Abstract
The invention discloses an external analgesic liquid medicine and a preparation method and a preparation device thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps of material selection, primary crushing, soaking, primary boiling, filtering, secondary crushing, secondary boiling, remixing and disinfection, the preparation device comprises a mixed boiling mechanism and six crushing mechanisms which are uniformly distributed on the edge of the top of the mixed boiling mechanism along the circumferential direction, and a stirring mechanism is vertically arranged in the center of the top of the mixed boiling mechanism. The analgesic liquid medicine has the advantages of quick drug effect exertion, no toxic or side effect on liver, analgesic effect and treatment effect, no adverse stimulation to skin, obvious analgesic effect and definite analgesic effect, is more convenient to use than oral analgesic medicines and injection analgesic medicines, has simple preparation method flow, provides better guarantee for the quality of the analgesic liquid medicine, can be combined with a preparation method, meets the use requirements of all steps of the whole preparation method, greatly improves the preparation efficiency of the analgesic liquid medicine, and ensures the safety and the quality of the analgesic liquid medicine.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of analgesics, and particularly relates to an external analgesic liquid medicine, and a preparation method and a preparation device thereof.
Background
The existing analgesics are mostly oral preparations or injections, the oral analgesics generally can exert drug effect after being absorbed by gastrointestinal tract, the analgesic effect is slow, and the drugs have certain stimulation effect on the gastrointestinal tract on one hand, so that the gastrointestinal tract feels uncomfortable; on the other hand, digestive juice in the gastrointestinal tract has certain destructive effect on the medicine, and the curative effect of the medicine is reduced. Although the analgesic injection has a faster action than the oral analgesic, it should endure the bitter taste of skin and flesh. The oral analgesic or the injection analgesic has the functions of relieving pain by blood circulation or acting on central nerve or local nerve, and finally is detoxified and discharged out of the body by the liver, so the oral analgesic or the injection analgesic has certain toxic and side effects on the liver. Especially, some patients with advanced tumor have severe cancer pain, and need to inject dolantin to relieve pain, which can cause dependence on dolantin in a few days, and the pain can be relieved by increasing dosage. The above analgesics generally have only analgesic effect and no therapeutic effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art and provides an external analgesic liquid medicine, a preparation method and a preparation device thereof, which have the advantages of quick drug effect exertion, no toxic or side effect on liver and analgesic and therapeutic effects.

Furthermore, the solvent of the analgesic liquid medicine is prepared by mixing menthocamphorate, dew and ethanol, and the volume ratio of the menthocamphorate to the dew to the ethanol is 1: 3:1.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the external analgesic liquid medicine, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: selecting materials: weighing the components in proportion, cleaning with distilled water, removing impurities and dirt, and naturally drying to obtain a mixed raw material;
step two: first-stage crushing: crushing the mixed raw materials, and then grinding into primary raw material powder of 10-20 meshes;
step three: soaking: adding the primary raw material powder into distilled water, and soaking for 30-50 hours to form a soaking mixture;
step four: first-stage boiling: boiling the soaked mixture for 3-5 hr, and standing for 10-20 min to form medicinal liquid separation mixture;
