Description

Preparation method of three-warp three-weft light and thin fabric
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of umbrella fabric, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a three-warp three-weft light and thin fabric.
Background
With the coming of summer and autumn every year, the street can form the natural stage of the umbrella. In spite of fine rain, red fever and inflammation, red, yellow, white, purple and green, various umbrellas are like flowers with flourishing flowers, colorful flowers and fighting against beayans, and a bright scenic line of cities is formed. The umbrella originally used for shading sun and rain also develops from single function to diversification, fashion and high grade.
Following the sharing of the bicycle, the sharing of the umbrella also occurs silently. The umbrella sharing is a new form of sharing economy, and the umbrella sharing service is mainly provided in subway or bus part stations, business areas, residential areas, hotels and the like. Originally, the method only tries in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai and the like, and actually operates in a plurality of cities. People find that the shared umbrella not only keeps the functions of rain shielding, sun shading and ultraviolet protection, but also endows fashionable elements such as colors and patterns, and people hold the shared umbrella by hands in cities to be a beautiful landscape. The shared umbrella needs to be more perfect in borrowing and returning management environment, and needs to be updated and developed in the aspects of light weight and fashion.
In order to comply with the development of fashionable and portable umbrella sharing, umbrella fabric varieties on the market are developed into products with higher technical difficulty, such as fine yarn, small jacquard and the like from the conventional colored woven cloth and black cloth in the past. However, the light and thin umbrella fabric is easy to generate crosspiece defects, and belongs to a fabric with higher difficulty in a shuttleless machine. The yarn count is fine, the strength of single yarn is low, so that the warp yarn is easy to break, and the drop wire is easy to drop to cause halt in the weaving process. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new weaving process suitable for light and thin umbrella fabric.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a preparation method of a three-warp three-weft light and thin fabric, and the method overcomes the defect that a dropper is easy to drop to cause halt.
The invention provides a preparation method of a three-warp three-weft light and thin fabric, which comprises the following steps:
selecting PET as warp and weft yarn raw material, and weaving fabric into plain weave lattices (Ming lattice and Yin lattice); the warp yarns are subjected to cone yarn, chemical hank, slashing, spooling, warping and drafting, the weft yarns are subjected to cone yarn, chemical hank, sizing and spooling, then the warp yarns and the weft yarns are woven, and after finishing, the three-warp three-weft light and thin fabric is obtained; the sizing agent comprises PVA, modified starch and a softening agent.
The warp and weft yarns: 80 to 120 ofs×80~120sThe PET white or colored yarn of (1); and (3) warp and weft yarn density: 413 to 764 multiplied by 512 to 684 roots/cm; fabric tightness: the warp direction is 41.3-47.5%, the weft direction is 31.5-36.4%, and the total tightness is 62.1-65.2%; fabric width: 144.8-147.3 cm.
The sizing rate of the slashing is 11-14%, the sizing pressure is not lower than 16KN, and the slashing elongation is controlled to be less than 1%.
When the warp is sized, a proper sizing rate (11-14%) is required to enhance the bonding force between fibers and the capability of the yarn for resisting mechanical stretching. The sizing of the skein is preferably carried out twice, the first time mainly comprises soaking and the second time mainly comprises coating and the second time mainly comprises soaking. High-concentration low-viscosity slurry and a higher-pressure sizing process are preferably adopted, and multiple tests show that: the pressure is generally required to be not lower than 16KN to ensure the permeability of the slurry and the integrity of the slurry film. The adoption of glue is not advocated, and because the yarn is too thin, the warp is easily spliced by the glue, the yarn is easily brittle and broken due to poor control, a sizing film is easily dropped, and the sizing effect is reduced.
The first sizing formula comprises: 2.5-2.8% of PVA, 0.55-0.65% of modified starch and 0.30-0.45% of softening agent; the formula of the secondary sizing is as follows: 1.5-2.5% of PVA, 0.50-0.80% of modified starch and 1.50-2.00% of softening agent. (percentages are for yarn weight)
Boiling PVA for 20-30 min by using 1/4 total volume of water, adding 1/2 volume of water, adding modified starch, heating to 80-85 ℃, sealing for 10-15 min, adding a softening agent, and adding 1/4 total volume of cold water for later use. Sizing at 50-55 ℃ is most preferable. Because the low-temperature sizing can more ensure stable yarn quality, the transverse uniformity of sizing is improved, and the sizing spots are reduced. After the first sizing, the second sizing can be carried out after dehydration, yarn flapping and drying. After the sizing process is used for sizing, the yarns are loose and comfortable, the hand feeling is full, the sizing rate is controlled to be 11% -14%, the elongation of the sizing is controlled to be less than 1%, and the reduction of the end breakage rate of weaving is facilitated.
The weft adopts a slurry process; the formula comprises 2.5-3.0% of modified starch and 2.0-2.5% of softening agent. (percentages are for yarn weight)
The warping control tension is not more than 10% of the strength of single yarns, the tension difference between the single yarns is not more than 2cN, and the unevenness is less than 1.5%.
During warping, tension of the tension ring is added to warp yarns to achieve pre-extension, stop caused by warp drop is reduced, and other warp yarns need to obtain uniform tension. The horizontal warper is adopted, the speed is 450r/min, the intermittent warping reciprocating creel is adopted, the tension disc adopts a double-disc structure, the pressure can be controlled by the angle of the disc and the weight of the tension disc, and the variable frequency motor is adopted for transmission, so that the constant linear speed of winding is ensured. The warping tension controls the key of smooth weaving of the light and thin fabric. Tension needs to be properly increased during warping, so that the yarn is pre-stretched, and the phenomenon that the warp stop sheet falls down to cause halt is reduced.
The loom has automatic tension control, electronic warp feeding and electronic winding device. The rapier loom is adopted for weaving, and the tension is determined according to clear shed and no excessive movement of the weaving shed. However, too large on-machine tension can cause high end breakage rate of warp yarns, and the on-machine tension is preferably 180-230N. The rear beam is preferably higher in height, the opening is 310 degrees, and the side hank yarns are made of 111dtex multiplied by 2(100D/2) polyester yarns, so that the weaving efficiency can be improved. Through the process optimization, the weaving efficiency can reach 85-90%.
Advantageous effects
The light and thin fabric prepared by the invention has the advantages of loose yarn, full hand feeling, low weaving process cost and high efficiency, and has good application prospect in the fields of umbrella covers, down jackets, surgical gowns, food, pharmacy, precise electronic clean clothes and the like.
