本发明涉及袜子生产技术领域,特别涉及一种自发光袜子的生产工艺。
背景技术
袜子是以纺织纤维为原料,由纱线相互交织而成带有毛圈结构的编制物。市场上的袜子种类多样,主要起防护和保暖的作用,其它功能较少,无法满足人们高品质生活的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种自发光袜子的生产
工艺。
本发明的技术方案为:一种自发光袜子的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
a)纱线制造:将锦纶纤维或氨纶纤维经并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒制得针织纱线。
b)荧光处理:将步骤a)的针织纱线放入浓度为8~10%的荧光剂溶液中,加温至70~75℃,静置20~24小时。
c)烘干处理:将步骤b)的针织纱线脱水后放入烘箱进行烘干处理,所述烘箱的温度为150~200℃。
d)袜子织造:将步骤c)的针织纱线经自动喷气织机行常规织造。
优选的,所述步骤b)的荧光剂溶液包含稀土硝酸盐、双酚A、菲罗林和水。
本发明具有如下技术效果:本发明设计新颖、工艺简单,生产的自发光袜子发光效果好、耐水洗、绿色环保。

下面结合实施例,对本发明提供的一种自发光袜子的生产
工艺,进行详细说明。
实施例1.
一种自发光袜子的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
a)纱线制造:将锦纶纤维或氨纶纤维经并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒制得针织纱线。
b)荧光处理:将步骤a)的针织纱线放入浓度为8%的荧光剂溶液中,加温至73℃,静置21小时。所述荧光剂溶液包含稀土硝酸盐、双酚A、菲罗林和水。
c)烘干处理:将步骤b)的针织纱线脱水后放入烘箱进行烘干处理,所述烘箱的温度为175℃。
d)袜子织造:将步骤c)的针织纱线经自动喷气织机行常规织造。
实施例2.
一种自发光袜子的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
a)纱线制造:将锦纶纤维或氨纶纤维经并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒制得针织纱线。
b)荧光处理:将步骤a)的针织纱线放入浓度为10%的荧光剂溶液中,加温至75℃,静置24小时。所述荧光剂溶液包含稀土硝酸盐、双酚A、菲罗林和水。
c)烘干处理:将步骤b)的针织纱线脱水后放入烘箱进行烘干处理,所述烘箱的温度为200℃。
d)袜子织造:将步骤c)的针织纱线经自动喷气织机行常规织造。

1.一种自发光袜子的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a)纱线制造:将锦纶纤维或氨纶纤维经并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒制得针织纱线;
b)荧光处理:将步骤a)的针织纱线放入浓度为8~10%的荧光剂溶液中,加温至70~75℃,静置20~24小时;
c)烘干处理:将步骤b)的针织纱线脱水后放入烘箱进行烘干处理,所述烘箱的温度为150~200℃;
d)袜子织造:将步骤c)的针织纱线经自动喷气织机行常规织造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自发光袜子的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤b)的荧光剂溶液包含稀土硝酸盐、双酚A、菲罗林和水。
