Abstract

本发明公开了一种高附着水性环氧涂料的制备方法,包括制备步骤:1)取聚四氟乙烯蜡,加入到二甲基甲酰胺中,保温搅拌出料冷却,得酰胺溶液;2)取叔丁基对二苯酚,加入到氯化亚砜中,超声反应得氯化亚砜溶液;3)取硬脂酸加热熔化,与钛白粉混合保温搅拌,加入到氯化亚砜溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入酰胺溶液,保温搅拌,出料,离心分离,水洗,常温干燥,得酰氯化钛白粉;4)取酰氯化钛白粉,加入到胺化聚酯乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入环氧树脂E51,保温搅拌,加入三氟化硼乙醚,搅拌至常温。本发明有效地改善了环氧树脂在水乳液间的分散性能,从而提高了成品涂料的力学稳定性。本发明加入的聚四氟乙烯蜡具有很好的黏度,可以提高成品涂料的附着力。

Description

一种高附着水性环氧涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种高附着水性环氧涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
环氧树脂具有优异的耐化学腐蚀性,对众多底材具有极佳的附着力,能与多种固化剂固化,涂膜的致密性好、刚性强、耐热耐磨性都很好,在防腐涂料中占据着重要地位,通过添加不同的填料和调整固化剂品种,可以制成性能各异的环氧树脂防腐涂料、适用于不同的防腐场合,达到良好的保护效果。每年世界上约有 40%的环氧树脂应用于制造环氧涂料,大部分应用于防腐领域。在我国,大约有 30%-40%的环氧树脂被加工成各种各样的涂料,在船舶、土木工程、家用电器、机电工业等领域有着广泛的用途。
然而,目前的环氧涂料由于加入了多种无机填料,从而容易降低涂膜的均匀稳定性,且附着力较低,容易脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种高附着水性环氧涂料的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高附着水性环氧涂料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)取聚四氟乙烯蜡,加入到二甲基甲酰胺中,送入到135-140℃的恒温油浴中,保温搅拌20-30分钟,出料冷却,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取叔丁基对二苯酚,加入到氯化亚砜中,超声3-5分钟,得氯化亚砜溶液;
(3)取硬脂酸,加热熔化,与钛白粉混合,保温搅拌1-2小时,加入到上述氯化亚砜溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入酰胺溶液,在70-80℃下保温搅拌20-30小时,出料,离心分离,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,得酰氯化钛白粉;
(4)取上述酰氯化钛白粉,加入到胺化聚酯乳液中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为90-95℃,加入环氧树脂E51,保温搅拌3-5小时,加入三氟化硼乙醚,搅拌至常温,即得所述高附着水性环氧涂料。
优选地,按重量份数计,各原料:叔丁基对二苯酚1-2、硬脂酸2-4、钛白粉20-30、聚四氟乙烯蜡4-7、三氟化硼乙醚0.1-0.2、氯化亚砜40-50、二甲基甲酰胺30-40、胺化聚酯乳液40-60、环氧树脂E51 100-170。
优选地,所述的胺化聚酯乳液,由以下制备步骤制得:
1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量180-210倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)取二乙烯三胺,加入到其重量7-9倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇胺溶液;
3)取丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚磷酸铵混合,加入到混合料重量10-18倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为65-70℃,加入上述过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌4-6小时,加入上述醇胺溶液,升高温度为90-95℃,保温搅拌10-20分钟,出料,加入脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌至常温,即得所述胺化聚酯乳液。
优选地,所述的胺化聚酯乳液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
丙烯酸丁酯60-70、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-20、过硫酸铵1.7-2、二乙烯三胺4-7、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1-2、聚磷酸铵3-4。
本发明的优点:
本发明首先以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为单体,与聚磷酸铵共混聚合,可以有效的提高成品涂膜的阻燃性能,本发明将聚酯采用二乙烯三胺处理,得到胺化聚酯乳液,再采用硬脂酸处理钛白粉,然后进行酰氯化处理,将酰氯化钛白粉与胺化聚酯乳液共混反应,在反应中引入环氧树脂,从而有效的改善了环氧树脂在水乳液间的分散性能,从而提高了成品涂料的力学稳定性,本发明加入的聚四氟乙烯蜡具有很好的黏度,可以提高成品涂料与基材的附着力,增强抗剥离强度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按重量份计,称取各原料:
叔丁基对二苯酚2、硬脂酸4、钛白粉30、聚四氟乙烯蜡7、三氟化硼乙醚0.2、氯化亚砜50、二甲基甲酰胺40、胺化聚酯乳液60、环氧树脂E51 170。
所述的胺化聚酯乳液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
丙烯酸丁酯70、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20、过硫酸铵2、二乙烯三胺7、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2、聚磷酸铵4。
所述的胺化聚酯乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量210倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取二乙烯三胺,加入到其重量9倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇胺溶液;
(3)取丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚磷酸铵混合,加入到混合料重量18倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为70℃,加入上述过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌6小时,加入上述醇胺溶液,升高温度为95℃,保温搅拌20分钟,出料,加入脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌至常温,即得所述胺化聚酯乳液。
一种高附着水性环氧涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取聚四氟乙烯蜡,加入到二甲基甲酰胺中,送入到140℃的恒温油浴中,保温搅拌30分钟,出料冷却,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取叔丁基对二苯酚,加入到氯化亚砜中,超声5分钟,得氯化亚砜溶液;
(3)取硬脂酸,加热熔化,与钛白粉混合,保温搅拌2小时,加入到上述氯化亚砜溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入酰胺溶液,在80℃下保温搅拌30小时,出料,离心分离,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,得酰氯化钛白粉;
(4)取上述酰氯化钛白粉,加入到胺化聚酯乳液中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为95℃,加入环氧树脂E51,保温搅拌5小时,加入三氟化硼乙醚,搅拌至常温,即得所述高附着水性环氧涂料。
实施例2
按重量份计,称取各原料:
叔丁基对二苯酚1、硬脂酸2、钛白粉20、聚四氟乙烯蜡4、三氟化硼乙醚0.1、氯化亚砜40、二甲基甲酰胺30、胺化聚酯乳液40、环氧树脂E51 100。
所述的胺化聚酯乳液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
丙烯酸丁酯60、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10、过硫酸铵1.7、二乙烯三胺4、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1、聚磷酸铵3。
所述的胺化聚酯乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量180倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取二乙烯三胺,加入到其重量7倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇胺溶液;
(3)取丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚磷酸铵混合,加入到混合料重量10倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为65℃,加入上述过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌4小时,加入上述醇胺溶液,升高温度为90℃,保温搅拌10分钟,出料,加入脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌至常温,即得所述胺化聚酯乳液。

(3)取硬脂酸,加热熔化,与钛白粉混合,保温搅拌1小时,加入到上述氯化亚砜溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入酰胺溶液,在70℃下保温搅拌20小时,出料,离心分离,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,得酰氯化钛白粉;
(4)取上述酰氯化钛白粉,加入到胺化聚酯乳液中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为90℃,加入环氧树脂E51,保温搅拌3小时,加入三氟化硼乙醚,搅拌至常温,即得所述高附着水性环氧涂料。
性能测试:
本发明涂料无结块无沉积,涂层平整光滑无颗粒;
低温柔性:-25℃、30min,无裂纹、无断裂;
粘结强度:0.6-0.8MPa;
根据GB/T1720-1979(1989)进行附着力测试:
本发明的涂料的附着力为1级;市售水性环氧涂料的附着力为2级。

Claims (4)

1.一种高附着水性环氧涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)取聚四氟乙烯蜡,加入到二甲基甲酰胺中,送入到135-140℃的恒温油浴中,保温搅拌20-30分钟,出料冷却,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取叔丁基对二苯酚,加入到氯化亚砜中,超声3-5分钟,得氯化亚砜溶液;
(3)取硬脂酸,加热熔化,与钛白粉混合,保温搅拌1-2小时,加入到上述氯化亚砜溶液中,搅拌均匀,加入酰胺溶液,在70-80℃下保温搅拌20-30小时,出料,离心分离,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,得酰氯化钛白粉;
(4)取上述酰氯化钛白粉,加入到胺化聚酯乳液中,搅拌均匀,升高温度为90-95℃,加入环氧树脂E51,保温搅拌3-5小时,加入三氟化硼乙醚,搅拌至常温,即得所述高附着水性环氧涂料。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高附着水性环氧涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:按重量份数计,各原料:叔丁基对二苯酚1-2、硬脂酸2-4、钛白粉20-30、聚四氟乙烯蜡4-7、三氟化硼乙醚0.1-0.2、氯化亚砜40-50、二甲基甲酰胺30-40、胺化聚酯乳液40-60、环氧树脂E51100-170。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高附着水性环氧涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的胺化聚酯乳液,由以下制备步骤制得:
1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量180-210倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)取二乙烯三胺,加入到其重量7-9倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇胺溶液;
3)取丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚磷酸铵混合,加入到混合料重量10-18倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为65-70℃,加入上述过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌4-6小时,加入上述醇胺溶液,升高温度为90-95℃,保温搅拌10-20分钟,出料,加入脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,搅拌至常温,即得所述胺化聚酯乳液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高附着水性环氧涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的胺化聚酯乳液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
丙烯酸丁酯60-70、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-20、过硫酸铵1.7-2、二乙烯三胺4-7、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1-2、聚磷酸铵3-4。
