The culture of anaerobic bacteria requires that the culture gas environment is anaerobic, the culture medium does not form peroxide harmful to the anaerobic bacteria, and the anaerobic environment and proper humidity should be maintained in the culture medium during the preparation and storage processes. At present, the prepared anaerobic culture medium is packaged and stored by adopting a breathable and water-permeable material. When the air humidity is too high, water permeates, the cultured gene humidity is too high, and the mould grows to lose efficacy; when the air humidity is too small, the water is lost, and the cultured genes are too dry and also lose efficacy; furthermore, the oxygen is permeated for a long time, and the culture medium is useless because peroxide harmful to anaerobic bacteria is formed by the oxygen culture.
Anaerobic indicators are used primarily in detecting spaces or containers that require anaerobic conditions, such as anaerobic culture bags in a microbiological chamber. The anaerobic bacteria indicator commonly used at present is usually prepared immediately (particularly glucose aqueous solution), the three are mixed in a test tube according to the proportion of 2:0.1:0.2 (milliliter), the test tube is boiled to be colorless, the test tube is quickly put into an anaerobic tank (bag), if the tank (bag) is anaerobic, the mixed liquid is still colorless, and if oxygen is remained, the mixed liquid is blue. The indicator is prepared into an anaerobic sterile state and sealed in an ampule. When the anaerobic state needs to be detected, the ampule bottle is put into an anaerobic jar (bag), and when the ampule bottle is used, the bottleneck is broken off, so that liquid in the ampule bottle is contacted with the anaerobic bag or gas in the anaerobic bottle. The anaerobic indicator comprises a housing 20, a first piston 30 and an opening means 40, preferably arranged in the first piston 30. Then, the first piston 30 is pushed close to the second piston 60 to compress the gas in the piston chamber 21, and since the check valve 11 of the pouch body 10 only allows the gas to flow from the pouch body 10 into the piston chamber 21, the gas in the piston chamber 21 does not return to the pouch body 10 when the first piston 30 compresses the gas in the piston chamber 21.
