8.根据权利要求7所述的一种壳寡糖磷虾油夹心型凝胶糖果复合配方,其特征在于:根据S4中的操作步骤,当温度升至65℃时,再加入明胶,搅拌35分钟直至完全溶解,然后温度升至85℃时脱气至无气泡状态,放入保温桶内保温至60℃备用。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种壳寡糖磷虾油夹心型凝胶糖果复合配方,其特征在于:根据S1和S2中的操作步骤,搅拌速度为14000转,流量为700(l/h),线速度为40(m/s)。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种壳寡糖磷虾油夹心型凝胶糖果复合配方,其特征在于:根据S5中的操作步骤,控制干燥室温度29-36℃,相对湿度20-33%,干燥时间为26小时。
