Abstract
本发明公开了一种以麦草化学浆为纤维原料的轻型印刷纸的制造方法,将纸浆进行打浆处理,然后按顺序加入阳离子淀粉、AKD、填料和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺等辅料配制成浆料,然后抄纸、压榨、干燥得到轻型印刷纸手抄片。以麦草化学浆为纤维原料、合成硅酸钙为填料制备的轻型印刷纸手抄片,成纸不透明度、抗张强度和抗水性均较好,手抄片灰分≥25%的情况下,松厚度达到2.5cm3/g以上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轻型印刷纸的制造方法,特别涉及一种以100%麦草化学浆为纤维原料的轻型印刷纸的制造方法。
背景技术
轻型印刷纸是一种高松厚度的文化用纸,与普通胶版印刷纸相比,轻型印刷纸的印刷效果好,成本低,用60g/m2的轻型印刷纸就能替代80g/m2普通胶版印刷纸(纸张厚度保持不变);轻型印刷纸采用原色调,在阅读时不刺眼,不疲劳,对保护视力有一定的作用。轻型印刷纸用于图书和刊物的印刷,纸面挺括、手感柔和,对书刊的外表感观、阅读、使用、保存均达到理想的效果,具有广阔的市场前景。轻型印刷纸一般以机械木浆为原料抄造,而现阶段国内的木材纤维原料还相对短缺,2015年国内木浆产量966万吨,进口木浆约1575万吨,木浆自给率只有约35%,对我国造纸工业的可持续发展是一个严重制约因素,因此,拓宽轻型印刷纸的纤维原料范围十分必要。
麦草化学浆是我国造纸工业原材料的重要组成部分,2015年麦草化学浆产量约300万吨,占原生浆的比例达18%。麦草化学浆中细小纤维含量高,比表面积大,表面暴露的羟基多,纸页干燥过程可形成更多氢键,使纤维排列紧密、成纸紧度较大,一般用于生产胶版印刷纸,但是胶版印刷纸对麦草化学浆的白度要求较高(80%ISO以上);而麦草化学浆生产企业的规模一般都较小,基本采用含氯漂白(大部分采用氯气和次氯酸盐漂白,小部分新建企业采用二氧化氯漂白),废水处理设施较差,外排废水中污染物浓度较高,对环境污染较大,漂白麦草化学浆生产企业是名副其实的污染大户。
轻型印刷纸对白度的要求较低(白度可低至68%ISO),使用低白度纸浆抄造即可。降低麦草化学浆成浆白度可以显著降低漂白化学品用量、减少污染物产生量和废水产生量,因此,降低成浆白度生产低白度麦草化学浆转产轻型印刷纸是效果立等可见且效果十分明显的减排措施,对保护自然环境具有十分积极的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以100%麦草化学浆为纤维原料的轻型印刷纸及其制造方法,以拓宽轻型印刷纸的纤维原料范围,节约木材纤维原料,并降低麦草化学浆生产企业对环境的污染程度。
1.一种以麦草化学浆为纤维原料的轻型印刷纸的制造方法,包含如下步骤:
1)纸浆进行打浆处理,打浆度控制在35-50°SR之间;
2)按照原料的重量比例(对绝干纤维)进行配浆,向1)得到的纸浆中按顺序加入阳离子淀粉(1.5%-3.0%)、施胶剂AKD(0.1%-0.3%)、填料(20%-50%)、助留助滤剂阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(0.03%-0.05%),然后搅拌均匀;
3)用步骤2)所配的浆料抄纸,手抄片经压榨、干燥,得到轻型印刷纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述轻型印刷纸制造工艺中的纸浆为低白度麦草化学浆,白度≤69.0%ISO,松厚度≤1.50cm3/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述轻型印刷纸制造工艺中的填料为呈多孔性结构的合成硅酸钙,比表面积≥150m2/g,总孔容积≥0.3cc/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述轻型印刷纸制造工艺中的轻型印刷纸的灰分≥25%,松厚度≥2.5cm3/g。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点和有益效果:
1)本发明主要以低白度麦草化学浆为纤维原料生产轻型印刷纸,扩大了轻型印刷纸纤维原料的选材范围,同时促进了国内麦草化学浆的合理利用,对于缓解我国木材纤维原料短缺的现状具有积极意义。
2)本发明的轻型印刷纸采用低白度麦草化学浆即可生产,降低麦草化学浆成浆白度,可减少漂白化学品用量,降低污染物和洗涤废水产生量,对保护自然环境具有十分积极的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
1)麦草化学浆打浆至42°SR备用。
2)向1)得到的纸浆中依次加入阳离子淀粉、AKD、硅酸钙和CPAM,阳离子淀粉加入量为2.0%,AKD加入量为0.2%,合成硅酸钙加填量为30%,CPAM加入量为0.03%,各组分间隔5分钟加入以使之充分反应。
3)用步骤2)所配的浆料抄纸,手抄片经压榨、干燥,得到轻型印刷纸A。
实施例2:
1)麦草化学浆打浆至45°SR备用。
2)向1)得到的纸浆中依次加入阳离子淀粉、AKD、硅酸钙填料和CPAM,阳离子淀粉加入量为3.0%,AKD加入量为0.2%,合成硅酸钙加填量为35%,CPAM加入量为0.04%,各组分间隔5分钟加入以使之充分反应。
3)用步骤2)所配的浆料抄纸,手抄片经压榨、干燥,得到轻型印刷纸B。
测定实施例1和实施例2抄造纸样结果列于表1。从表1可知,采用100%麦草化学浆为纤维原料,以多孔性合成硅酸钙为填料抄纸,成纸松厚度、不透明度、抗张强度和抗水性均较好,松厚度达2.5cm3/g以上。

Claims (4)
1.一种以麦草化学浆为纤维原料的轻型印刷纸的制造方法,其特征在于:
1)纸浆进行打浆处理,打浆度控制在35-50°SR之间;
2)按照原料的重量比例(对绝干纤维)进行配浆,向1)得到的纸浆中按顺序加入阳离子淀粉(1.5%-3.0%)、施胶剂AKD(0.1%-0.3%)、填料(20%-50%)、助留助滤剂阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(0.03%-0.05%),然后搅拌均匀;
3)用步骤2)所配的浆料抄纸,手抄片经压榨、干燥,得到轻型印刷纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述轻型印刷纸制造工艺中的纸浆为低白度麦草化学浆,白度≤69.0%ISO,松厚度≤1.50cm3/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述轻型印刷纸制造工艺中的填料为呈多孔性结构的合成硅酸钙,比表面积≥150m2/g,总孔容积≥0.3cc/g。
