Abstract
本发明涉及一种高摩擦力三层复合产品。该产品首先通过湿法成网工艺将浆粕纤维层和纺粘布层复合,然后再将磨擦层复合在纺粘布层,形成一款具有高擦拭性能的复合材料,磨擦层擦拭效果强,浆粕纤维层具有吸水吸油特性,能够有效的将油渍、脏污的去除。该产品在擦拭领域具有较好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高摩擦力三层复合产品,属于非织造布产品领域。
背景技术
无纺布擦拭巾产品已经广泛的应用于现代生活的各个领域,但对于一些特殊的领域比如说厨房油烟、马桶、机械设备油污、化工设备等位置,往往油污相对厚重顽固,使用普通的擦拭产品很难去除,必须使用一些高效的去污剂,对使用者的皮肤有一定程度的刺激。如果采用金属丝或者砂纸等材料,又会对擦拭对象的表面造成一定程度的磨损。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种高摩擦力三层复合擦拭产品。
本发明采用如下技术方案:高摩擦力复合产品为三层结构,包括浆粕纤维层,纺粘布层和摩擦层,浆粕纤维层,纺粘布层和摩擦层按照从上至下顺次铺设,形成三层结构的复合材料。该产品的制造方法如下:
(1)浆粕纤维经过备浆系统,上浆浓度在0.2-0.6%,在成网机速为120-160m/min条件下制成浆粕纤维层;
(2)将步骤(1)制成的浆粕纤维层与退卷系统放送的纺粘布层重合,经过多道水刺,在25-90bar高压水刺作用下将浆粕纤维层中的短纤维植入到纺粘布层的纤维空隙中,使两层材料充分的缠结,在温度100-120℃烘干后形成两层结构的材料;
(3)将热熔后的磨擦层原料喷淋在步骤(2)的两层结构材料的纺粘布层,固化后形成高摩擦力三层复合产品。优选的,摩擦层选用聚丙烯为原料,但不局限于此原料。
本发明高摩擦力三层复合产品以浆粕纤维和纺粘布复合产品为底布,采用特殊的热熔工艺,将高摩擦力粗糙材料层铺在纺粘布层,形成一款具有高擦拭性能的复合材料,浆粕具有吸水吸油特性,能够有效的将油渍去除。
本发明的有益效果在于:该产品磨擦层擦拭效果好,浆粕纤维层具有吸水吸油特性,能够有效的将油渍、脏污的去除。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和具体实施例详述本发明,但不限制本发明的保护范围。如无特殊说明,本发明所采用的实验方法均为常规方法,所用实验器材、材料、试剂等均可从化学公司购买。
实施例1
高摩擦力三层复合产品,浆粕纤维经过备浆后,通过湿法成网工艺形成30g/m2浆粕纤维层1,在线退卷放送10g/m2纺粘布层2,两层重叠后,一起经过30bar高压水刺,纤维固结,再经过烘箱120℃烘干成40g/m2复合底布。在线放送40g/m2复合底布,将聚丙烯原料热熔,并喷淋在复合底布的纺粘布层2,热熔纤维固化后形成一层粗糙且硬挺的磨擦层3,最终形成三层结构的复合材料。
Claims (3)
1.一种高摩擦力三层复合产品,其特征是,该产品由30-70g/m2浆粕纤维层(1)、10-20g/m2纺粘布层(2)和20-70g/m2磨擦层(3)构成,该产品按照浆粕纤维层(1)、纺粘布层(2)和磨擦层(3)由上至下顺次铺设而成。
2.一种高摩擦力三层复合产品的制造方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
S1.浆粕纤维经过备浆系统,上浆浓度在0.2-0.6%,在成网机速为120-160m/min条件下制成浆粕纤维层(1);
S2.将步骤S1制成的浆粕纤维层(1)与退卷系统放送的纺粘布层(2)重合,经过多道水刺,在25-90bar高压水刺作用下将浆粕纤维层(1)中的短纤维植入到纺粘布层(2)的纤维空隙中,使两层材料充分的缠结,在温度100-120℃烘干后形成两层结构的材料;
S3.将热熔后的磨擦层(3)原料喷淋在步骤S2的两层结构材料的纺粘布层(2),固化后形成高摩擦力三层复合产品。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种高摩擦力三层复合产品的制造方法,其特征是,步骤S3所述的磨擦层(3)为聚丙烯材质,熔融挤出温度为260-280℃,牵伸温度160-180℃。
