book files are placed in a book file box (20), and an RFID electronic tag is arranged on the book file box (20); the radio frequency reader-writer writes data into the RFID electronic tag; the data written into the RFID electronic tag by the radio frequency reader-writer comprises the following steps: the title of the book file, related personnel, the abstract of the book file, the generation time, the updating time, the storage period and the page number; the book file management system also comprises book file storage positions, borrowing times, borrowing time and related information of borrowers; the RFID electronic tag can automatically record the time of taking and putting book archives out of a warehouse, the modification time and the integrity of book archive information; the information recorded by the RFID electronic tag is automatically identified by the radio frequency reader-writer and is transmitted to the background database;
the book archive management module comprises a book archive borrowing and returning management submodule, an inquiry management submodule and an inventory management submodule;
the book file conveying device comprises a longitudinal conveyor belt (2), a transverse conveyor belt (3), a longitudinal guide rail (5), a transverse guide rail (6) and a lifting device (4);
the intelligent book archive management system comprises a plurality of book archive storage cabinets (1), wherein the book archive storage cabinets (1) are arranged in rows on one side or two sides of the transverse conveyor belt (3); the transverse conveyor belts (3) are multiple, and the book archive boxes (20) taken out of the book archive storage cabinet (1) are transversely conveyed by the transverse conveyor belts (3); a longitudinal conveyor belt (2) which is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the transverse conveyor belt (3) is arranged at the tail end of the conveying direction of the transverse conveyor belt (3), and the longitudinal conveyor belt (2) conveys the book file boxes (20) conveyed by the transverse conveyor belt (3) continuously along the longitudinal direction until the book file boxes are conveyed to a book file lending place (7);

the book file transportation device divides the borrowing and returning transportation device into two operation layers, namely a ground horizontal part and a ceiling part, and the two operation layers respectively correspond to the book file box (20) for transporting the borrowed book file box and the book file box (20) for transporting the returned book file box; the separation of the operation layer avoids the mutual influence between loan-out and return operations;

a plurality of openings are reserved on the front wall of the cabinet body (9), guide plates (13) are arranged at the openings, and the openings are shielded by the guide plates (13); the upper end of the guide plate (13) is hinged with the upper edge of the opening, and one side, facing the inside of the cabinet body (9), of the lower end of the guide plate (13) is provided with an armature iron;
a plurality of partition plates (12) are arranged on the rear wall of the cabinet body (9), one ends of the partition plates (12) are fixedly connected to the rear wall, and the other ends of the partition plates (12) are horizontally extending free ends; the length of the clapboard (12) is slightly larger than that of the book file box (20) so as to place the book file box (20) on the clapboard (12); the clapboards (12) are arranged into one or more rows from top to bottom along the rear wall, and the vertical distance between the upper and lower adjacent clapboards (12) is greater than the length of the book archive box (20) so that the book archive box (20) can be taken out conveniently; the distance between the free end of the clapboard (12) and the front wall is larger than the thickness of the book file box (20), so that the book file box (20) can pass through a vertical channel formed by the free end of the clapboard (12) and the front wall in an upright way;
the upper surface of the clapboard (12) is also provided with an ejecting plate (14);
the free end of the clapboard (12) is provided with a first electromagnet (16), under the control of a main control computer in a computer communication network, the first electromagnet (16) is electrified to generate magnetic force, the first electromagnet attracts armatures on the guide plates (13) at corresponding positions, so that the corresponding guide plates (13) rotate towards the inside of the cabinet body and are lapped with the clapboard (12) to change the moving path of the book file box (20) in the cabinet body, and the book file box (20) is guided and stopped on the ejection plate (14) on the upper surface of the corresponding clapboard (12); after the book file box (20) returns to the set position, the first electromagnet (16) is powered off, and the guide plate (13) is reset;
each partition plate (12) is provided with an opening corresponding to the partition plate and a guide plate (13) hinged on the upper edge of the opening;
and a book file storage cabinet outlet (11) is arranged at the bottom of the front plate of the cabinet body (9).
2. The intelligent book archive management system of claim 1, characterized in that:
the book archive management module also comprises an environment monitoring submodule for monitoring the environment of the book archive storehouse, including temperature and humidity data, so that a host in the computer communication network can adjust environmental parameters conveniently.

a pushing-out device (18) is arranged on the bottom plate of the cabinet body (9); after the book file box (20) falls on the bottom plate, the book file box is pushed out from the book file storage cabinet outlet (11) by the push-out device (18) and pushed to the transverse conveying belt (3).
5. The intelligent book archive management system of claim 4, characterized in that:
