本发明公开了一种绿色纤维混纺面料，包括外层面料和里层面料，所述外层面料由原木天丝纤维和儿茶素纤维混纺编织而成，所述原木天丝纤维所占的重量百分比为50%～60%、所述儿茶素纤维所占的重量百分比为40%～50%；所述里层面料由玉米纤维和丝瓜纤维混纺编织而成，所述玉米纤维所占的重量百分比为45%～70%，所述丝瓜纤维所占的重量百分比为30%～55%。本发明采用可降解的环保性纤维，绿色安全无污染，不会对人体带来负担，不但具有抗菌、防水、防臭等效果，而且吸湿透气性好，柔软耐磨，穿着舒适，对皮肤具有一定的保健作用，在户外可自然降解，不污染环境，经济实用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种混纺针织面料，特别涉及一种绿色纤维混纺面料。
背景技术
绿色环保已成为当今全球各国家的追求，人们对于环境、饮食等各种各样的活动都在追求环保理念，低碳生活已是现代人生活中的一项热门话题，绿色纯天热这一观念不仅在饭桌上流行，也开始向人们的衣柜渗透，热爱地球的环保人士也掀起了生态服装的热潮。纺织科学技术的发展推动着纺织业不断向前发展，随着人文、经济的发展以及人们环保意识的增强，人们对贴近生活的功能性面料的要求也越来越高，特别是具有舒适性、保健性、环保性等多功能绿色保健面料需求更加迫切。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用可降解的环保性纤维，在生产加工过程中不产生污染，对人体安全、健康的绿色纤维混纺面料。该面料采用天然纤维，绿色安全无污染，不会对人体带来负担，并且具有良好的抑菌保健和吸湿排汗功能。
为了达到上述目的，本发明的绿色纤维混纺面料，包括外层面料和里层面料，所述外层面料由原木天丝纤维和儿茶素纤维混纺编织而成，所述原木天丝纤维所占的重量百分比为50%～60%、所述儿茶素纤维所占的重量百分比为40%～50%；所述里层面料由玉米纤维和丝瓜纤维混纺编织而成，所述玉米纤维所占的重量百分比为45%～70%，所述丝瓜纤维所占的重量百分比为30%～55%。
作为优选，所述原木天丝纤维的纤度为1.2dtex～1.6dtex，长度为28mm～42mm。
作为优选，所述儿茶素纤维的纤度为2.7dtex～6.3dtex，长度为70mm～85mm。
作为优选，所述玉米纤维为玉米聚乳酸纤维，玉米纤维的直径为13.5μm，纤度为1.0dtex～1.7dtex，长度为31mm～45mm。
作为优选，所述丝瓜纤维的纤度为3.2dtex～7.5dtex，长度为65mm～78mm。
天丝是一种溶剂型纤维素纤维，在物理作用下完成，整个制造过程无毒、无污染。天丝有棉的柔软性、有涤纶的高强力、有毛的保暖性。天丝纤维具有良好的亲水性、吸湿性，柔软垂悬，可以充分吸收人体肌肤表面的汗液。加入天丝纤维的织物耐用性强、弹性好、不易起皱、便于打理洗涤。天丝纤维在泥土中能完全分解，对环境无污染。
玉米纤维（PLA聚乳酸纤维）是一种新型环保纤维，该纤维能自然降解，可以进行回收利用，即使不回收，其废弃物埋在地下，在微生物的作用下会分解，生成碳酸气和水。玉米纤维轻柔滑顺、强度大、吸湿透气。
丝瓜纤维是丝瓜成熟、干燥之后，里面呈现出来的网状纤维，民间又称为丝瓜络、丝瓜布等。丝瓜络纤维呈网格状，柔韧而有弹性，吸水性强，回潮率高于棉纤维且与麻相近，吸潮，吸汗，透气导湿性良好。丝瓜纤维不仅提高了纺织产品的多样性和附加值，而且也提高了资源的综合利用率。
本发明的绿色纤维混纺面料，不但具有抗菌、防水、防臭等效果，而且具有吸湿透气性好，柔软耐磨，绿色无污染、环保、穿着舒适，对皮肤具有一定的保健作用，在户外可自然降解，不污染环境，经济实用。

实施例1
一种绿色纤维混纺面料，包括外层面料和里层面料，所述外层面料由原木天丝纤维和儿茶素纤维混纺编织而成，所述原木天丝纤维的纤度为1.2dtex，长度为28mm，所占的重量百分比为50%，所述儿茶素纤维的纤度为6.3dtex，长度为85mm，所占的重量百分比为50%；所述里层面料由玉米纤维和丝瓜纤维混纺编织而成，所述玉米纤维为玉米聚乳酸纤维，玉米纤维的直径为13.5μm，纤度为1.0dtex，长度为31mm，所占的重量百分比为45%，所述丝瓜纤维的纤度为7.5dtex，长度为78mm，所占的重量百分比为55%。
实施例2
一种绿色纤维混纺面料，包括外层面料和里层面料，所述外层面料由原木天丝纤维和儿茶素纤维混纺编织而成，所述原木天丝纤维的纤度为1.6dtex，长度为42mm，所占的重量百分比为60%，所述儿茶素纤维的纤度为2.7dtex，长度为70mm，所占的重量百分比为40%；所述里层面料由玉米纤维和丝瓜纤维混纺编织而成，所述玉米纤维为玉米聚乳酸纤维，玉米纤维的直径为13.5μm，纤度为1.7dtex，长度为45mm，所占的重量百分比为70%，所述丝瓜纤维的纤度为3.2dtex，长度为65mm，所占的重量百分比为30%。
实施例3
一种绿色纤维混纺面料，包括外层面料和里层面料，所述外层面料由原木天丝纤维和儿茶素纤维混纺编织而成，所述原木天丝纤维的纤度为1.4dtex，长度为35mm，所占的重量百分比为55%，所述儿茶素纤维的纤度为4.5dtex，长度为78mm，所占的重量百分比为45%；所述里层面料由玉米纤维和丝瓜纤维混纺编织而成，所述玉米纤维为玉米聚乳酸纤维，玉米纤维的直径为13.5μm，纤度为1.4dtex，长度为38mm，所占的重量百分比为60%，所述丝瓜纤维的纤度为5.8dtex，长度为71mm，所占的重量百分比为40%。

1.一种绿色纤维混纺面料，其特征在于：包括外层面料和里层面料，所述外层面料由原木天丝纤维和儿茶素纤维混纺编织而成，所述原木天丝纤维所占的重量百分比为50%～60%、所述儿茶素纤维所占的重量百分比为40%～50%；所述里层面料由玉米纤维和丝瓜纤维混纺编织而成，所述玉米纤维所占的重量百分比为45%～70%，所述丝瓜纤维所占的重量百分比为30%～55%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色纤维混纺面料，其特征在于：所述原木天丝纤维的纤度为1.2dtex～1.6dtex，长度为28mm～42mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色纤维混纺面料，其特征在于：所述儿茶素纤维的纤度为2.7dtex～6.3dtex，长度为70mm～85mm。
