Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗菌防紫外线帐篷面料。所述面料包括再生聚乙烯纤维外层、TPU膜中间层以及高密度再生纤维内层,将所述面料放置在包括有纳米TiO2的分散体系中进行浸泡,然后通过浸轧制成。本发明通过对浸泡槽结构的合理设置,使得分散体系能紧密均匀的分布在基布上下表面,使得制备出的帐篷面料性能均匀,抗紫外线能力优良,非常适用于人们户外旅行之用,具备很好的实用性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌防紫外线帐篷面料,属于户外用品技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,户外运动成为人们一种新的休闲方式,由于户外环境的不可确定性,要求户外用具相比室内用具具备更优良的性能;而帐篷是不可或缺的户外用具,常搭设在室外,在满足基本使用的同时,如何提高帐篷的抗紫外线能力、保护人体免受紫外线损伤就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种结构合理、使所述面料具备很好防紫外线能力的抗菌防紫外线帐篷面料。
为此本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抗菌防紫外线帐篷面料,所述面料包括再生聚乙烯纤维外层、TPU膜中间层以及高密度再生纤维内层,将所述面料放置在包括有纳米TiO2的分散体系中进行浸泡,然后通过浸轧制成。
本发明按照以下步骤进行:
1)配置好TiO2的分散体系,并将所述分散体系放置在浸泡槽内,将面料进行编制成基布待用;
2)将所述基布通过浸泡槽,所述浸泡槽分成前段浸泡槽、中段浸泡槽和后段浸泡槽;
3)将所述基布先通过前段浸泡槽,所述前段浸泡槽内设置有曝气装置,前段浸泡槽两端设置有张紧装置,使所述基布匀速呈张紧状态经过所述前段浸泡槽;
4)经过3)步骤后,将所述基布通过中段浸泡槽,所述中段浸泡槽内设置超声波激振器,使基布在超声波的作用下将分散体系均匀分布在基布上;
5)经过4)步骤后,将所述基布通过后段浸泡槽,所述后段浸泡槽内设置滚轮组,所述滚轮组上下两层对称设置,所述基布穿过所述滚轮组。
在所述前段浸泡槽和中段浸泡槽之间设置有烘干装置,在所述中段浸泡槽和后段浸泡槽之间设置有吹风装置,所述吹风装置对称设置在所述基布上下端。
所述4)步骤中的浸泡槽采用喷射的形式进行浸渍,即在后段浸泡槽上方和下方对称设置若干喷嘴,将所述分散体系通过喷嘴喷射在所述基布上下面,然后通过所述滚轮组进行浸轧。
所述上方喷嘴的喷射压力略小于下方喷嘴的喷射压力。
在所述分散体系中加入抗菌介质。
本发明通过对浸泡槽结构的合理设置,使得分散体系能紧密均匀的分布在基布上下表面,使得制备出的帐篷面料性能均匀,抗紫外线能力优良,非常适用于人们户外旅行之用,具备很好的实用性。
具体实施方式
一种抗菌防紫外线帐篷面料,所述面料包括再生聚乙烯纤维外层、TPU膜中间层以及高密度再生纤维内层,将所述面料放置在包括有纳米TiO2的分散体系中进行浸泡,然后通过浸轧制成。
本发明按照以下步骤进行:
1)配置好TiO2的分散体系,并将所述分散体系放置在浸泡槽内,将面料进行编制成基布待用;
2)将所述基布通过浸泡槽,所述浸泡槽分成前段浸泡槽、中段浸泡槽和后段浸泡槽;
3)将所述基布先通过前段浸泡槽,所述前段浸泡槽内设置有曝气装置,前段浸泡槽两端设置有张紧装置,使所述基布匀速呈张紧状态经过所述前段浸泡槽;
4)经过3)步骤后,将所述基布通过中段浸泡槽,所述中段浸泡槽内设置超声波激振器,使基布在超声波的作用下将分散体系均匀分布在基布上;
5)经过4)步骤后,将所述基布通过后段浸泡槽,所述后段浸泡槽内设置滚轮组,所述滚轮组上下两层对称设置,所述基布穿过所述滚轮组。

进一步说明的是:本发明采用的分散体系可采用加乙醇、水形成的酒精溶剂分散体系,至于该分散体系的浓度依据常规合理设置即可。
本发明各浸泡槽内所采用的各种参数均可以通过实验合理确定,根据不同基布、不同使用环境合理确定,以确保基布的良好防紫外抗菌性能。
本发明通过前段浸泡槽、中段浸泡槽和后段浸泡槽的合理设置,并依次通过曝气装置、超声波激振器、喷射装置及滚轮组的设置,使得前后形成一闭环技术链,将分散体系能逐级均匀紧密的进入所述基布内形成良好分散,相比传统简单的浸泡方式其分散均匀能力更好,基布防紫外抗菌性能更为优异,经过实际数据的检测,在使用相同分散体系的前提下,相比传统的浸泡方式取得了很好的数据,值得大力推广。
Claims (6)
1.一种抗菌防紫外线帐篷面料,其特征在于,所述面料包括再生聚乙烯纤维外层、TPU膜中间层以及高密度再生纤维内层,将所述面料放置在包括有纳米TiO2的分散体系中进行浸泡,然后通过浸轧制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外线帐篷面料,其特征在于,按照以下步骤进行:
1)配置好TiO2的分散体系,并将所述分散体系放置在浸泡槽内,将面料进行编制成基布待用;
2)将所述基布通过浸泡槽,所述浸泡槽分成前段浸泡槽、中段浸泡槽和后段浸泡槽;
3)将所述基布先通过前段浸泡槽,所述前段浸泡槽内设置有曝气装置,前段浸泡槽两端设置有张紧装置,使所述基布匀速呈张紧状态经过所述前段浸泡槽;
4)经过3)步骤后,将所述基布通过中段浸泡槽,所述中段浸泡槽内设置超声波激振器,使基布在超声波的作用下将分散体系均匀分布在基布上;
5)经过4)步骤后,将所述基布通过后段浸泡槽,所述后段浸泡槽内设置滚轮组,所述滚轮组上下两层对称设置,所述基布穿过所述滚轮组。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌防紫外线帐篷面料,其特征在于,在所述前段浸泡槽和中段浸泡槽之间设置有烘干装置,在所述中段浸泡槽和后段浸泡槽之间设置有吹风装置,所述吹风装置对称设置在所述基布上下端。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌防紫外线帐篷面料,其特征在于,所述4)步骤中的浸泡槽采用喷射的形式进行浸渍,即在后段浸泡槽上方和下方对称设置若干喷嘴,将所述分散体系通过喷嘴喷射在所述基布上下面,然后通过所述滚轮组进行浸轧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌防紫外线帐篷面料,其特征在于,所述上方喷嘴的喷射压力略小于下方喷嘴的喷射压力。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外线帐篷面料,其特征在于,在所述分散体系中加入抗菌介质。
