Abstract
本发明涉及一种易清洗防锈型针织机油及其制备方法。该针织机油以重量份数计包含以下组份:基础油70‑90份,极压抗磨剂0.5‑4份,防锈剂0.1‑1份,乳化剂5‑20份,破乳剂0.05‑2份,抗泡剂0.01‑1份,抗静电剂0.01‑0.05份;其制备方法包括将基础油加热至40‑50℃,搅拌,再加入抗泡剂、极压抗磨剂,完全溶解后加入部分乳化剂,以及防锈剂和抗静电剂,将温度降至35℃以下,停止搅拌,再加入乳化剂和破乳剂以保证体系均匀清澈透明,制得所述针织机油。本发明所述针织机油能同时解决抗磨性、抗氧化、防锈特别是清洗问题。高温作用下针织机油不易老化,不易产生油泥,油品透明,不易污染织布,不会对布匹产生损伤。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于针织机油领域,特别涉及一种易清洗防锈型针织机油及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织行业的圆筒形针织机通过织针交替勾线完成针织,需要针织机油润滑减少织针的摩擦,减少针织的损耗。针织机运行速度很快,针和针筒之间的摩擦很大,造成温升极快,也容易产生油泥,不可避免的会沾污布匹,因此不仅针织机油的抗磨润滑性是针织机油的一大性能指标,针织机油的清洗性能也是一个非常重要的性能指标。目前国产针织机油存在针油油泥多,在湿热环境下织针容易生锈等问题,织针生锈又会进一步导致更多的油泥产生。进口的高档针织机油不仅价格昂贵,而且仍不能很好的解决所有问题。现有技术中为了解决这些问题会往针织机油中添加极压耐磨剂,防锈剂,抗氧化剂和乳化剂。但实际效果并不明显。现有技术CN104263478A所述的一种易清洗防锈型针织机油组合物,该发明所述8个实施例中,清洗率最大值为98%,最小值为88%,可见该发明所述针织机油清洗性能稳定性较差。而且该发明对清洗后的针织机油的环境处理问题并未提及。本发明为了解决现有技术的不足,需要开发一款高端的针织机油,能同时解决抗磨性、抗氧化、防锈特别是清洗问题。制造过程中无需特别添加抗氧化剂,不影响产品性能,还能降生产成本,而且本发明还对清洗过后的废水环境问题进行了改善。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供的技术解决方案能够很好解决针织机油抗磨、防锈问题,特别能解决针织机油清洗问题,而且清洗后的废水对环境也友好。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种易清洗防锈型针织机油,以重量份数计包含以下组份:
基础油70-90份,极压抗磨剂0.5-4份,防锈剂0.1-1份,乳化剂5-20份,破乳剂0.05-2份,抗泡剂0.01-1份,抗静电剂0.01-0.05份。
所述基础油包括动物油、植物油、Ⅱ类加氢矿物油或Ⅲ类加氢矿物油中的至少一种;可选地,基础油包括三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、II类加氢矿物油或III类加氢矿物油中的至少一种。可选地,所述基础油包括动物油、植物油、单酯、新戊醇酯、双酯、多羟基脂肪酸酯、三羟基丙烷油酸酯、Ⅱ类加氢矿物油或Ⅲ类加氢矿物油中的至少一种。在基础油中添加油酸酯,可使针织机油自身有更好的抗氧化性能和防锈性能,不需要专门用抗氧剂延长油品寿命及抗老化性能,减少油泥的产生。
所述极压抗磨剂包括有机硫化物、胺中和磷酸酯、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯、油酸酯中的至少一种,优选的,有机硫化物包括叔烷基多硫化合物、多烷基链硫化物。优选的,油酸酯为羟基油酸酯。极压抗磨剂增加织针间的润滑性能,避免出现卡针、织针磨损等问题,尽量选用可生物降解无公害材料,减轻色度,避免污染织布。
优选的,极压抗磨剂选自叔烷基多硫化物、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯或胺中和磷酸酯中的至少一种。
所述乳化剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、多醇聚氧乙烯醚十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、十六烷基溴化吡啶、1,3-丙撑二胺-N,N,N,N’,N’-五甲基-N’-十八烷基,二氯化物(见《石油沥青》2004年12月18卷6期“阳离子沥青乳化剂简述”)中的至少一种。进一步的,所述乳化剂还包括乙氧基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚。通过多种不同基团的乳化剂调节体系平衡,使得体系遇水易于乳化,易于油污清洗。
优选的,乳化剂选自乙氧基脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
所述防锈剂包括油酰基肌氨酸、3,5-二(1,1二甲基乙基)-4羟基-苯丙酸、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、环六亚甲基四胺-苯并三唑、聚乙二醇二油酸酯或聚乙二醇二硬脂酸酯中的至少一种。进一步地,所述防锈剂选自油酰基肌氨酸、3,5-二(1,1二甲基乙基)-4羟基-苯丙酸、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、环六亚甲基四胺-苯并三唑、聚乙二醇二油酸酯中的至少一种,更解决织针由于湿热环境下容易产生锈蚀的问题。
所述破乳剂是为了配合清洗后处理工序,油品乳化后一段时间能破乳,油水易于分离,利于废水的处理,有助于解决环保问题。
优选的,破乳剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯十八醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚醚、聚氧乙烯和聚氧丙烯聚合形成嵌段共聚物中的至少一种。
所述抗泡剂能降低表面张力,抑制泡沫产生或消除已产生泡沫,在针织机油中加入抗泡剂可减少针织机油溶氧量,对抗氧化,防生锈有帮助。
优选的,抗泡剂为二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性硅油、丙烯酸脂醚共聚物中的一种。
所述抗静电剂形成一个单分子导电层,使产生的静电荷迅速转移而达到抗静电目的。
优选的,抗静电剂由饱和长碳链阳离子表面活性剂如长链的烷基季铵盐、磷酸盐或鏻盐,以水、醇或其它有机溶剂作为溶剂或分散剂组成。
优选的,一种易清洗防锈型针织机油,以重量份数计包含以下组份:
基础油85-90份,极压抗磨剂1-3份,防锈剂0.1-0.5份,乳化剂8-10份,破乳剂0.1-0.5份,抗泡剂0.01-0.5份,抗静电剂0.01-0.02份。
优选的,一种易清洗防锈型针织机油,以重量份数计包含以下组份:
基础油88份,极压抗磨剂2份,防锈剂0.5份,乳化剂9份,破乳剂0.3份,抗泡剂0.1份,抗静电剂0.01份。
本发明还提供一种制备易清洗防锈型针织机油的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比量称取各组分,将基础油加热至40-50℃,保温,备用;
(2)边搅拌边往步骤(1)所得物中加入抗泡剂、极压抗磨剂,完全溶解;
(3)再往步骤(2)所得物中加入部分乳化剂(例如占总乳化剂的99%)、防锈剂和抗静电剂,将温度降至35℃以下,停止搅拌,制得混合物A;
(4)根据体系平衡调整往混合物A中加入剩余的乳化剂和破乳剂,根据HLB值(表面活性剂的亲水亲油平衡值)计算平衡体系(当HLB=6-7时体系达到平衡),保证体系均匀清澈透明,制得所述针织机油。
本发明有益效果在于:能同时解决针织机油的抗磨性、抗氧化、防锈特别是清洗问题。制造过程中无需添加抗氧化剂,不影响产品性能,还能降生产成本,而且本发明还对清洗过后的废水环境问题进行改善。高温作用下油品不易老化,不易产生油泥,油品透明,不易污染织布,不会对布匹产生损伤。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的阐释。这些实施例是为了使本领域技术人员更清楚本发明的技术方案,而不是对本发明的限制。
表1:实施例1~5(单位:重量份数)
制备过程如下:
(1)按配比量称取各组分,将基础油加热至40-50℃,保温,备用;
(2)边搅拌边往步骤(1)所得物中加入抗泡剂、极压抗磨剂,完全溶解;
(3)再往步骤(2)所得物中加入99%的乳化剂、防锈剂和抗静电剂,将温度降至35℃以下,停止搅拌,制得混合物A;
(4)根据体系平衡调整往混合物A中加入剩余的乳化剂和破乳剂,保证体系均匀清澈透明,制得所述针织机油。

其中,针织机油的清洗难易程度用清洗率衡量。清洗率=干净的织物的质量/滴加针织机油后清洗烘干后的织物的质量*100%,其中清洗率越接近100%说明针织机油越容易清洗。
由表2可以看出,本发明所述的易清洗防锈型的针织机油各项技术指标都满足相应的要求。特别是清洗率在97%~99%之间。与现有技术CN104263478A的88%-98%相比,有明显改善,特别是清洗率更稳定(清洗率不稳定会严重影响工业生产和后续加工处理)。
另外,本发明所述的一种易清洗防锈型针织机油通过成分检测,按照欧盟RoHS指令2011/65/EU附录II的修正指令(EU)2015/863的检测标准和要求,均未检测出镉、铅、汞、六价铬、多溴联苯(PBBs)、多溴二苯醚(PBDEs)、邻苯二甲酸酯(如邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基已基)酯(DEHP)和邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)),测试结果符合欧盟RoHS指令2011/65/EU附录II的修正指令(EU)2015/863的限值要求。

1.一种易清洗防锈型针织机油,其特征在于,以重量份数计包含以下组份:基础油70-90份,极压抗磨剂0.5-4份,防锈剂0.1-1份,乳化剂5-20份,破乳剂0.05-2份,抗泡剂0.01-1份,抗静电剂0.01-0.05份;
其中,所述基础油包括动物油、植物油、Ⅱ类加氢矿物油或Ⅲ类加氢矿物油中的至少一种;所述极压抗磨剂包括有机硫化物、胺中和磷酸酯、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯或油酸酯中的至少一种;所述防锈剂包括油酰基肌氨酸、3,5-二(1,1二甲基乙基)-4羟基-苯丙酸、失水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙二醇二油酸酯或聚乙二醇二硬脂酸酯中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗防锈型针织机油,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂选自脂肪醇醚磷酸酯、胺中和磷酸酯或有机硫化物中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗防锈型针织机油,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选自油酰基肌氨酸、3,5-二(1,1二甲基乙基)-4羟基-苯丙酸、失水山梨醇单油酸酯或聚乙二醇二油酸酯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗防锈型针织机油,其特征在于,所述乳化剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、多醇聚氧乙烯醚十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、十八烷基三甲基氯化铵或十六烷基溴化吡啶中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗防锈型针织机油,其特征在于,所述破乳剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯十八醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯聚醚、聚氧乙烯和聚氧丙烯聚合形成嵌段共聚物中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗防锈型针织机油,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂为二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性硅油或丙烯酸脂醚共聚物中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗防锈型针织机油,其特征在于,以重量份数计包含以下组份:基础油80-90份,极压抗磨剂1-3份,防锈剂0.1-0.5份,乳化剂8-10份,破乳剂0.1-0.5份,抗泡剂0.01-0.5份,抗静电剂0.01-0.02份。
