参考附图,其中在所有多个视图中相同的附图标记表示相同的部件,根据示例性实施例的多方面的具有至少两个层的塑料管总体上在20处示出。塑料管20包括第一层22和第二层24,第一层22构造为由氟碳塑料材料形成的内衬并且被第二层24覆盖,第二层24构造为第一层(不包括中间层)的护套,并且由聚酰胺基材料形成。在优选的示例性实施例中,第二层24由聚酰胺6.10(PA 6.10)形成,其在室温和高温下均具有高的耐热性和高的机械强度,这对于在高温下保持足够的爆裂压力是关键的。PA6.10也具有高的挠曲模量。
塑料管20与中心线26同心,并且沿中心线26延伸。第一层22是塑料管20的内衬,并且由氟碳塑料材料形成,这将取决于预期的冷却流体类型,例如自动变速器流体、发动机油或空气增压器系统的增压空气的最高操作温度。因此,第一层22可以由乙烯四氟乙烯或氟化乙烯丙烯基塑料材料形成,以用于中等温度应用,例如不超过150℃,或者可以由聚四氟乙烯或全氟烷氧基塑料材料形成,以用于高温应用,例如不超过200℃。
应该认识到,塑料管20可以用于任何机构。同样地,可以使用塑料管20输送的流体不应该限于本文所述的示例性流体。因此,第一层22可以对本文未描述的一些其他流体具有化学耐受性,直到塑料管20的最大承温能力。
另外,塑料管20可以包括设置在第一层和第二层之间的粘合剂层25,以实现材料等级和制造选择中的最大灵活性。此外,塑料管20可以包括至少一个其他层28,其构造为由弹性体或热弹性体基材料形成的塑料管20的外部护套,该弹性体或热弹性体基材料将足以保护第二层24免于环境暴露于腐蚀性物质,如金属氯化物。此外,塑料管20可以包括设置在连接端部上的可旋转焊接的高温塑料快速连接器(未示出),以用于更容易的安装和比压接金属连接更可靠的连接。应当理解,塑料管20也可以使用适合于预期目的而不超出示例性实施例的范围的其他的连接器,包括金属连接器。
根据示例性实施例的塑料管20使用与目前用于相同目的塑料管不同的聚合物,以及导致更轻的管的复合组件。塑料管可以形成比大多数软管更紧的弯曲半径以利于更容易地包装。根据示例性实施例的塑料管20也可以被制成可旋转焊接。塑料管20可构造为用于但不限于变速器油冷却系统、发动机油冷却系统和增压空气冷却器系统。
第一层22可以包括相对于中心线26测量的在0.5mm和5.0mm之间的径向厚度30。应当理解,第一层22的径向厚度30可以从上述示例性范围变化,并且将取决于塑料管20的特定预期用途。
参考图2,其中示出了根据示例性实施例的用于流体冷却系统的具有至少两层的塑料管的示意性横截面图。如示例性实施例所示,第一层22设置为塑料管20的内层,并且通过中间粘合剂层25与第二纤维层24分开。至少一个另外的层28构造为作为塑料管20的护套,以保护其免受腐蚀性物质的侵蚀,在该塑料管的预期的工作环境或其他情况下有可能会暴露于这些腐蚀性物质。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于流体冷却系统的具有至少两层的塑料管,包括:
构造为由氟碳塑料材料形成的内衬的第一层;以及
构造为所述第一层的护套并由聚酰胺基材料形成的第二层,
其中所述第一层可以包括相对于中心线测量的5.0 mm的径向厚度。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的塑料管,还包括由乙烯四氟乙烯或氟化乙烯丙烯基塑料材料形成的所述第一层。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的塑料管,还包括由聚四氟乙烯或全氟烷氧基塑料材料形成的所述第一层。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的塑料管,其中所述聚酰胺基材料是聚酰胺6.10。
5.根据权利要求 1 所述的塑料管,还包括设置在所述第一层与第二层之间的粘合剂层。
6.根据权利要求 1 所述的塑料管,还包括至少一个其他层,所述至少一个其它层构造为由弹性体基材料形成的所述塑料管的外部护套。
7.根据权利要求 1 所述的塑料管,还包括至少一个其他层,所述至少一个其它层构造为由热塑性弹性体基材料形成的所述塑料管的外部护套。
8.根据权利要求 1 所述的塑料管,还包括设置在连接端部上的可旋转焊接的高温塑料快速连接器。
9.根据权利要求 1 所述的塑料管,还包括可旋转焊接的复合层塑料管。
10.根据权利要求 1 所述的塑料管,其中所述流体冷却系统是变速器油冷却系统。
