本发明公开了一种燃油添加剂,由如下重量比的原料构成:二茂铁0.008%~1%;二乙酰基二茂铁0.01%~1.8%;叔戊基甲基醚3%~8%;甲基叔丁基醚2%~10%;甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.001%~0.005%;叔丁醇3%~15%;烷基苯3%~7%;余量为汽油。本发明能使燃油发挥最大效用,提高燃油利用率,一定程度上能够改善车辆性能,更加节油,净化尾气,减少污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用品领域,特别是涉及一种燃油添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国汽车保有量的不断增加,机动车尾气污染越来越严重,不仅污染环境,还危害着人民的身心健康。所以,对于汽车尾气污染,提高发动机的能源利用效率同时减少尾气污染显得十分重要。为了减少污染,一个行之有效的手段是改善燃料品质以及提高燃烧效率,降低有害物排放进而提高燃料利用率。为了达到这个目的,有两条重要的途径,一是改变发动机或锅炉结构;二是添加一些燃油添加剂。但现目前的燃油添加剂效果较好的,价格都较高,使得其普及率较低。
因此本领域技术人员致力于开发一种成本低、提高燃油利用效率且能有效减少排气污染的燃油添加剂及其制备方法。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种成本低、提高燃油利用效率且能有效减少排气污染的燃油添加剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种燃油添加剂,由如下重量比的原料构成:二茂铁0.008%~1%;二乙酰基二茂铁0.01%~1.8%;叔戊基甲基醚3%~8%;甲基叔丁基醚2%~10%;甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.001%~0.005%;叔丁醇3%~15%;烷基苯3%~7%;余量为汽油。
较佳的,由如下重量比的原料构成:二茂铁0.01%;二乙酰基二茂铁1.5%;叔戊基甲基醚5%;甲基叔丁基醚6%;甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.003%;叔丁醇8%;烷基苯4%;余量为汽油。
一种如上所述的燃油添加剂制备方法:包括如下步骤:
A.将叔戊基甲基醚、甲基叔丁基醚、叔丁醇、烷基苯加入汽油中,混合均匀;
B.加入二茂铁、二乙酰基二茂铁、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰,搅拌至完全溶解并混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能使燃油发挥最大效用,提高燃油利用率,一定程度上能够改善车辆性能,更加节油,净化尾气,减少污染。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种燃油添加剂,由如下步骤制得:
A.将叔戊基甲基醚5kg、甲基叔丁基醚6kg、叔丁醇8kg、烷基苯4kg加入75.487kg汽油中,混合均匀;
B.加入二茂铁0.01kg、二乙酰基二茂铁1.5kg、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.003kg,搅拌至完全溶解并混合均匀。得燃油添加剂。
实施例2
一种燃油添加剂,由如下步骤制得:
A.将叔戊基甲基醚3kg、甲基叔丁基醚2kg、叔丁醇3kg、烷基苯3kg加入88.981kg汽油中,混合均匀;
B.加入二茂铁0.008kg、二乙酰基二茂铁0.01kg、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.001kg,搅拌至完全溶解并混合均匀。得燃油添加剂。
实施例3
一种燃油添加剂,由如下步骤制得:
A.将叔戊基甲基醚8kg、甲基叔丁基醚10kg、叔丁醇15kg、烷基苯7kg加入57.195kg汽油中,混合均匀;
B.加入二茂铁1kg、二乙酰基二茂铁1.8kg、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.005kg,搅拌至完全溶解并混合均匀。得燃油添加剂。
实施例4
一种燃油添加剂,由如下步骤制得:
A.将叔戊基甲基醚3kg、甲基叔丁基醚3kg、叔丁醇4kg、烷基苯6kg加入82.789kg汽油中,混合均匀;
B.加入二茂铁0.009kg、二乙酰基二茂铁1.2kg、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.002kg,搅拌至完全溶解并混合均匀。得燃油添加剂。
实施例5
一种燃油添加剂,由如下步骤制得:
A.将叔戊基甲基醚7kg、甲基叔丁基醚8kg、叔丁醇12kg、烷基苯6kg加入64.396kg汽油中,混合均匀;
B.加入二茂铁1kg、二乙酰基二茂铁1.6kg、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.004kg,搅拌至完全溶解并混合均匀。得燃油添加剂。
实施例6
一种燃油添加剂,由如下步骤制得:
A.将叔戊基甲基醚7kg、甲基叔丁基醚3kg、叔丁醇14kg、烷基苯6kg加入67.758kg汽油中,混合均匀;
B.加入二茂铁0.54kg、二乙酰基二茂铁1.7kg、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.002kg,搅拌至完全溶解并混合均匀。得燃油添加剂。
实施例7
一种燃油添加剂,由如下步骤制得:
A.将叔戊基甲基醚6kg、甲基叔丁基醚9kg、叔丁醇10kg、烷基苯3kg加入70.565kg汽油中,混合均匀;
B.加入二茂铁0.84kg、二乙酰基二茂铁0.59kg、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.005kg,搅拌至完全溶解并混合均匀。得燃油添加剂。
本发明在应用时,在燃油中按燃油体积的1%至3%加入本发明,加入燃油体积的2%为较佳。

1.一种燃油添加剂,其特征是:由如下重量比的原料构成:二茂铁0.008%~1%;二乙酰基二茂铁0.01%~1.8%;叔戊基甲基醚3%~8%;甲基叔丁基醚2%~10%;甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.001%~0.005%;叔丁醇3%~15%;烷基苯3%~7%;余量为汽油。
2.如权利要求1所述的燃油添加剂,其特征是:由如下重量比的原料构成:二茂铁0.01%;二乙酰基二茂铁1.5%;叔戊基甲基醚5%;甲基叔丁基醚6%;甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.003%;叔丁醇8%;烷基苯4%;余量为汽油。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的燃油添加剂制备方法:其特征是:包括如下步骤:
A.将叔戊基甲基醚、甲基叔丁基醚、叔丁醇、烷基苯加入汽油中,混合均匀;
B.加入二茂铁、二乙酰基二茂铁、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰,搅拌至完全溶解并混合均匀。
