Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,所述含有苦茶碱的固体饮料按重量份计包括以下成分:苦茶碱1‑2、木糖醇5‑7、山药6‑8、枸杞3‑4、马蹄2‑4、薏仁1‑3、黑木耳1‑3、茯苓1‑2。本发明的固体饮料成分中的苦茶碱从天然苦茶中提取、浓缩,与具备保健功效的药食材料进行科学配比,制备出的固体饮料具备清凉消炎、降糖养胃、提高自体免疫力等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健饮品技术领域,更具体地说是涉及一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料。
背景技术
中国传统医学十分重视饮食调养与健康长寿的辨证关系,它用饮食调理完成养生防病治病作用的食疗,以及用食物与药物配伍制成膳食完成养生防治疾病的药膳,并且中医学在长期的医疗实践中积累了宝贵的药膳食疗保健经验,运用科学化发展得以进一步完善。随着人民物质生活不断提高,工作环境压力、食品安全等问题,致使亚健康群体的人数日趋增多,人们对健康饮食观念的推崇,令具有保健功效的饮品成为食品领域新的研究热点。
1,3,7,9-四甲基尿酸(TC),又称为苦茶碱,是一种存在于苦茶嫩叶中的天然嘌呤类生物碱。嘌呤生物碱是具有相同嘌呤环的天然生物碱类物质,包括有咖啡碱、茶叶碱、可可碱、黄嘌呤、次嘌呤等。其中从苦茶中提取出的苦茶碱TC具有消炎镇痛、抗抑郁、镇定安神的药学作用,是研究嘌呤生物碱的一大热点。
目前,制备苦茶碱的方法有化学合成法、基因工程、生化法和天然产物提取法。最常见的化学合成法制备成本高。采用从天然植物资源中提炼苦茶碱的方法,可以有效节约成本,并且可以得到纯度较高的苦茶碱,随着提取技术与生物工程的发展,天然产物提取法会越发普及。
因此,结合上述问题,生产制备出一种具有保健功效的含有苦茶碱的固体饮料成为技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,具有清凉消炎、降糖养胃、提高自体免疫力等优点。
所述含有苦茶碱的固体饮料按重量份计包括以下成分:苦茶碱1-2、木糖醇5-7、山药6-8、枸杞3-4、马蹄2-4、薏仁1-3、黑木耳1-3、茯苓1-2。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,它的制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)将木耳、枸杞、薏仁洗净,加水泡发4-6h后,沥水;
(2)将山药、马蹄洗净、去皮,加入步骤(1)得到的材料中,加入茯苓,与水混合均匀后加热搅拌,加压榨取制浆;
(3)烘干处理,干燥至药食浆料含水量在7%以下,用孔径5毫米的筛网造粒,再次干燥处理;
(4)加入加热融化的木糖醇进行调味,再加入苦茶碱;
(5)灭菌,阴干,压制成每份5g的片剂,获得含有苦茶碱的固体饮料。
经由上述技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用的技术方案中将苦茶碱和木糖醇与其他具有药理作用的药食材料进行混合,制备而出具有保健功效的固体饮料,这种固体饮料具有苦茶碱的清凉消炎、降糖安神的功效,木糖醇常作为天然、健康的甜味剂,本发明选用木糖醇进行调味,缓解了苦茶碱的苦味,并且木糖醇与苦茶碱不会使血糖值升高,有降糖降脂的作用,适合糖尿病患者和高血脂患者等特殊人群。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中原材料与水混合的比例为1:10-15。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中加热的温度控制为95-105℃。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中烘干处理的温度控制在50-60℃。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中再次干燥的温度控制在80-90℃。
通过采用上述优选方案,本发明的有益效果在于:合适的烘干与再次干燥温度,可以得到含水量符合要求的产物,并且保护产物中的营养成分不易被高温破坏,有利于后续制备。
一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其中苦茶碱的制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)将苦茶洗净,加沸水保温浸泡,超声20-30min回流提取3次,获得苦茶碱提取液;
(2)静置沉淀,过滤,用氯仿萃取3次后,浓缩至干,得到固态淡黄色的苦茶碱粗品;
(3)25%的乙醇重结晶,获得纯度95%以上的苦茶碱纯品。
经由上述技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用的技术方案中采用天然产物提取法,从苦茶叶中提炼苦茶碱,制备工艺成本低廉,操作简便,可获得高纯度的苦茶碱。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中加入15-20倍的沸水。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中保温控制在85-95℃条件下。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中回流提取时间为1.5-2h。
通过采用上述优选方案,本发明的有益效果在于:合适的浸泡保温温度和回流提取时间,能使苦茶碱在溶剂中充分释放,有利于得到高含量的苦茶碱提取液。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中过滤后的苦茶碱提取液与氯仿的体积比为1:1-1.5。
一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,所述制备出的苦茶碱纯品,其应用领域包括但不限于药品、饮食品和保健品。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例公开了一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,采用的技术方案如下:
实施例1:
一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,按重量份计包括以下成分:苦茶碱1份、木糖醇5份、山药6份、枸杞3份、马蹄2份、薏仁1份、黑木耳1份、茯苓1份。
这种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,它的制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)将木耳、枸杞、薏仁洗净,加水泡发4h后,沥水;
(2)将山药、马蹄洗净、去皮,加入步骤(1)得到的材料中,加入茯苓,与水混合均匀,原材料与水混合的比例为1:10,温度控制为95℃,加热搅拌,加压榨取制浆;
(3)温度控制为50℃进行烘干处理,干燥至药食浆料含水量在7%以下,用孔径5毫米的筛网造粒,再次干燥处理,干燥控温为80℃;
(4)加入加热融化的木糖醇进行调味,再加入苦茶碱;
(5)灭菌,阴干,压制成每份5g的片剂,获得含有苦茶碱的固体饮料。
一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其中苦茶碱的制备方法具体步骤如下:

综上所述,本发明公开的含有苦茶碱的固体饮料具有清凉消炎、降糖养胃、提高自体免疫力等优点,制备该固体饮料的方法操作简便,其中采用天然产物提取法得到的苦茶碱含量高,纯度高。
实施例2:
一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,按重量份计包括以下成分:苦茶碱1.5份、木糖醇6份、山药7份、枸杞3份、马蹄3份、薏仁2份、黑木耳2份、茯苓1份。
这种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,它的制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)将木耳、枸杞、薏仁洗净,加水泡发5h后,沥水;
(2)将山药、马蹄洗净、去皮,加入步骤(1)得到的材料中,加入茯苓,与水混合均匀,原材料与水混合的比例为1:12,温度控制为100℃,加热搅拌,加压榨取制浆;
(3)温度控制为55℃进行烘干处理,干燥至药食浆料含水量在7%以下,用孔径5毫米的筛网造粒,再次干燥处理,干燥控温为85℃;
(4)加入加热融化的木糖醇进行调味,再加入苦茶碱;
(5)灭菌,阴干,压制成每份5g的片剂,获得含有苦茶碱的固体饮料。
一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其中苦茶碱的制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)将苦茶洗净,加18倍的沸水,在90℃条件下保温浸泡,超声25min后,回流提取3次,回流提取时间为1.5h,获得苦茶碱提取液;
(2)静置沉淀,过滤,用氯仿萃取3次,过滤后的苦茶碱提取液与氯仿的体积比为1:1,浓缩至干,得到固态淡黄色的苦茶碱粗品;
(3)25%的乙醇重结晶,获得纯度97.89%的苦茶碱纯品。
实施例3:
一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,按重量份计包括以下成分:苦茶碱1.8份、木糖醇6份、山药7份、枸杞4份、马蹄4份、薏仁3份、黑木耳2份、茯苓2份。
这种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,它的制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)将木耳、枸杞、薏仁洗净,加水泡发6h后,沥水;
(2)将山药、马蹄洗净、去皮,加入步骤(1)得到的材料中,加入茯苓,与水混合均匀,原材料与水混合的比例为1:13,温度控制为100℃,加热搅拌,加压榨取制浆;
(3)温度控制为60℃进行烘干处理,干燥至药食浆料含水量在7%以下,用孔径5毫米的筛网造粒,再次干燥处理,干燥控温为90℃;
(4)加入加热融化的木糖醇进行调味,再加入苦茶碱;
(5)灭菌,阴干,压制成每份5g的片剂,获得含有苦茶碱的固体饮料。
一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其中苦茶碱的制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)将苦茶洗净,加20倍的沸水,在95℃条件下保温浸泡,超声30min后,回流提取3次,回流提取时间为2h,获得苦茶碱提取液;
(2)静置沉淀,过滤,用氯仿萃取3次,过滤后的苦茶碱提取液与氯仿的体积比为1:1.25,浓缩至干,得到固态淡黄色的苦茶碱粗品;
(3)25%的乙醇重结晶,获得纯度98.21%的苦茶碱纯品。
实施例4:
一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,按重量份计包括以下成分:苦茶碱2份、木糖醇7份、山药8份、枸杞4份、马蹄3份、薏仁2份、黑木耳3份、茯苓2份。
这种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,它的制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)将木耳、枸杞、薏仁洗净,加水泡发5h后,沥水;
(2)将山药、马蹄洗净、去皮,加入步骤(1)得到的材料中,加入茯苓,与水混合均匀,原材料与水混合的比例为1:15,温度控制为105℃,加热搅拌,加压榨取制浆;
(3)温度控制为60℃进行烘干处理,干燥至药食浆料含水量在7%以下,用孔径5毫米的筛网造粒,再次干燥处理,干燥控温为90℃;
(4)加入加热融化的木糖醇进行调味,再加入苦茶碱;
(5)灭菌,阴干,压制成每份5g的片剂,获得含有苦茶碱的固体饮料。
一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其中苦茶碱的制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)将苦茶洗净,加20倍的沸水,在95℃条件下保温浸泡,超声30min后,回流提取3次,回流提取时间为2h,获得苦茶碱提取液;
(2)静置沉淀,过滤,用氯仿萃取3次,过滤后的苦茶碱提取液与氯仿的体积比为1:1.5,浓缩至干,得到固态淡黄色的苦茶碱粗品;
(3)25%的乙醇重结晶,获得纯度98.37%的苦茶碱纯品。
为了进一步证明本发明产品中的苦茶碱消炎保健的功效,作为对照,设计出对比实施例。
对比实施例:
一种不含苦茶碱的固体饮料,按重量份计包括以下成分:木糖醇7份、山药8份、枸杞4份、马蹄3份、薏仁2份、黑木耳3份、茯苓2份。
这种不含苦茶碱的固体饮料,它的制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)将木耳、枸杞、薏仁洗净,加水泡发5h后,沥水;
(2)将山药、马蹄洗净、去皮,加入步骤(1)得到的材料中,加入茯苓,与水混合均匀,原材料与水混合的比例为1:15,温度控制为105℃,加热搅拌,加压榨取制浆;
(3)温度控制为60℃进行烘干处理,干燥至药食浆料含水量在7%以下,用孔径5毫米的筛网造粒,再次干燥处理,干燥控温为90℃;
(4)加入加热融化的木糖醇进行调味;
(5)灭菌,阴干,压制成每份5g的片剂,获得不含苦茶碱的固体饮料。
选取健康雄性小鼠,随机分为5组,每组12只小鼠,分别为对照组和4个实施例组。实验前将5组制备出的产品分别给各组小鼠灌胃,此操作连续执行5天,灌胃注射样品后1h,向每只小鼠腹腔注射1.2%冰醋酸0.2ml/20g,记录注射15min后小鼠扭体次数。
五组产品对小鼠扭体实验结果见表1。

通过表1实验结果可知,含有苦茶碱的四组实施例对应的小鼠扭体次数随着所含苦茶碱份数的增加而减少,并且四组实施例的扭体次数相较于不含苦茶碱的对照组的扭体次数均明显减少。实验结果表明,苦茶碱具有一定的消炎镇痛功效。
从药性上讲:苦茶碱消炎镇痛、镇定安神。山药滋补细胞、健脾益胃、改善机体免疫。枸杞含有丰富的枸杞多糖、硒及黄酮类抗氧化物质,滋肝护肾,明目养血。马蹄清心泻火、润肺凉肝、利尿明目。薏仁利水消肿、清热排毒,降血糖、血压。黑木耳含铁量高,益气强身,活血降血脂,减少心血管病的发生,黑木耳有较强的吸附作用,促进清涤胃肠。茯苓宁心安神、健脾化湿,补气养肺。
综上所述,本发明公开的含有苦茶碱的固体饮料具有清凉消炎、降糖养胃、提高自体免疫力等优点,制备该固体饮料的方法操作简便,其中采用天然产物提取法得到的苦茶碱含量高,纯度高。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

Claims (10)
1.一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其特征在于,它由下述组分按重量份计制成:
苦茶碱1-2、木糖醇5-7、山药6-8、枸杞3-4、马蹄2-4、薏仁1-3、黑木耳1-3、茯苓1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其特征在于,这种固体饮料的制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)将木耳、枸杞、薏仁洗净,加水泡发4-6h后,沥水;
(2)将山药、马蹄洗净、去皮,加入步骤(1)得到的材料中,加入茯苓,与水混合均匀后加热搅拌,加压榨取制浆;
(3)烘干处理,干燥至药食浆料含水量在7%以下,用孔径5毫米的筛网造粒,再次干燥处理;
(4)加入加热融化的木糖醇进行调味,再加入苦茶碱;
(5)灭菌,阴干,压制成每份5g的片剂,获得含有苦茶碱的固体饮料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,原材料与水混合的比例为1:10-15。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,烘干处理的温度控制在50-60℃,再次干燥的温度控制在80-90℃。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其特征在于,其中苦茶碱的制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)将苦茶洗净,加沸水保温浸泡,超声20-30mi n回流提取3次,获得苦茶碱提取液;
(2)静置沉淀,过滤,用氯仿萃取3次后,浓缩至干,得到固态淡黄色的苦茶碱粗品;
(3)25%的乙醇重结晶,获得纯度95%以上的苦茶碱纯品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,加入15-20倍的沸水。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,保温控制在85-95℃条件下。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中回流提取时间为1.5-2h。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,过滤后的苦茶碱提取液与氯仿的体积比为1:1-1.5。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种含有苦茶碱的固体饮料,其特征在于,所述制备出的苦茶碱纯品,其应用领域包括但不限于药品、饮食品和保健品。
