the device comprises a roller way conveying line, appearance detection equipment, ultrasonic detection equipment, spraying equipment and an integrated control system, wherein a clamp is arranged on the roller way conveying line and used for clamping a waste steel rail to be detected, and the appearance detection equipment, the ultrasonic detection equipment and the spraying equipment are sequentially arranged on the roller way conveying line to form an appearance detection station, an ultrasonic detection station and a spraying station;
the appearance detection equipment comprises a laser probe, wherein the laser probe is used for detecting the waste steel rail to be detected and generating appearance detection data and an appearance detection graph measurement result, and the laser probe is in signal connection with the integrated control system and is used for transmitting the appearance detection data and the appearance detection graph measurement result to the integrated control system;
the ultrasonic detection equipment comprises an ultrasonic probe, the ultrasonic probe is used for carrying out ultrasonic detection on the waste steel rail to be detected to generate ultrasonic detection data, and the ultrasonic probe is in signal connection with the integrated control system and is used for transmitting the ultrasonic detection data to the integrated control system;
the spraying station is provided with a photoelectric sensor used for determining the position of the waste steel rail to be detected, the spraying equipment and the photoelectric sensor are in signal connection with an integrated control system, and the integrated control system is used for receiving signals of the photoelectric sensor so as to indicate the spraying marking action of the spraying equipment;
the integrated control system comprises an appearance detection standard data set module, an appearance detection standard graph set module, an ultrasonic standard data set module, a data comparison module and a central processing module, wherein the appearance detection standard data set module, the appearance detection standard graph set module and the ultrasonic standard data set module respectively store appearance detection standard data, an appearance detection standard graph and ultrasonic standard data, and the data comparison module:
the appearance detection data and the appearance detection graph measurement which are obtained by the laser probe detection are respectively compared with the data in the appearance detection standard data set module and the appearance detection standard graph set module, and the external distinguishing characteristic positions are marked;
the ultrasonic detection data generated by the ultrasonic probe is compared with the standard data in the ultrasonic standard data set module, and the internal distinguishing characteristic position is marked;
the central processing module is in signal connection with the data comparison module and is used for receiving the external distinguishing characteristic position and the internal distinguishing characteristic position output by the data comparison module;
the central processing module is in signal connection with the photoelectric sensor and is used for acquiring the position of the waste steel rail to be detected;
the central processing module is in signal connection with the spraying equipment and is used for controlling the spraying equipment to correspondingly spray marks at the positions of the waste steel rails to be detected.
7. The intelligent detection device for the waste steel rail processing production line according to claim 6, wherein the appearance detection standard data comprises three-dimensional full-section standard data.
8. The intelligent detection device for the waste steel rail processing production line according to claim 6, wherein the appearance detection standard graph comprises a three-dimensional profile standard graph.
9. The intelligent detection device for the waste steel rail processing production line according to claim 6, wherein a water spraying device is arranged at the ultrasonic detection station, and the water spraying device is in signal connection with the central processing module.

The intelligent detection device for the waste steel rail processing production line according to claim 9, wherein a circulation water tank is arranged below the roller way conveying line corresponding to the ultrasonic detection station and used for recovering water flowing downwards from the surface of the waste steel rail to be detected after being sprayed out by the water spraying equipment, a filter structure layer is installed in the middle of the circulation water tank, a circulation water pipe is arranged below the filter structure layer correspondingly to the circulation water tank and connected to the water spraying equipment, and the circulation water pipe is used for circulating the filtered water to the water spraying equipment for recycling.
