Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于渔具保养的工具及制备方法,具体地,涉及一种用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾及制备方法。
背景技术
钓鱼装备对于钓鱼人来说非常重要,不及时清洁保养,会明显缩短使用寿命。特别是较长期地封竿时,不保存好钓鱼器具,就会容易变脆弱,再使用时可能出现断竿等情况。
渔具保养是一门学问,保养好了才能增加渔具的使用寿命,尤其是鱼竿、浮漂等,如果不按时进行清洁和保养,就可能会发生损坏、故障。
现在大多数人在钓鱼时,都在使用碳纤维的鱼竿。碳素鱼竿的特点相对明显,具有轻便、坚固、耐久性高等其他特点。但是,在保养碳素的鱼竿时,需要注意不要用刷子,钢丝球,牙膏或者酒精等擦拭鱼竿的涂漆表面,否则会造成鱼竿涂装损害的情况发生。鱼漂在保养时,则要注意避免长时间太阳照射,会造成浮漂表面的防水漆脱落。除此之外,渔具养护还有其它许多需要注意的地方。目前,还没有简单方便、容易操作、成本低廉、效果良好的的渔具养护工具或方法,不能满足人们相应的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于渔具保养的工具及制备方法,能够解决现有的问题,制备用于鱼竿、鱼漂等渔具养护和清洁的湿巾,具有携带方便、使用简单、容易操作、成本低廉、效果良好等特点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,其中,所述的湿巾由无纺布和保养油构成;所述的保养油按重量份数计包含:矿物油42~55份、润滑硅脂25~38份、抗磨剂3~5份、防锈剂4~6份、抗氧化剂2~4份、抗静电剂1~2份、消泡剂0.5~1.5份、助剂1~3份。

润滑硅脂是聚有机硅氧烷的二次加工产品,安全无毒,具有很高的生理安全性、优良的耐热性、抗氧化性、脱模性和电气绝缘性能。润滑硅脂通常可在-50~+260℃范围内使用,对铁、钢、铝、铜及其合金没有腐蚀性,对许多材料(如塑料、橡胶、木材、玻璃和金属)具有良好的润滑作用。

实施例1
一种用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,该湿巾由无纺布和保养油构成。
该保养油按重量份数计包含:矿物油42份、润滑硅脂38份、抗磨剂5份、防锈剂6份、抗氧化剂2份、抗静电剂2份、消泡剂0.5份、助剂3份。
优选地,无纺布和保养油的质量比为1:1.3。
无纺布采用消毒后的水刺涤纶无纺布,矿物油采用高度精炼的矿物油。
助剂包含表面活性剂或乳化剂;采用聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇。
抗磨剂采用硫化天然脂肪。

优选地,该便携式的渔具养护湿巾由PE包装膜+12mm×18mm水刺无纺布+矿物质油组成,单片的外包装尺寸为60mm×80mm。
每张湿巾采用含矿物油的保养油,即矿物质保养原油1克,尺寸为12mm×18mm的优质水刺无纺布1.3克,通过自动设备向无纺布注入液体(保养原油),并采用四维全自动四边封包装机,PE(聚乙烯)包装膜自动包装而成。
实施例2
一种用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,该湿巾由无纺布和保养油构成。
该保养油按重量份数计包含:矿物油55份、润滑硅脂25份、抗磨剂3份、防锈剂4份、抗氧化剂4份、抗静电剂1份、消泡剂1.5份、助剂1份。

实施例3
一种用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,该湿巾由无纺布和保养油构成。
该保养油按重量份数计包含:矿物油50份、润滑硅脂30份、抗磨剂4份、防锈剂5份、抗氧化剂3份、抗静电剂1.5份、消泡剂1份、助剂2份。
优选地,无纺布和保养油的质量比为1:1.5。
无纺布采用消毒后的水刺涤纶无纺布,矿物油采用高度精炼的矿物油。
助剂包含表面活性剂或乳化剂;采用十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、失水山梨醇单油酸酯中的任意一种或多种。
抗磨剂采用硼酸盐、硼酸酯。
防锈剂包含防锈油,采用脂肪酸或环烷酸的碱土金属盐。
抗氧化剂采用有机硒化物或有机钼化合物。
抗静电剂采用有机硅抗静电剂。
消泡剂采用聚醚型消泡剂。
本实施例还提供了该用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾的制备方法,其包含:
步骤1,通过水刺法制备涤纶无纺布,并进行干燥、消毒,备用。
步骤2,按比例称取保养油的各原料,并均匀混合,得到稳定的油剂。
步骤3,将步骤2所得的油剂向步骤1所得的无纺布中注入,使无纺布浸透油剂,得到湿巾。
步骤4,将步骤3所得的湿巾折叠后进行灭菌。
步骤5,采用全自动四边封口包装机,将步骤4所得的湿巾通过聚乙烯包装膜密封包装。
步骤6,进行随机抽检,以保证产品质量合格。
本发明提供的用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾及制备方法,制备的湿巾是通过向消毒后的水刺纯涤纶无纺布添加有效的渔具养护油,再采用全自动的四边封口包装机包装制成。保养油即该渔具养护油中,采用高度精炼的矿物油和润滑硅脂,还含有抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗氧化剂、抗泡沫剂(消泡剂)、抗静电剂等成分,能够有效地用于鱼竿、鱼漂等渔具的养护和清洁,还具有携带方便、使用简单、容易操作、成本低廉、效果良好等特点。
尽管本发明的内容已经通过上述优选实施例作了详细介绍,但应当认识到上述的描述不应被认为是对本发明的限制。在本领域技术人员阅读了上述内容后,对于本发明的多种修改和替代都将是显而易见的。因此,本发明的保护范围应由所附的权利要求来限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,其特征在于,所述的湿巾由无纺布和保养油构成;所述的保养油按重量份数计包含:矿物油42~55份、润滑硅脂25~38份、抗磨剂3~5份、防锈剂4~6份、抗氧化剂2~4份、抗静电剂1~2份、消泡剂0.5~1.5份、助剂1~3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,其特征在于,所述的无纺布和保养油的质量比为1:(1~1.5)。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,其特征在于,所述的无纺布采用消毒后的水刺涤纶无纺布,矿物油采用高度精炼的矿物油。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,其特征在于,所述的助剂包含表面活性剂或乳化剂;采用聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚甘油酯、硫酸化蓖麻油、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、失水山梨醇单油酸酯中的任意一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,其特征在于,所述的抗磨剂采用硫化天然脂肪、硫化酯、硼酸盐、硼酸酯中的任意一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,其特征在于,所述的防锈剂包含防锈油,采用石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钙、棕榈酸甲酯、油酸钾、脂肪酸或环烷酸的碱土金属盐中的任意一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,其特征在于,所述的抗氧化剂采用硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、有机硒化物、有机钼化合物中的任意一种或多种。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,其特征在于,所述的抗静电剂采用磷酸或二硫代氨基甲酸碱金属盐、脂肪胺盐、乙氧基化烷基胺、有机硅抗静电剂中的任意一种或多种。
9.如权利要求1所述的用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂采用硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷、非硅型消泡剂、聚醚型消泡剂中的任意一种或多种。
10.一种如权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的用于渔具清洁养护的便携式湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的方法包含:
步骤1,通过水刺法制备涤纶无纺布,并进行干燥、消毒,备用;
步骤2,按比例称取保养油的各原料,并均匀混合,得到稳定的油剂;
步骤3,将步骤2所得的油剂向步骤1所得的无纺布中注入,使无纺布浸透油剂,得到湿巾;
步骤4,将步骤3所得的湿巾折叠后进行灭菌;
步骤5,采用全自动四边封口包装机,将步骤4所得的湿巾通过聚乙烯包装膜密封包装;
步骤6,进行随机抽检,以保证产品质量合格。
