑1份,棕榈油0.1‑1份,失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯0.1‑1份,异丙醇0.1‑1份,去离子水110‑125份。本发明在密闭不加热条件下进行,有效碘成分损失小,无废气、废液排放;工艺及操作简单,劳动强度小,自动化程度高,参数容易控制;可以有效提高配方含量及生产效率,效果非常明显,在制备工艺上有较大的发展潜力。

Description

一种复合碘伏消毒液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及的药物开发技术、涉及对传统碘伏制剂生产工艺的改进,通过新工艺改善了传统碘伏生产过程的不良特性,降低生产成本、增项了碘伏的消毒效果以及增加了辅助功效。
背景技术
碘伏,在消毒行业中归类为含碘制剂,含碘制剂定义为以碘为主要杀菌成分的消毒剂,主要包括:碘酊、碘伏。碘伏定义为,碘与聚醇醚和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮类表面活性剂形成的络合物。
碘,本品为灰黑色或蓝黑色、有金属光泽的片状结晶或块状物,质重、脆、有特臭,在常温中能挥发。碘在乙醇、乙醚或二硫化碳中易溶,在三氯甲烷中溶解,在四氯化碳中略溶,在水中几乎不溶,在碘化钾或碘化钠的水溶液中溶解。是消毒防腐药。
碘化钾,为无色结晶或白色结晶性粉末,无臭,微有引湿性。碘化钾在水中极易溶解,在乙醇中溶解。是补碘药。
聚醇醚,聚醇醚是一类物质,此类物质为非离子表面活性剂,为粘合剂和助溶剂等。
聚维酮,本品为白色至乳白色粉末,无臭或稍有特臭,无味,具引湿性。聚维酮在水、乙醇、异丙醇或三氯甲烷中溶解,在丙酮或乙醚中不溶。药用辅料,黏合剂和助溶剂等。
根据传统碘伏主要原料的性质特征可以看出,目前市场上主流碘伏产品主要为醚碘和酮碘,其两种产品的生产工艺主要缺点为:醚碘生产工艺由于其使用原料的特性,缺点在于产品分散性不强、液体粘稠不宜涂抹均匀、产品稳定性差、刺激性强、黄染严重等;酮碘生产工艺由于其使用原料特性,缺点在于生产需通过络合技术,生产周期长、工艺复杂、所需设备多、易产生烟尘、投入人工多等。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种简单易行、络合效果更好的碘伏制备技术。
为实现本发明的目的,采用的技术方案是:一种碘伏消毒液,原料按重量份数如下:碘0.5-1份,碘化钾0.5-1份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6-7份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-3份,壳聚糖0.1-0.5份,茶树油0.5-1份,棕榈油0.1-1份,失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯0.1-1份,异丙醇0.1-1份,去离子水110-125份。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明涉及一种碘伏的制备方法,其特征在于所用设备简单且少,设备故障容易排除,设备可重复循环利用,减少设备投资,在密闭不加热条件下进行,有效碘成分损失小,无废气、废液排放;工艺及操作简单,劳动强度小,自动化程度高,参数容易控制;所有原料、溶液都可重复循环使用,减少原料成本,无废液、废渣排放,无环境污染。本发明的方法有效节省设备、原料、试剂及成本,无三废排放,节能、减排、环保、低成本,可以有效提高配方含量及生产效率,效果非常明显,在制备工艺上有较大的发展潜力。
在原有传统碘伏配方基础上,加入了壳聚糖、茶树油、棕榈油、失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、异丙醇、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚进行配置,配置方法、性质表征及效果测试方法均包括在本发明中。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。一种碘伏消毒液,原料按重量份数如下:
碘0.5-1份,碘化钾0.5-1份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6-7份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-3份,壳聚糖0.1-0.5份,茶树油0.5-1份,棕榈油0.1-1份,失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯0.1-1份,异丙醇0.1-1份,去离子水110-125份。
碘0.91份,碘化钾0.91份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6.15份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2.7份,壳聚糖0.35份,茶树油0.6份,棕榈油0.4份,失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯0.15份,异丙醇0.1份,去离子水125份。
采用的制备方法是:
1)、将碘、碘化钾均匀搅拌3-5分钟,将混合物加入烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中,再均匀搅拌2小时,制得混合物A;
2)、将失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、异丙醇加入去离子水中搅拌溶解,加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌均匀,制成溶液B;
3)、将A和B混合搅拌0.5-1小时后一起密闭遮光放置24小时后再均匀搅拌1小时得C;
4)、在溶液C中加入壳聚糖、茶树油、棕榈油,搅拌0.5-1小时,制得碘伏消毒液。
实施例
本发明提供的一种碘伏消毒液,其原料按重量份包括:碘0.91份,碘化钾0.91份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6.15份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2.7份,壳聚糖0.35份,茶树油0.6份,棕榈油0.4份,失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯0.15份,异丙醇0.1份,去离子水125份。
1、将碘、碘化钾均匀搅拌3-5分钟,将混合物加入烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中,再均匀搅拌2小时,制得混合物A;
2、将失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、异丙醇加入去离子水中搅拌溶解,加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌均匀,制成溶液B;
3、将A和B混合搅拌0.5-1小时后一起密闭遮光放置24小时后再均匀搅拌1小时得C;
4、在溶液C中加入壳聚糖、茶树油、棕榈油,搅拌0.5-1小时,制得碘伏消毒液。

1.一种碘伏消毒液,其特征在于:原料按重量份数如下:
碘0.5-1份,碘化钾0.5-1份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6-7份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-3份,壳聚糖0.1-0.5份,茶树油0.5-1份,棕榈油0.1-1份,失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯0.1-1份,异丙醇0.1-1份,去离子水110-125份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种碘伏消毒液,其特征在于:原料按重量份数如下:
碘0.91份,碘化钾0.91份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6.15份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2.7份,壳聚糖0.35份,茶树油0.6份,棕榈油0.4份,失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯0.15份,异丙醇0.1份,去离子水125份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碘伏消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)、将碘、碘化钾均匀搅拌3-5分钟,将混合物加入烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中,再均匀搅拌2小时,制得混合物A;
2)、将失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯、异丙醇加入去离子水中搅拌溶解,加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮继续搅拌均匀,制成溶液B;
3)、将A和B混合搅拌0.5-1小时后一起密闭遮光放置24小时后再均匀搅拌1小时得C;
4)、在溶液C中加入壳聚糖、茶树油、棕榈油,搅拌0.5-1小时,制得碘伏消毒液。
