Abstract

本发明公开了一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,该弹性超柔纺粘无纺布为双层级结构,下层为弹性纺粘无纺布层,上层为纤维网层,下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层在牵伸条件下和上层的纤维网层进行重叠喂入热轧辊热轧形成弹性超柔纺粘无纺布。本发明一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,采用由弹性纺粘无纺布层与纤维网层热轧而成的双层级结构,弹性纺粘无纺布层具有较好的弹性,在热轧的过程中,下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层经牵伸与纤维网层复合,在热轧后恢复弹性就能使得上层的纤维网层形成均匀的凸起,达到蓬松且柔软的效果,且具有一定亲水性,快速吸收,保持卫生用品表层的环境干爽,且采用纺粘工艺生产就能达到热风无纺布蓬松、柔软的效果,大大降低了生产成本。

一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布
【技术领域】
本发明涉及卫生日用品表层的技术领域,特别涉及一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布。
【背景技术】
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布具有透气、柔软、质轻、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉等特点。
传统的卫生日用品表层通常采用热风无纺布或者纺粘无纺布,但是热风无纺布成本高,纺粘无纺布不够蓬松、柔软。为了使得卫生日用品表层具有蓬松柔软效果的同时降低无纺布的生产成本,有必要提出一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,其旨在解决现有技术中传统的卫生日用品表层通常采用热风无纺布或者纺粘无纺布,但是热风无纺布成本高,纺粘无纺布不够蓬松、柔软的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,该弹性超柔纺粘无纺布为双层级结构,下层为弹性纺粘无纺布层,上层为纤维网层,下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层在牵伸条件下和上层的纤维网层进行重叠喂入热轧辊热轧形成弹性超柔纺粘无纺布。
作为优选,所述的弹性纺粘无纺布层的克重为6~10g/m2,所述的弹性纺粘无纺布层由以下重量份的原料组成:丙烯基弹性体92~96份,亲水母粒3~5份,柔软母粒0.5~1.5份,二氧化钛0.5~1.5份。
作为优选,所述的弹性纺粘无纺布层的克重为8g/m2,所述的弹性纺粘无纺布层由以下重量份的原料组成:丙烯基弹性体94份,亲水母粒4份,柔软母粒1份,二氧化钛1份。
作为优选,所述的纤维网层为纺粘铺网而成的纤维网,克重为4~8g/m2,所述的纤维网层由以下重量份的原料组成:聚丙烯PP 92~96份,亲水母粒3~5份,柔软母粒0.5~1.5份,二氧化钛0.5~1.5份。
作为优选,所述的纤维网层的克重为6g/m2,所述的纤维网层由以下重量份的原料组成:聚丙烯PP 94份,亲水母粒4份,柔软母粒1份,二氧化钛1份。
作为优选,所述的下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层在与上层的纤维网层热轧过程中的牵伸倍率为1.3~2.0,热轧后下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层弹性恢复使得上层的纤维网层形成均匀的凸起。
作为优选,所述的牵伸倍率为1.6。
作为优选,经热轧辊热轧形成的弹性超柔纺粘无纺布上热轧点面积的占比为6~10%。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,采用由弹性纺粘无纺布层与纤维网层热轧而成的双层级结构,弹性纺粘无纺布层具有较好的弹性,在热轧的过程中,下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层经牵伸与纤维网层复合热轧,在热轧后恢复弹性就能使得上层的纤维网层形成均匀的凸起,达到蓬松且柔软的效果,且具有一定亲水性,快速吸收,保持卫生用品表层的环境干爽,且采用纺粘工艺生产就能达到热风无纺布蓬松、柔软的效果,大大降低了生产成本。

参阅图1,本发明实施例提供一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,该弹性超柔纺粘无纺布为双层级结构,下层为弹性纺粘无纺布层1,上层为纤维网层2,下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层1在牵伸条件下和上层的纤维网层2进行重叠喂入热轧辊热轧形成弹性超柔纺粘无纺布。
在本发明实施例中,所述的弹性纺粘无纺布层1的克重为6~10g/m2,所述的弹性纺粘无纺布层1由以下重量份的原料组成:丙烯基弹性体92~96份,亲水母粒3~5份,柔软母粒0.5~1.5份,二氧化钛0.5~1.5份。
优选地,所述的弹性纺粘无纺布层1的克重为8g/m2,所述的弹性纺粘无纺布层1由以下重量份的原料组成:丙烯基弹性体94份,亲水母粒4份,柔软母粒1份,二氧化钛1份。

优选地,所述的纤维网层2的克重为6g/m2,所述的纤维网层2由以下重量份的原料组成:聚丙烯PP 94份,亲水母粒4份,柔软母粒1份,二氧化钛1份。
在本发明实施例中,所述的下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层1在与上层的纤维网层2热轧过程中的牵伸倍率为1.3~2.0,热轧后下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层1弹性恢复使得上层的纤维网层2形成均匀的凸起。
优选地,所述的牵伸倍率为1.6。
在本发明实施例中,经热轧辊热轧形成的弹性超柔纺粘无纺布上热轧点面积的占比为6~10%,弹性纺粘无纺布层1和纤维网层2的原料不需要造粒再熔融生产,直接原料混合熔融生产,生产效率大大提高。
本发明一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,采用由弹性纺粘无纺布层1与纤维网层2热轧而成的双层级结构,弹性纺粘无纺布层1具有较好的弹性,在热轧的过程中,下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层1经牵伸与纤维网层2复合热轧,在热轧后恢复弹性就能使得上层的纤维网层2形成均匀的凸起,达到蓬松且柔软的效果,且具有一定亲水性,快速吸收,保持卫生用品表层的环境干爽,且采用纺粘工艺生产就能达到热风无纺布蓬松、柔软的效果,大大降低了生产成本。

1.一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,其特征在于:该弹性超柔纺粘无纺布为双层级结构,下层为弹性纺粘无纺布层(1),上层为纤维网层(2),下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层(1)在牵伸条件下和上层的纤维网层(2)进行重叠喂入热轧辊热轧形成弹性超柔纺粘无纺布。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,其特征在于:所述的弹性纺粘无纺布层(1)的克重为6~10g/m2,所述的弹性纺粘无纺布层(1)由以下重量份的原料组成:丙烯基弹性体92~96份,亲水母粒3~5份,柔软母粒0.5~1.5份,二氧化钛0.5~1.5份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,其特征在于:所述的弹性纺粘无纺布层(1)的克重为8g/m2,所述的弹性纺粘无纺布层(1)由以下重量份的原料组成:丙烯基弹性体94份,亲水母粒4份,柔软母粒1份,二氧化钛1份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,其特征在于:所述的纤维网层(2)为纺粘铺网而成的纤维网,克重为4~8g/m2,所述的纤维网层(2)由以下重量份的原料组成:聚丙烯PP 92~96份,亲水母粒3~5份,柔软母粒0.5~1.5份,二氧化钛0.5~1.5份。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,其特征在于:所述的纤维网层(2)的克重为6g/m2,所述的纤维网层(2)由以下重量份的原料组成:聚丙烯PP 94份,亲水母粒4份,柔软母粒1份,二氧化钛1份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,其特征在于:所述的下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层(1)在与上层的纤维网层(2)热轧过程中的牵伸倍率为1.3~2.0,热轧后下层的弹性纺粘无纺布层(1)弹性恢复使得上层的纤维网层(2)形成均匀的凸起。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,其特征在于:所述的牵伸倍率为1.6。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种弹性超柔纺粘无纺布,其特征在于:经热轧辊热轧形成的弹性超柔纺粘无纺布上热轧点面积的占比为6~10%。
