The working principle is as follows:
a: exercising pelvic floor muscles is a good practice, which prevents urinary incontinence, while most women experience such problems after having born the child, and current women, when exercising the pelvis, will exercise by an anal lifting action, lie flat on the ground, raise the buttocks, because women are physically weak after delivery, and the physical strength is low. Referring to fig. 3-4, the rehabilitation training aid can be used for assisting exercise through the anus lifting exercise mechanism 2, a user lies on the base 1, the buttocks are placed on the rubber pad 5 and rests on the pillow 43, the rotating shaft 9 is driven to rotate through the first motor 8, the eccentric cam 10 is further driven to rotate through the rotating shaft 9, the anus lifting plate 4 above the eccentric cam 10 is driven to reciprocate up and down in the pressing groove 3 through the reciprocating motion of the eccentric cam 10, the buttocks can be lifted up in a reciprocating manner in an assisting manner, the exercise can not feel so much effort, and the stability of the reciprocating motion of the anus lifting plate 4 can be improved through the first spring 6.
b: the pelvic floor is absolutely 'secret and mysterious', unlike muscles of other parts of the body, the muscles cannot be strengthened by contracting joints, and the movements cannot be seen by naked eyes, so that the pelvic floor muscle training particularly needs to 'concentrate the mind of the brain', and therefore, when the pelvic floor muscle training is carried out, the pelvic floor muscle training needs to be sensed and trained. The common way that people perceive the pelvis while exercising is to sit on a stool or floor, feel the ischial tuberosities, tilt to the right, and place the center of gravity on the right ischial tuberosities. Pulling the left ischia as far as possible to the left with the left hand, then completely sitting down, and stretching the two ischia to separate; or the center of gravity is placed on the left ischial tuberosities, the right ischial tuberosities are as close to the left as possible, and then the center of gravity returns to balance and sits on the two ischial tuberosities. Then, the feeling of stretching the two sides of the pelvis left and right is carefully experienced, and the ways of exercising and sensing the front and back movement and the left and right movement of the pelvis are consistent. Referring to fig. 6-8, the auxiliary rehabilitation training is performed by using the pelvic floor muscle exercise sensing mechanism 12, the user sits on two hip seats 27, holds the holding rod 44 with both hands, drives the first screw rod 18 to rotate through the second motor 20, so as to drive the slide rod 16 on the first screw rod 18 to reciprocate, drives the first slide block 15 and the adjusting plate 21 to reciprocate left and right through the reciprocating motion of the slide rod 16, is provided with the second slide block 23 on the adjusting plate 21, drives the second slide block 23 to reciprocate back and forth through the push rod motor 26, and fixes the hip seat 27 on the top of the second slide block 23, so that the left and right pulling and the front and back pulling of the two hip seats 27 can be realized, the pelvis can be further sensed, the ischia can be stretched back and forth, the purpose of mechanical auxiliary exercise can be achieved, and the exercise effect can be improved.
c: when a pelvis is exercised, the pelvis is moved through the movable hip, the existing movable hip is usually laid on the floor in a supine mode, the two legs move left and right, one leg is far away from the other leg (if the right leg is opened towards the right side), only the hip joint is moved at the beginning, the pelvis is not moved until the limit point of the movement of the hip joint, namely, when a user rotates the pelvis to continue to open the legs, the user returns to the initial position, the two legs are opened towards the two sides simultaneously, when the limit point is reached, the pelvis does not rotate but keeps the original position, the pelvis is pulled by thigh muscles, the pelvis slightly deforms, the pubis pulled forwards, the sacroiliac joint is pressed towards the back, the effect is achieved through the reciprocating stretching movement of the two legs, the mode is labor-consuming, and the movement is easy to be nonstandard. Referring to fig. 10, the hip exercise mechanism 28 can be used for assisting rehabilitation training by extending the legs into the horizontal pulling ring 31 and the electric push rod 30 can assist the reciprocating stretching of the legs to achieve the purpose of exercise,
d: when the pelvis is exercised, the pelvis is moved by moving the hips, the training action is usually to lie on the back on the floor, the legs move back and forth, the palm faces upwards, the arms extend and press on the floor to keep the throat stable, the pelvis is rotated, the right thigh is placed on the left thigh in a crossed manner as far as possible, and the exercise is performed by reciprocating stretching. And (5) converting the direction and repeating the actions. At the same time, try to straighten the right knee, and you can hold the right foot with the left hand to help you stretch the knee. In this position, the two ilia are pulled in completely opposite directions. The right iliac bone rotates posteriorly (under tension from the popliteal muscles). And the left ilium is rotated forward under the tension of the left anterior hip ligament. At this point, the pubic symphysis twists and the sacroiliac joint rotates. This method is also physically demanding and is prone to substandard motion. Referring to fig. 11, the hip movement mechanism 28 provided in the invention can be used for assisting rehabilitation training to lift one leg into the side pull ring 36, and the third motor 32 drives the second lead screw 33 to rotate, so as to drive the T-shaped plate 34 to reciprocate, thereby achieving the purpose that one leg is stretched above the other leg in a reciprocating manner, saving physical strength, and achieving the purpose of rapidly exercising the pelvis through the hip.
e: exercise pelvic bones can also be realized by the waist movement driven by the pelvis, the waist exercise purpose is realized by the four limbs landing and the waist movement, however, in the posture, the waist needs the continuous support of four limbs, the physical strength is too large, the continuous and durable exercise purpose cannot be realized, and the danger of physical strength failing to fall down is provided, please refer to fig. 12, the auxiliary rehabilitation training is realized by the abdomen auxiliary mechanism 37 arranged, two rubber belts 42 can be tied to the waist position to play the elastic support function, the exerciser can be assisted to do the waist movement better, and the height of the rubber belts 42 can be adjusted by the hydraulic cylinder 41 to adapt to the exercisers with different body types.
It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
