服装的纳米后整理是增加服装附加值提高产品利润的重要途径。由于消费者的需求,服装纳米后整理技术正快速发展。对服装成衣进行的纳米试剂后整理需要成本少,操作方便,可适应不同服装对纳米试剂的不同需求,而且还会使处理效果渗入到服装的各个部分,使整体后整理效果持久优良。
对于服装整体的纳米后整理虽然已有报道,但是由于服装款式的多样性,目前还存在明显的缺陷:一是处理后服装各个区域获取的纳米试剂多少不一,造成处理效果不够均匀;二是由于整体服装的有些区域的衣片交错或重叠,导致纳米后整理试剂无法到达面料的内部,从而影响后整理的整体效果。
因此,急需研制出一种使服装的纳米后整理处理操作简便、成本低廉,并且处理效果均匀持久的服装后整理试剂喷雾装置。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种高灵活性的纳米级后整理试剂喷 雾装置及其应用,可实现全方位服装整理,效率高、质量好,有效提高了服装的后处理效果,实用性强。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例:
一种高灵活性的纳米级后整理试剂喷雾装置,如图1至3所示,包括整理 箱1、旋转衣撑2、喷雾轴管3、转动结构4、废液箱5,所述整理箱1内顶部设有多个转动顶盘101,所述转动顶盘101底端连有所述旋转衣撑2,所述转动结构4包括转动电机401以及传动皮带402,所述转动电机401设于所述整理箱1上方,所述转动电机401通过传动皮带402与所述旋转衣撑2上部传动相连;
所述整理箱1底部以及四周侧壁均设有空腔夹套6,所述整理箱1侧壁上设有与所述空腔夹套6内相连通的进液管601;
所述整理箱1内底部正对所述旋转衣撑2下方设有所述喷雾轴管3,所述喷雾轴管3下端贯通延伸至所述空腔夹套6内,所述喷雾轴管3上端为盲端,所述喷雾轴管3侧壁上均布有若干喷雾口301,所述喷雾轴管3侧壁上设有多组可调扩撑结构7;
所述可调扩撑结构7包括转动环701、对称设置的可伸缩套杆702、半扩撑环703,所述转动环701可转动套设在所述喷雾轴管3侧壁上,即两者可相对转动活动,当半扩撑环紧抵在服装内部上,而服装又在电机工作条件下转动时,可保证服装整体相对喷雾轴管套设转动,具体的转动连接处,可为喷雾轴管侧壁上设有滑动轴槽,转动环内环壁上设有与所述滑动轴槽相对可滑动相连的滚珠件,所述可伸缩套杆702一端与所述转动环701侧壁固连,另一端与所述半扩撑环703凹面固连,所述可伸缩套杆702上设有紧固旋钮;
所述整理箱1下方设有所述废液箱5,所述废液箱5上端与所述整理箱1底部贯通设有连通管501,所述连通管501贯穿所述空腔夹套6设置,所述废液箱5侧壁上设有排液管502。
优选的,所述后整理箱1采用透明可视材质,优选钢化玻璃材质,厚度为5-15mm,厚度为或轻质不锈钢薄板材质,厚度为3-10mm,所述后整理箱1前侧铰接连有两扇侧开门102。
优选的,所述旋转衣撑2包括颈部连接杆201以及柔性肩部衣撑202,所述颈部连接杆201与所述柔性肩部衣撑202为一体式结构,所述颈部连接杆201上贯通设有开孔,所述转动顶盘101底端设有下突连接柱103,所述下突连接柱103底端设有与所述颈部连接杆201相适配的连接通道,所述颈部连接杆201可插接设于所述连接通道内,所述下突连接柱103侧壁上贯通设有与所述开孔相适配的连接孔,所述旋转衣撑2与所述转动顶盘101间通过设置连接栓贯穿开孔、连接孔实现可拆卸相连。
优选的,所述转动顶盘101、旋转衣撑2、喷雾轴管3对应设置,均至少设有2个,所述转动顶盘101沿整理箱1长轴线方向等间距设置。
优选的,所述喷雾轴管3长度相同或不同设置,每个所述喷雾轴管3上设有至少3组可调扩撑结构7,每组可调扩撑结构7的两个半扩撑环702可合并组成整圆环形,所述半扩撑环702侧壁上包裹有防护垫材料,优选橡胶材质。
优选的,所述整理箱1内侧壁上设有至少8个与所述空腔夹套6相连通的侧高压喷头104,所述左右侧壁上均至少设有2个侧高压喷头104,所述整理箱1内后侧壁上至少设有4个侧高压喷头104,所述侧高压喷头104分上下两排设置,上排的所述侧高压喷头104喷洒面倾斜向下设置,下排的所述侧高压喷头104喷洒面倾斜向上设置。
优选的,应用上述高灵活性的纳米级后整理试剂喷雾装置进行的喷雾工艺,具体操作为:将待处理服装套放在旋转衣撑2上,然后将旋转衣撑2的颈部连接杆201插接进连接通道内,并向对应开孔、连接孔内插入连接栓,将旋转衣撑2与转动顶盘101间相对固定,将服装躯干段套接在喷雾轴管3上,调节可调扩撑结构7的扩撑程度,使得服装被半扩撑环703撑开,然后闭合整理箱1,打开转动电机401,同时通过进液管601向空腔夹套6内加压输送后整理试剂, 后整理试剂通过喷雾口301、侧高压喷头104向服装内、外表面进行喷涂整理,根据具体情况确定每组服装需要处理的时间,整理完成后关闭转动电机401和后整理试剂的输入,将服装取出进行下一工序,整个过程中服装处于撑开平整的状态,整理效率明显提高,后整理试剂废液通过连通管501进入废液箱5,并从排液管502排出。
本发明喷雾装置可实现全方位服装整理,对服装内外都具有良好的整理效果,效率高、质量好,有效提高了服装的后处理效果,实用性强。且灵活可调性强,适用于不同大小的服装,喷雾距离也可根据需要调控,综合处理质量高。
本发明中转动电机、侧高压喷头等的开关、调控按钮等可设置在整理箱侧壁上(未示出),具体电连接采用现有技术即可,不再赘述,实现电机、喷头工作即可。另外,进液管上的进液开关、流量调控以及压力调控均采用现有技术,如流量调节阀、压力泵、压力表等相关元件,实现合适压力、合适流量供液即可。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种高灵活性的纳米级后整理试剂喷雾装置,其特征在于:包括整理箱(1)、旋转衣撑(2)、喷雾轴管(3)、转动结构(4)、废液箱(5),所述整理箱(1)内顶部设有多个转动顶盘(101),所述转动顶盘(101)底端连有所述旋转衣撑(2),所述转动结构(4)包括转动电机(401)以及传动皮带(402),所述转动电机(401)设于所述整理箱(1)上方,所述转动电机(401)通过传动皮带(402)与所述旋转衣撑(2)上部传动相连;
    所述整理箱(1)底部以及四周侧壁均设有空腔夹套(6),所述整理箱(1)侧壁上设有与所述空腔夹套(6)内相连通的进液管(601);
    所述整理箱(1)内底部正对所述旋转衣撑(2)下方设有所述喷雾轴管(3),所述喷雾轴管(3)下端贯通延伸至所述空腔夹套(6)内,所述喷雾轴管(3)上端为盲端,所述喷雾轴管(3)侧壁上均布有若干喷雾口(301),所述喷雾轴管(3)侧壁上设有多组可调扩撑结构(7);
    所述可调扩撑结构(7)包括转动环(701)、对称设置的可伸缩套杆(702)、半扩撑环(703),所述转动环(701)可转动套设在所述喷雾轴管(3)侧壁上,所述可伸缩套杆(702)一端与所述转动环(701)侧壁固连,另一端与所述半扩撑环(703)凹面固连,所述可伸缩套杆(702)上设有紧固旋钮;
    所述整理箱(1)下方设有所述废液箱(5),所述废液箱(5)上端与所述整理箱(1)底部贯通设有连通管(501),所述连通管(501)贯穿所述空腔夹套(6)设置,所述废液箱(5)侧壁上设有排液管(502)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高灵活性的纳米级后整理试剂喷雾装置,其特征在于: 所述后整理箱(1)采用透明可视材质,优选钢化玻璃材质,厚度为5-15mm,厚度为或轻质不锈钢薄板材质,厚度为3-10mm,所述后整理箱(1)前侧铰接连有两扇侧开门(102)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高灵活性的纳米级后整理试剂喷雾装置,其特征在于:所述旋转衣撑(2)包括颈部连接杆(201)以及柔性肩部衣撑(202),所述颈部连接杆(201)与所述柔性肩部衣撑(202)为一体式结构,所述颈部连接杆(201)上贯通设有开孔,所述转动顶盘(101)底端设有下突连接柱(103),所述下突连接柱(103)底端设有与所述颈部连接杆(201)相适配的连接通道,所述颈部连接杆(201)可插接设于所述连接通道内,所述下突连接柱(103)侧壁上贯通设有与所述开孔相适配的连接孔,所述旋转衣撑(2)与所述转动顶盘(101)间通过设置连接栓贯穿开孔、连接孔实现可拆卸相连。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高灵活性的纳米级后整理试剂喷雾装置,其特征在于:所述转动顶盘(101)、旋转衣撑(2)、喷雾轴管(3)对应设置,均至少设有2个,所述转动顶盘(101)沿整理箱(1)长轴线方向等间距设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高灵活性的纳米级后整理试剂喷雾装置,其特征在于:所述喷雾轴管(3)长度相同或不同设置,每个所述喷雾轴管(3)上设有至少3组可调扩撑结构(7),每组可调扩撑结构(7)的两个半扩撑环(702)可合并组成整圆环形,所述半扩撑环(702)侧壁上包裹有防护垫材料,优选橡胶材质。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的高灵活性的纳米级后整理试剂喷雾装置,其特征在于:所述整理箱(1)内侧壁上设有至少8个与所述空腔夹套(6)相连通的侧高压喷头(104),所述左右侧壁上均至少设有2个侧高压喷头(104),所述整理箱(1)内后侧壁上至少设有4个侧高压喷头(104),所述侧高压喷头(104)分上下两排设置,上排的所述侧高压喷头(104)喷洒面倾斜向下设置,下排的所述侧高压喷头(104)喷洒面倾斜向上设置。
  7. 应用权利要求1-6任一项所述的高灵活性的纳米级后整理试剂喷雾装置进行的喷雾工艺,其特征在于:将待处理服装套放在旋转衣撑(2)上,然后将旋转衣撑(2)的颈部连接杆(201)插接进连接通道内,并向对应开孔、连接孔内插入连接栓,将旋转衣撑(2)与转动顶盘(101)间相对固定,将服装躯干段套接在喷雾轴管(3)上,调节可调扩撑结构(7)的扩撑程度,使得服装被半扩撑环(703)撑开,然后闭合整理箱(1),打开转动电机(401),同时通过进液管(601)向空腔夹套(6)内加压输送后整理试剂,后整理试剂通过喷雾口(301)、侧高压喷头(104)向服装内、外表面进行喷涂整理,根据具体情况确定每组服装需要处理的时间,整理完成后关闭转动电机(401)和后整理试剂的输入,将服装取出进行下一工序,整个过程中服装处于撑开平整的状态,整理效率明显提高,后整理试剂废液通过连通管(501)进入废液箱(5),并从排液管(502)排出。
