The working principle is as follows: firstly, the device is arranged at a proper place, in the using process, firstly, rapeseeds needing to be cleaned are guided into the inner filter vat 303 through the feeding pipe 203, then the rotating motor 7 is started to rotate clockwise, the rotating motor 7 cannot drive the ratchet group 15 to rotate, so that the rotating motor 7 can drive the rotating sleeve 207 to drive the storage barrel fixing frame 205 and the storage barrel 3 to rotate, the storage barrel 3 can move on the supporting rail 5, then the storage barrel 3 can move to the lower part of the storage barrel clamping cover 204 connected with the water inlet pipe 206, then water is injected into the outer sleeve 301 through the water inlet pipe 206, and meanwhile, the first air cylinder 802 is started, so that the first air cylinder 802 can push the rotating sleeve 803 to move upwards, so that the rotating sleeve 803 can be clamped in the rotating clamping groove 308, and the belt conveying assembly 14 can be driven to rotate through the ratchet group 15 when the rotating motor 7 rotates anticlockwise, the belt conveying assembly 14 can drive the driving connecting shaft 805 to rotate, the driving connecting shaft 805 can drive the rotating sleeve 803 to rotate through the rectangular connecting seat 804, then the rotating sleeve 803 drives the sealing seat 305 to rotate, meanwhile, the driving connecting shaft 805 can rotate in the forward direction and the reverse direction, so that the inner filter barrel 303 and the sealing seat 305 also rotate in the forward direction and the reverse direction, the stirring rod 304 in the inner filter barrel 303 can effectively stir rapeseeds, the separation effect of impurities and rapeseeds is improved, the separated impurities can enter the position between the outer sleeve 301 and the inner filter barrel 303 through the through hole in the outer wall of the inner filter barrel 303, then the whole storage barrel 3 is rotated, the storage barrel 3 is moved to the position below the storage barrel clamping cover 204 of the impurity removing mechanism 9, then the second air cylinder 904 is started, the second air cylinder 904 can drive the suction box 905 to move to the inner filter barrel 303, the lower end part of a suction box 905 is positioned below the liquid level, a liquid guide pump 903 is started, the liquid guide pump 903 can suck water and floating impurities, then the impurities and part of the water in an outer sleeve 301 are led out through an external discharge pipe 4, meanwhile the impurities are sucked onto a filter screen 901 through a connecting pipe 902, the impurities are filtered through the filter screen 901, then the impurities are led out through an auger feeding shaft 209, after the impurities are removed, the suction box 905 is controlled to return to the original position through a second air cylinder 904, then a storage barrel 3 is driven to move to the position of an air cylinder supporting seat 10, the water and the impurities are discharged through the external discharge pipe 4 on the outer wall of the outer sleeve 301, then a third air cylinder 11 is started, the third air cylinder 11 can push a discharge box 13 upwards, the discharge box 13 can push a sealing rubber plug 310 upwards, so that the discharge box 13 is communicated with the inside of a guide chute 306, then a discharge pump connected with the discharge pipe 12 is started, the discharge pipe 12 generates suction force through the discharge pump, and rapeseeds above a sealing seat 305 are sucked out.
