Abstract
本发明涉及金属陶瓷材料,属于陶瓷技术领域。本发明包括以下重量份的组分:陶瓷粉55‑65份、氧化铁20‑30份、氧化铝10‑15份、石英砂1‑5份、氮化硅7‑10份、熔剂20‑30份、助熔剂15‑23份,还包括防水剂8‑10份;其中在氧化铝基质中嵌入氧化错和铝酸锯成分,铝酸锯以小片状晶粒、片状体的形式存在。本发明制成的陶瓷金属材料性能优良,稳定性好,提高了产品的使用寿命,满足各行业需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属陶瓷材料,属于陶瓷技术领域。
背景技术
陶瓷材料是一种用天然或合成化合物经过成形和高温烧结制成的一种无机非金属材料,具有高熔点、高硬度等优点被广泛应用于航天工业、机械工程、电子、汽车、冶金、能源、生物等领域,是尖端技术中不可缺少的关键材料。作为设备外观面的陶瓷表面装饰变得非常重要。
金属陶瓷为了使陶瓷既可以耐高温又不容易破碎,人们在制作陶瓷的粘土里加了些金属粉,因此制成了金属陶瓷。但现有的金属陶瓷材料其拉伸强度和抗折强度较低,其性能需要改进。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种金属陶瓷材料,制成的陶瓷金属材料性能优良,稳定性好,提高了产品的使用寿命,满足各行业需求。
本发明是采用以下的技术方案实现的:一种金属陶瓷材料,包括以下重量份的组分:陶瓷粉55-65份、氧化铁20-30份、氧化铝10-15份、石英砂1-5份、氮化硅7-10份、熔剂20-30份、助熔剂15-23份。
进一步地,还包括防水剂8-10份。
进一步地,在氧化铝基质中嵌入氧化错和铝酸锯成分。
进一步地,铝酸锯以小片状晶粒、片状体的形式存在。
进一步地,熔剂为页岩。
进一步地,所述助熔剂选自石灰石、方解石、透辉石、硅灰石、白云石、滑石、工业废渣中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述的金属陶瓷材料,材料配方组分合理调和,原料成本低,生产工艺简单,制得的金属陶瓷具有良好耐磨性、耐腐蚀、抗冲压,同时也克服了陶瓷柔韧性不好的缺点,制成的陶瓷金属材料性能优良,稳定性好,提高了产品的使用寿命,满足各行业需求。

实施例1:
本发明所述的金属陶瓷材料,包括以下重量份的组分:陶瓷粉55份、氧化铁20份、氧化铝10份、石英砂2份、氮化硅7份、页岩20份、助熔剂15份和防水剂8份;其中:助熔剂为石灰石和方解石。
进一步地,在氧化铝基质中嵌入氧化错和铝酸锯成分,其中铝酸锯以小片状晶粒、片状体的形式存在。
实施例2:
本实施例的金属陶瓷材料,包括以下重量份的组分:陶瓷粉60份、氧化铁30份、氧化铝15份、石英砂5份、氮化硅10份、熔剂30份、助熔剂20份和防水剂10份;其中:熔剂为页岩,助熔剂为白云石和工业废渣几种。
进一步地,在氧化铝基质中嵌入氧化错和铝酸锯成分,其中铝酸锯以小片状晶粒、片状体的形式存在。

1.一种金属陶瓷材料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分:陶瓷粉55-65份、氧化铁20-30份、氧化铝10-15份、石英砂1-5份、氮化硅7-10份、熔剂20-30份、助熔剂15-23份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属陶瓷材料,其特征在于:还包括防水剂8-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属陶瓷材料,其特征在于:在氧化铝基质中嵌入氧化错和铝酸锯成分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的金属陶瓷材料,其特征在于:铝酸锯以小片状晶粒、片状体的形式存在。
5.根据权利要求1所述的金属陶瓷材料,其特征在于:熔剂为页岩。
6.根据权利要求1所述的金属陶瓷材料,其特征在于:所述助熔剂选自石灰石、方解石、透辉石、硅灰石、白云石、滑石、工业废渣中的一种或几种。
