The product appearance detection equipment 20 provided by the application realizes automatic detection, reduces the degree of manual participation, saves manpower, and avoids the influence of human factors as much as possible, thereby better controlling the quality of outgoing products.
In general, the imaging component 226 or the scanning device, etc. that are fixedly disposed can only shoot or scan things in one direction, so that the imaging component 226 or the scanning device can shoot or scan multiple parts 11 to be detected of the product 10 to be detected, to reduce the number of the imaging component 226 or the scanning device, save the cost, and simplify the structure of the product appearance detecting device 20, the product appearance detecting device 20 may further include a rotating mechanism. In one embodiment, the rotation mechanism may rotate the imaging assembly 226 or the scanning device, or directly use the imaging assembly 226 or the scanning device including the rotation mechanism, or in another embodiment, the rotation mechanism may control the product 10 to be detected to rotate, so that the imaging assembly 226 or the scanning device may shoot or scan different portions 11 of the product 10 to be detected. The present embodiment may be particularly used on the second detecting station 222 in the foregoing embodiment, so that one imaging assembly 226 or scanning device may perform detection shooting or scanning on four different sides of the same product 10 to be detected, thereby reducing the number of imaging assemblies 226 or scanning devices used, reducing the cost, and simplifying the structure of the product appearance detecting apparatus 20.
In order to facilitate the movement of the product 10 to be inspected for better inspection, the product appearance inspection apparatus includes a product movement structure, wherein the product movement structure includes a first product movement mechanism 224, and the first product movement mechanism 224 is used for moving the product 10 to be inspected to an inspection station for inspection. The first product moving mechanism 224 may specifically include a lateral moving shaft 2242, a longitudinal moving shaft 2243, and a first suction nozzle 2241, where the first suction nozzle 2241 may be used to suck the product 10 to be detected to drive the product 10 to be detected to move, and meanwhile, the first suction nozzle 2241 uses suction force to drive the product to move, so as to avoid secondary damage to the product 10 to be detected as much as possible; the first suction nozzle 2241 may be fixedly or movably connected to the lateral moving shaft 2242 (or the longitudinal moving shaft 2243), and the lateral moving shaft 2242 (or the longitudinal moving shaft 2243) may be movably connected to the longitudinal moving shaft 2243 (or the lateral moving shaft 2242), so that the first suction nozzle 2241 may be moved on a moving path of the lateral moving shaft 2242 by the driving of the lateral moving shaft 2242, so that the lateral moving shaft 2242 may be moved on a moving path of the longitudinal moving shaft 2243 by the driving of the longitudinal moving shaft 2243 (or so that the first suction nozzle 2241 may be moved on a moving path of the longitudinal moving shaft 2243 by the driving of the longitudinal moving shaft 2243, so that the longitudinal moving shaft 2243 may be moved on a moving path of the lateral moving shaft 2242 by the driving of the lateral moving shaft 2242). Through the mutual cooperative work of the lateral moving shaft 2242 and the longitudinal moving shaft 2243, the product 10 to be detected can be controlled to move horizontally and laterally or longitudinally up and down in the moving range of the lateral moving shaft 2242 and the longitudinal moving shaft 2243, so that the product 10 to be detected can be controlled to move to the corresponding detecting station flexibly and accurately, and the position of the product to be detected, which needs to be detected, can be more accurately found by the mode, so that the accuracy of the detecting result is improved. Further, in order not to delay the inspection time or even shorten the inspection time, the first product moving mechanism 224 may include a plurality of first nozzles 2241, where each of the first nozzles 2241 cooperates, for example: when one of the first nozzles 2241 drives one product 10 to be detected to move, the other first nozzles 2241 can simultaneously drive other products 10 to be detected to move, so as to improve the detection efficiency. In addition, in order to simplify the structure, the first product moving mechanism 224 may include only the lateral moving shaft 2242 and the first suction nozzle 2241, so that the product 10 to be detected moves along the moving path of the lateral moving shaft 2242, which can achieve the purpose of facilitating the movement of the product 10 to be detected for better detection.
