As shown in fig. 1 to 8 and 20 to 21, in order to realize batch storage of certificates, the movement device of this embodiment may further include a certificate batch storage device 11, the certificate batch storage device 11 is disposed in the main box 1, specifically on the support frame 101, and is located in front of the certificate lifting and storing device 2, and the certificate batch storage device 11 may support card-type certificates and home-type certificates, and is controlled by the main control computer 4, and may push the certificates into the transportation manipulator 202 of the certificate lifting and storing device 2 one by one.
Further, the certificate batch warehousing device 11 comprises a certificate issuing groove 1101, a certificate pushing mechanism 1102, a certificate pushing manipulator 1103 and a certificate entering guide rail 1104, wherein the certificate issuing groove 1101 is used for storing the certificates 12 to be stored, such as passports, identity cards, residence certificates, social security cards and the like, the certificate pushing manipulator 1103 is arranged on the certificate pushing mechanism 1102, the certificates to be stored in the certificate issuing groove 1101 are pushed to the certificate lifting and accessing device 2 from the certificate entering guide rail 1104 by the driving of the certificate pushing mechanism 1102, and the functional operation of batch warehousing is completed.
Specifically, the certificate pushing mechanism 1102 comprises a certificate pushing driving shaft 11021 and a certificate pushing motor 11022, the certificate pushing manipulator 1103 is arranged on the certificate pushing driving shaft 11021 and is in threaded connection with the certificate pushing driving shaft 11021, the certificate pushing motor 11022 is electrically connected with the main control machine 4, an output shaft of the certificate pushing motor 11022 is connected with the certificate pushing driving shaft 11021, after the certificate pushing motor 11022 rotates, the certificate pushing driving shaft 11021 is driven to rotate, so that the certificate pushing manipulator 1103 finishes certificate pushing, and certificate pushing times and certificate pushing speed are controlled by the main control machine 4; in order to quickly push the to-be-stored certificates stored in the certificate issuing slot 1101 to the position where the certificate pushing manipulator 1103 can push the certificates 12, an elastic block 11011 is arranged in the certificate issuing slot 1101 of the embodiment, and the to-be-stored certificates stored in the certificate issuing slot 1101 are pushed one by one to the position where the certificate pushing manipulator 1103 can push the certificates 12 through the elastic block 11011.
In order to protect the certificate from deviating from the track of the certificate entry guide 1104, the certificate batch loading device 11 of the present embodiment may further include a guide baffle 1105, and the guide baffle 1105 is disposed on one side of the certificate entry guide 1104.
The device for batch warehousing of certificates of this embodiment further includes a certificate pass-back mechanism 1106, the certificate pass-back mechanism 1106 is controlled by the main control computer 4, and when the core device is suddenly failed, is powered off, and the recognized certificate does not meet the storage requirement, the certificate 12 can be returned to the certificate issuing slot 1101 from the certificate entering guide rail 1104 through the certificate pass-back mechanism 1106.
Specifically, the document feeding mechanism 1106 includes a feeding shaft 11061, a first feeding roller 11062, a second feeding roller 11063, a second belt 11064 and a feeding driving motor 11065, the feeding driving motor 11065 is electrically connected to the main controller 4, an output shaft of the feeding driving motor 11065 is connected to the first feeding roller 11062, the first feeding roller 11062 is connected to the second feeding roller 11063 through a second belt 11064, and the document can be retracted through the second feeding roller 11063.
As shown in fig. 1 to 30, the certificate lifting and storing device 2 includes a lifting and transporting mechanism 201 and a transporting manipulator 202, the transporting manipulator 202 is used for clamping or releasing the certificate protection box 302, and the transporting manipulator 202 is arranged on the lifting and transporting mechanism 201 and is driven by the lifting and transporting mechanism 201 to carry out lifting and transporting.
Further, the lifting and transporting mechanism 201 includes a first driving shaft wheel 20101, a second driving shaft wheel 20102, a driving chain 20103 and a lifting and transporting driving motor 20104, the lifting and transporting driving motor 20104 is electrically connected with the main control computer 4, and the output shaft of the lifting transportation driving motor 20104 is connected with the first driving shaft wheel 20101, the first driving shaft wheel 20101 is connected with the second driving shaft wheel 20102 through a transmission chain belt 20103, the transportation manipulator 202 is fixed on the transmission chain belt 20103, the lifting transportation driving motor 20104 is driven by the second servo driver 403, after the lifting transportation driving motor 20104 rotates, the first driving shaft wheel 20101 is driven to rotate, the second driving shaft wheel 20102 rotates along with the first driving shaft wheel 20101 to drive the transmission chain belt 20103 to roll, therefore, the transportation manipulator 202 is lifted and transported (moved up and down), and the accurate length distance of the movement of the transportation manipulator 202 is transmitted by the main control machine 4 to realize accurate displacement.
In order to enable the transportation manipulator 202 to stably perform lifting transportation, the lifting transportation mechanism 201 of this embodiment may further include two second guide rails 20105 and two second sliders 20106, the two second guide rails 20105 and the two second sliders 20106 of this embodiment are both two, the second guide rails 20105 correspond to the second sliders 20106 one by one, the two second guide rails 20105 are disposed on the support frame 101 and are respectively located on two sides of the transmission chain 20103, each second slider 20106 is slidably connected to the corresponding second guide rail 20105, the two second sliders 20106 are respectively and fixedly connected to the transportation manipulator 202, and the transmission chain 20103 may drive the transportation manipulator 202 to perform lifting transportation along the two second guide rails 20105.
Further, the transport manipulator 202 comprises a second fixed bottom plate 20201, a second document guide rail 20202, a fixed clamp 20203, a rotating seat 20204, a fixed clamp driving motor 20205, a rotating driving motor 20206 and a telescopic motor 20207, wherein the second fixed bottom plate 20201 is fixed on the transmission chain belt 20103 and is fixedly connected with the second slider 20106; the rotating seat 20204 and the rotating driving motor 20206 are arranged on the second fixed base plate 20201, the rotating seat 20204 is driven by the rotating driving motor 20206 to rotate relative to the second fixed base plate 20201, rotation at any angle can be realized, generally, a rotation angle of 90 degrees is adopted, and the rotating driving motor 20206 is electrically connected with the main control machine 4 to control the rotation angle; the second certificate guide rail 20202, the fixed clamp 20203, the fixed clamp driving motor 20205 and the telescopic motor 20207 are arranged on the rotating base 20204, the telescopic motor 20207 is electrically connected with the main control computer 4, the second certificate guide rail 20202, the fixed clamp 20203 and the fixed clamp driving motor 20205 are driven by the telescopic motor 20207 to perform front and back telescopic movement so as to complete clamping and storage of the certificate protection box 202, the second certificate guide rail 20202 is used for leading in or leading out the certificate protection box 302, the fixed clamp 20203 is driven by the fixed clamp driving motor 20205 to clamp or release the certificate protection box 202, the fixed clamp driving motor 20205 is electrically connected with the main control computer 4 and can control opening and closing of the fixed clamp 20203, the fixed clamp 20203 comprises a left part and a right part, the left part and the right part are gradually separated to be used for starting the fixed clamp 20203, the left part and the right part are gradually close to be used for closing action of the fixed clamp 20203, the fixed clamp 20203 is not used for directly clamping certificates, only the protection box 202 is started to be, the combined action clamps the document protection box 202.
In order to realize that the rotation driving motor 20206 drives the rotation base 20204 to rotate relative to the second fixing base plate 20201, the transportation manipulator 202 of this embodiment may further include a third driving wheel, a fourth driving wheel and a third belt, the rotation driving motor 20206 is fixed on the lower surface of the second fixing base plate 20201, the fourth driving wheel is disposed at the bottom of the rotation base 20204, an output shaft of the rotation driving motor 20206 is connected to the third driving wheel, the third driving wheel is connected to the fourth driving wheel through the third belt, and after the rotation driving motor 20206 rotates, the third driving wheel is driven to rotate to drive the third belt to rotate the fourth driving wheel, so as to drive the rotation base 20204 to rotate relative to the second fixing base plate 20201.
In order to realize the front-back telescopic motion of the second document guide rail 20202, the fixing clamp 20203 and the fixing clamp driving motor 20205 driven by the telescopic motor 20207, the transport manipulator 202 of the embodiment may further include a screw rod and a third slider, the second document guide rail 20202, the fixing clamp 20203 and the fixing clamp driving motor 20205 are fixed to the third slider together, the third slider is connected to the screw rod in a sliding manner, an output shaft of the telescopic motor 20207 is connected to the screw rod, and after the telescopic motor 20207 rotates, the screw rod is driven to rotate to drive the third slider to slide back and forth, so that the second document guide rail 20202, the fixing clamp 20203 and the fixing clamp driving motor 20205 perform the front-back telescopic motion.
Furthermore, the transportation manipulator of this embodiment may further include an identification camera 20208 and a certificate identification antenna 20209, the identification camera 20208 is disposed above the fixing clamp driving motor 20205 and electrically connected to the main control computer 4, the identification camera 20208 of this embodiment is disposed obliquely, and the lens faces forward and downward, so as to monitor the stored and accessed images, and capture and analyze the stored and accessed certificate accurately; the certificate identification antenna 20209 of this embodiment is disposed on one side of the second certificate guide rail 20202, and can identify and read electronic certificate information with each CPU card, and correspond to the background management system one by one, and monitor and manage the certificate information and access state accessed in real time, and in the process of accessing certificates, the certificate information is read one by one through the certificate identification antenna 20209, and the storage state is automatically recorded, and the overall situation of the stored certificates is counted.
In order to determine the position condition of the certificate, the transport robot of this embodiment may further include two positioning sensors 20210, the two positioning sensors 20210 are disposed on the front portion of the second fixing base plate 20201 and are disposed on two sides of the second certificate guide 20202, the two positioning sensors 20210 are electrically connected to the main controller 4, respectively, and the position condition of the certificate is determined by cross-correlation sensing.
In order to identify the rotation angle of the rotating seat 20204, the transport robot of this embodiment may further include two rotation identification sensors 20211, the two rotation identification sensors 20211 are oppositely disposed on the lower surface of the second fixed base plate 20201, the two rotation identification sensors 20211 are electrically connected to the main control computer 4, and the rotation angle of the rotating seat 20204 is sensed through infrared identification, so as to perform analysis and verification by feeding back data in real time.
In this embodiment, the variable capacity certificate repository 3 and the certificate lifting and accessing device 2 can realize the spatial coordinate positioning of the certificate, and when the movement device is initialized, the coordinate positioning of each certificate cassette (the cassette 3042 or the cassette 3052) is completed, including the plane angle coordinate and the longitudinal vertical coordinate, and the coordinate information is stored in the background management system in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
Because the certificate box is fixedly connected with the rotating disc in a circular mode, only one certificate can be stored in a certain angle of each certificate storage layer (the card storage layer 304 or the certificate storage layer 305), the angle is used for determining the planar two-dimensional coordinate of the certificate box, and the servo reduction gear set 303 drives the central shaft 301 to rotate, so that the certificate of the certificate box with the same rotation angle of each certificate storage layer can be stored and positioned.
After the plane angle coordinate is determined, only the vertical coordinate needs to be confirmed, the vertical coordinate is determined by the distance of the rotary displacement of the lifting and transporting driving motor 20104, the conveying mechanical arm 202 is driven to vertically displace by a set distance after rotating for a certain distance, and therefore through the variable-capacity certificate storage 3 and the certificate lifting and storing device 2, the accurate positioning of the certificate storing and storing can be completed by matching the control of the servo reduction gear set 303 and the lifting and transporting driving motor 20104, and the ordered and accurate certificate storing and storing can be completed.
Taking the certificate 1201 as an example, when the certificate 1201 is stored, the space coordinate of the card storage box 3042 for storing the certificate is determined, the servo reduction gear set 303 is driven by the main control machine 4, the driving central shaft 301 drives the first rotating disc 3041 and the plurality of card storage boxes 3042 to rotate according to a set angle, generally rotate to an angle tangent with the transport manipulator 202, the row of the card storage boxes 3042 for storing the certificate 1201 is tangent with the transport manipulator 202, the main control machine 4 controls the lifting transport driving motor 20104, drives the transmission chain belt 20103 to move the transport manipulator 202 to the position of the card storage box 3042 for storing the certificate 1201, the transport manipulator 202 controls the fixing clamp 20203 and the second guide rail 20202 to push the certificate protection box 3021 into the card storage box 3042, the fixing clamp 20203 releases the certificate protection box 3021 to store the certificate together with the certificate protection box 3021, and the fixing clamp 20203 does not contact with the certificate 1201 completely during the card storage process, only contacts with the card protection box 3021 to ensure that the stored card is not scratched; similarly, when the card 1201 is taken out, the row of the card storage box 3042 where the card 1201 is to be taken out is tangent to the transportation manipulator 202, the transportation manipulator 202 is driven by the lifting transportation driving motor 20104 to the position where the card 1201 is taken out, the transportation manipulator 202 controls the fixing clamp 20203 and the second certificate guide 20202 to take out the card 1201 from the card storage box 3042, and the card is taken out together with the card protection box 3021, and in the card taking process, the fixing clamp 20203 does not contact with the card 1201, only contacts the card protection box 3021, and the card 1201 is ensured not to be scratched.
The access process of the certificate 1202 is identical to that of the certificate card 1201, except that the place of deposit becomes the certificate store box 3052, which uses the certificate protect box 3022.
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 31, the core device of this embodiment can implement one-by-one swallowing of certificates, that is, single certificate storage, and mainly complete operations by the certificate lifting and accessing device 2 and the certificate entering and exiting device (the certificate access module 6 batch certificate output module 7 and the certificate recovery module 8), and also can implement batch storage of certificates, that is, batch certificate storage, and mainly complete operations by the certificate lifting and accessing device 2 and the certificate batch storage device 11.
The principle of single certificate storage can be as follows: selecting single certificate storage operation on an operation interface, and after receiving a single certificate storage instruction, controlling the transportation manipulator 202 of the certificate lifting and storing device 2 to take out the corresponding certificate protection box 302 from the variable capacity certificate library 3 by the main control machine 4; controlling the transportation manipulator 202 to move to the document access module 6 of the document access device for butt joint, and aligning the second document guide rail 20202 of the transportation manipulator 202 with the first document guide rail 602 of the document access module 6; the document access module 6 is controlled to push the document 12 from the first document guide rail 602 to the document protection box 302 in the second document guide rail 20202, and meanwhile, the document identification antenna 20209 reads the document chip information to correspond to the consistency of the document storage information and the user information and complete the recording of the document storage position and state of the user; after the stored certificates 12 are obtained, the transportation manipulator 202 is controlled to store the certificate protection box 302 and the certificates 12 in the certificate protection box into the corresponding certificate box position of the variable capacity certificate library 3, and the certificate storage process is completely protected by the certificate protection box 302; and at this moment, after the certificate is stored, the certificate storage data is recorded into the background management system.
The principle of batch certificate storage can be as follows: selecting batch certificate storage operation on an operation interface, executing the operation of storing the single certificate after receiving a command of storing continuous single certificates, and repeating the steps until all the certificates needing to be stored are stored.
The principle of batch certificate storage can also be as follows: selecting batch certificate storage operation on an operation interface, and after receiving a batch certificate storage instruction, controlling the transportation manipulator 202 of the certificate lifting and storing device 2 to take out the corresponding certificate protection box 302 from the variable capacity certificate library 3 by the main control machine 4; controlling the transportation manipulator 202 to move to the certificate batch warehousing device for butt joint, and aligning the second certificate guide rail 20202 of the transportation manipulator 202 with the certificate entering guide rail 1104 of the certificate batch warehousing device 11; the fixing clamp 20203 and the second certificate guide 20202 which control the transport robot 202 extend to the certificate entry guide 1104; the certificate pushing mechanism 1102 of the certificate batch storage device 11 is controlled to push the certificates to be stored in the certificate issuing groove 1101 to the certificate protection box 302 in the second certificate guide rail 20202, and meanwhile, the certificate identification antenna 20209 reads certificate chip information so as to correspond to the consistency of certificate storage information and user information and complete the recording of the certificate storage position and state of a user; controlling the transportation manipulator 202 to store the certificate protection box 302 and the certificates 12 in the certificate protection box 302 into corresponding certificate box positions of the variable capacity certificate library 3, and respectively storing the stored certificates 12 into corresponding coordinates of respective certificate storage layers; after a certificate is stored, the above steps are repeated until the certification slot 1101 has no certificate to be stored.
As shown in fig. 1 to 30 and 32, the movement device of this embodiment can discharge certificates one by one, that is, a single certificate is taken out or a batch of certificates is taken out, and the operation is mainly completed by the certificate lifting and accessing device 2 and the certificate entering and exiting device (the certificate batch discharging module 7 and the certificate recovery module 8 of the certificate access module 6).
