技术领域
本发明涉及纺织生产领域,具体涉及一种织物清洁印染工艺。
背景技术
纺织工业是我国传统的支柱产业,包括纺织、印染、化纤、服装和纺织设备等五个部分。织物是指用天然纤维或合成纤维制成的纺织品,按不同的加工方法可分为机织物、针织物和非织造布,是制作衣物、窗帘等日常用品常用的原材料。印染是指通过染料染色使织物呈现出人们所需要的各种颜色,使其更加的美观。传统印染工艺包括退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、染色、印花、整理等工序,其中退浆、煮练、漂白三工序为织物前处理,棉织物及其混纺织物前处理的目的是去除织物上的油剂、浆料及天然杂质如棉蜡等,以降低织物上的含杂量,提高织物的吸水性和白度,但该三工序是独立进行的,其操作时间长,要求处理液的温度高,能耗大,对织物纤维损害大,而且使用的处理液中含有大量的漂白剂、稳定剂,排放后对环境的污染严重。
织物丝光是指织物在张紧下利用试剂进行处理,以使其提高光泽,提伸强力、延伸性、防缩水、吸附能力的过程。棉丝织物的主要缺陷是抗皱能力差、洗后缩水等,因此一般需要进行丝光处理。目前主要用烧碱溶液与其他丝光试剂配制的溶液对其进行丝光处理,虽然处理后的纤维吸附性能和化学性能都会得到提高,但由于烧碱黏度高,渗透不均匀,致使织物手感较硬,而且对于一些蛋白质纤维的特殊结构使其不能用烧碱进行丝光。
另外,传统印染工艺中使用的染液中含有大量无法降解、对人体有害的印染助剂,导致废液难以处理和危害环境和人体健康。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种织物清洁印染工艺,其整个印染操作简便,工序少,能耗低,印染效率高,且印染过程中产生的污染少。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种织物清洁印染工艺,其包括织物前处理、丝光处理和染色处理:
其中,染色处理为在真空条件下,将混合染料雾化后吸附印染到丝光处理后的织物上,混合染料由以下组分配制得到:300~350重量份的染料,5~8重量份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,2~5重量份的脂肪酸甲酯-α磺酸钠,5~8重量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐,2~5重量份的聚季铵类固色剂,0.01~0.05重量份的2-对磺酸钠苯胺基-4-溴代-6-α-萘氨基三嗪,1~2重量份的二甲基二羟基环乙烯脲树脂,1~1.2重量份的咪唑类柔软剂,0.5~0.6重量份的4-异丙基-2-羟基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮,0.2~0.5重量份的纳米氧化锌粉;
聚季铵类固色剂为二烯丙基二甲基氯化氨聚合而成。
进一步的方案为:
丝光处理为将连续张紧输送的织物输送至液氨室进行连续浸扎处理。
织物前处理为将织物浸入前处理槽中,控制前处理槽中浴比为1:4~5,35℃~40℃下浸轧处理35~40min,前处理槽中前处理液包含纤维素酶0.5~2g/L,果胶酶4~6g/L,蛋白酶0.5~0.8g/L,HAc0.1~1g/L,NaAc0.5~2g/L,双氧水20~25g/L,螯合分散剂1~1.5g/L,壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠1~1.2g/L;
螯合分散剂为葡萄糖酸钠和丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物配制而成。
前处理槽中设置有超声发射器,超声发射器发射的超声波频率为40kHz。
优选方案为:
混合染料由以下组分配制得到:350重量份的染料,6重量份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,3重量份的脂肪酸甲酯-α磺酸钠,6重量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐,3重量份的聚季铵类固色剂,0.02重量份的2-对磺酸钠苯胺基-4-溴代-6-α-萘氨基三嗪,1.5重量份的二甲基二羟基环乙烯脲树脂,1重量份的咪唑类柔软剂,0.55重量份的4-异丙基-2-羟基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮,0.3重量份的纳米氧化锌粉。
处理液包含纤维素酶1g/L,果胶酶5g/L,蛋白酶0.6g/L,HAc0.5g/L,NaAc1g/L,双氧水22g/L,螯合分散剂1.2g/L,壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠1g/L。
传统棉织物印染过程中为避免在水溶液体系中染色剂和整理剂之间发生干涉反应,因此染色和整理是分两步进行的,在本发明中,通过在真空条件下分别涂布染色剂、整理剂或者染色剂与整理剂的混合物,其可有效避免组分间的反应,保证同时进行整理和染色,简化工艺。
另外,上述方案中,采用的在真空条件下,将混合染料雾化吸附印染至织物上,避免传统印染产生大量的废液污染,起到清洁环保的效果。混合染料中使用的助染剂的助染效果好,且是环保型助染剂。同时将织物的染色和整理工序合二为一,以及将前处理中退浆、煮练、漂白三工序合为一个工序处理,减少整个印染工艺的工序,缩短整个生产周期,提高生产效率和降低生产成本。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。实施例1~3中所用的聚季铵类固色剂、咪唑类柔软剂为从市场上购买得到,聚季铵类固色剂为二烯丙基二甲基氯化氨聚合而成,螯合分散剂为葡萄糖酸钠和丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物配制而成,其具体成分可参照相关科技文献、产品手册的记载;2-对磺酸钠苯胺基-4-溴代-6-α-萘氨基三嗪可参照中国专利文献(CN103147319A)。
实施例1
配制如下组分的前处理液:
纤维素酶0.5g/L,果胶酶6g/L,蛋白酶0.5g/L,HAc1g/L,NaAc0.5g/L,双氧水25g/L,螯合分散剂1g/L,壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠1.2g/L;
将织物浸入前处理槽中,控制前处理槽中浴比为1:4,启动前处理槽上设置的超声发生器,发射40kHz的超声波,40℃下浸轧处理35min。
将连续张紧输送的织物输送至液氨室进行连续浸扎处理。
按照以下组分称取原料混合配制混合染料:
300重量份的染料,5重量份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,2重量份的脂肪酸甲酯-α磺酸钠,5重量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐,2重量份的聚季铵类固色剂,0.01重量份的2-对磺酸钠苯胺基-4-溴代-6-α-萘氨基三嗪,1~2重量份的二甲基二羟基环乙烯脲树脂,1重量份的咪唑类柔软剂,0.5重量份的4-异丙基-2-羟基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮,0.2重量份的纳米氧化锌粉;
在真空条件下,将混合染料雾化后吸附印染到丝光处理后的织物上;
将上述染色处理后的织物进行水洗、烘干后即可得到成品织物。
实施例2
配制如下组分的前处理液:
纤维素酶2g/L,果胶酶4g/L,蛋白酶0.8g/L,HAc0.1g/L,NaAc2g/L,双氧水20g/L,螯合分散剂1.5g/L,壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠1g/L;
将织物浸入前处理槽中,控制前处理槽中浴比为1:5,启动前处理槽上设置的超声发生器,发射40kHz的超声波,35℃下浸轧处理40min;
将连续张紧输送的织物输送至液氨室进行连续浸扎处理。
按照以下组分称取原料混合配制混合染料:
350重量份的染料,8重量份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,5重量份的脂肪酸甲酯-α磺酸钠,8重量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐,5重量份的聚季铵类固色剂,0.05重量份的2-对磺酸钠苯胺基-4-溴代-6-α-萘氨基三嗪,2重量份的二甲基二羟基环乙烯脲树脂,1.2重量份的咪唑类柔软剂,0.6重量份的4-异丙基-2-羟基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮,0.5重量份的纳米氧化锌粉;
在真空条件下,将混合染料雾化后吸附印染到丝光处理后的织物上;
将上述染色处理后的织物进行水洗、烘干后即可得到成品织物。
实施例3
配制如下组分的前处理液:
处理液包含纤维素酶1g/L,果胶酶5g/L,蛋白酶0.6g/L,HAc0.5g/L,NaAc1g/L,双氧水22g/L,螯合分散剂1.2g/L,壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠1g/L;
将织物浸入前处理槽中,控制前处理槽中浴比为1:4.5,启动前处理槽上设置的超声发生器,发射40kHz的超声波,35℃下浸轧处理35min;
将连续张紧输送的织物输送至液氨室进行连续浸扎处理。
按照以下组分称取原料混合配制混合染料:
350重量份的染料,6重量份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,3重量份的脂肪酸甲酯-α磺酸钠,6重量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐,3重量份的聚季铵类固色剂,0.02重量份的2-对磺酸钠苯胺基-4-溴代-6-α-萘氨基三嗪,1.5重量份的二甲基二羟基环乙烯脲树脂,1重量份的咪唑类柔软剂,0.55重量份的4-异丙基-2-羟基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮,0.3重量份的纳米氧化锌粉。
在真空条件下,将混合染料雾化后吸附印染到丝光处理后的织物上;
将上述染色处理后的织物进行水洗、烘干后即可得到成品织物。
实施例4
将棉织物按照传统工艺依次进行退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、染色、印花、整理处理,将得到的棉织物与实施例1、2和3中得到的棉织物的染色、整理性能进行比较。比较结果为本发明工艺染色和整理的效果与传统工艺基本一致,有些甚至要明显优于传统工艺,平均生产周期至少节约1/3,废水处理量大大减少,降低生产成本和提高经济效益。

所述的螯合分散剂由葡萄糖酸钠和丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物配制而成;
前处理槽中还设置有超声发射器,超声发射器发射的超声波频率为40kHz。
2.如权利要求1所述织物清洁印染工艺,其特征在于,所述的混合染料,按重量份计,由以下组分配制得到:350重量份的染料,6重量份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,3重量份的脂肪酸甲酯-α磺酸钠,6重量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐,3重量份的聚季铵类固色剂,0.02重量份的2-对磺酸钠苯胺基-4-溴代-6-α-萘氨基三嗪,1.5重量份的二甲基二羟基环乙烯脲树脂,1重量份的咪唑类柔软剂,0.55重量份的4-异丙基-2-羟基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮,0.3重量份的纳米氧化锌粉。
3.如权利要求2所述织物清洁印染工艺,其特征在于,所述的前处理液包含纤维素酶1g/L,果胶酶5g/L,蛋白酶0.6g/L,HAc 0.5g/L,NaAc 1g/L,双氧水22g/L,螯合分散剂1.2g/L,壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠1g/L。
