技术领域
本公开涉及一种车辆的集成启动器和发电机(ISG)系统;更具体地,本公开涉及一种提高动力传输效率并且通过将ISG安装在发动机的曲轴皮带轮上,从而降低ISG的转矩容量的车辆的ISG系统。
背景技术
车辆的环保技术是车辆行业未来所依赖的核心技术。为了满足环保和燃油消耗的规定,车辆制造者将全部的精力用于开发环保型车辆。
因此,每个车辆制造者已经研发出作为未来车辆的电动车辆(EV),混合动力电动车辆(HEV),燃料电池电动车辆(FCEV)。
由于未来的车辆具有例如重量和成本等技术限制,因此车辆制造者注重将混合动力电动车辆作为满足排放规定并且改善燃料消耗性能的替代品,并且激烈竞争以将混合动力电动车辆投入实际使用。
混合动力车辆使用两个或多个动力源,并且两个或多个动力源可以以各种方式组合。使用传统化石燃料的汽油发动机或柴油发动机以及由电能驱动的电动机/发电机可以作为能源使用。
混合动力电动车辆在低速时使用具有相对好的低速转矩特性的电动机/发电机作为主要动力源,并且在高速时使用具有相对好的高速转矩特性的发动机作为主要动力源。
由于混合动力电动车辆停止使用化石燃料的发动机的运转并且在低速区域使用电动机/发电机,则可以改善燃料消耗并且可以减少排气
集成启动器和发电机(ISG)起到电动机和发电机的作用。换言之,当发动机启动时,ISG作为电动机以旋转曲轴,并在发动机运转时将发动机的转矩转换成电能并且对电池充电。ISG可应用于所有配备有发动机的车辆中,和混合动力电动车辆一样。

发明内容
本公开致力于提供一种车辆的集成启动器和发电机(ISG)系统,其具有通过将ISG直接安装在发动机的曲轴皮带轮上(例如,将ISG直接地与曲轴连接)而提高动力传输效率并且降低ISG的转矩能力的优点。

由于当发动机启动时,ISG的启动转矩通过传动比增加,所以不需要增加ISG的容量,从而可以减少成本。
此外,由于发动机的转矩增加并且随之传输至ISG,所以与由传统的ISG产生的电能相比,由ISG产生的电能可以增加。
此外,由于ISG的定子不直接固定于发动机壳体上,因此可以使固定ISG的发动机壳体结构的变化最小化。

在图1中,示出并联型混合动力电动车辆中的TMED(安装有变速器的电动装置)型动力传输系统的一个示例。然而,本领域普通技术人员应该理解的是,根据本公开的示例性实施例的ISG可以应用于具有发动机的车辆以及图1中所示的混合动力电动车辆。
在TMED型的动力传输系统中,离合器CL设置在作为主要动力源的发动机ENG与作为辅助动力源的电动机/发电机M/G之间,用于改变并且输出从发动机ENG和/或电动机/发电机M/G传输的转矩的自动变速器AT设置在电动机/发电机M/G的后部,并且用于将转矩从自动变速器AT的传输至驱动轮WH的最终减速装置FD设置在自动变速器AT的后部。
发动机ENG由混合动力启动器和发电机(以下将称为“HSG”)启动以及当HSG发生故障时由电动机/发电机M/G启动。
HSG和电动机/发电机M/G都用作电动机和发电机,并且配置为与高容量电池B电连接以接收来自高容量电池B的电力或者对高容量电池B充电。
HSG用作启动发动机并且对电池充电的发电机,但不用作车辆的驱动电动机。此外,电动机/发电机M/G用作车辆的驱动电动机,并且用作对电池充电的发电机。
图1中所示的HSG设置在发动机壳体的外部,并且通过皮带与发动机的曲轴皮带轮连接。图1中所示的HSG具有使发动机结构的变化最小化的优点,但由于交流发电机的容量大于HSG的容量,导致皮带的张力增加,从而增加摩擦阻力。
近来,集成启动器和发电机(将在下文中称为“ISG”)系统被开发并且实际应用于车辆。根据ISG系统,HSG直接安装在与发动机曲轴相关的部件上。
图2是用于示出根据本公开的示例性实施例的ISG系统的安装位置的皮带轮的布置的示意图。
参照图2,根据本公开的示例性实施例的混合动力电动车辆的ISG系统设置在曲轴皮带轮CSP上,并且曲轴皮带轮CSP通过皮带与包括空调皮带轮ACP的各种辅助装置(未示出)连接。
辅助装置包括:发电机、空调皮带轮、水泵、助力转向等。
图3是根据本公开的示例性实施例的ISG系统的示意图。
参照图3,根据本公开的示例性实施例的ISG系统包括:作为转矩改变装置的行星齿轮组PG以及用作电动机和发电机的ISG,并且设置在曲轴皮带轮CSP的内圆周部上。
曲轴皮带轮CSP安装在曲轴CS的端部,并通过皮带与各种辅助装置(未示出)连接。
行星齿轮组PG是单小齿轮式行星齿轮组,并且包括作为其旋转元件的太阳轮S,可旋转地支撑均匀地设置在太阳轮S的外周上并且与其外啮合的多个小齿轮P的行星架PC,以及与多个小齿轮P内啮合并且可操作地与太阳轮S连接的齿圈R。

太阳轮S直接地与ISG的转子RT连接,行星架PC直接地与曲轴皮带轮CSP连接,并且齿圈R直接地与定子ST连接,并且在行星齿轮组PG中操作为固定元件。
为了使齿圈R作为固定元件工作,在定子ST的外周部安装有齿圈皮带轮RP,并且如图2所示,齿圈皮带轮RP通过固定带FB与固定于发动机外侧的固定皮带轮FP连接。
图4是示出根据本公开的示例性实施例的当发动机启动和发电时的ISG系统的操作的杠杆图。
参照图4,如本领域普通技术人员所熟知的,在杠杆图中将行星齿轮组PG的太阳轮S、行星架PC和齿圈R设定为三个节点,并且根据太阳轮S和齿圈R的齿数设定节点之间的距离。
当发动机启动时,由于ISG的操作,ISG的转矩输入到太阳轮S中,并且齿圈R作为固定元件工作。因此,通过作为输出元件的行星架PC输出降低的转速。
在这种情况下,ISG的转矩通过传动比(gear ratio)增加,并且随之传输至行星架PC,发动机ENG由通过行星架PC输出的增加的转矩启动。由于可以通过传动比降低ISG的最大输出,所以可以减少ISG的容量,并且可以减少材料成本。
当由于发动机ENG的运转而产生电能时,直接地与曲轴CS连接的行星架PC作为输入元件工作,并且与ISG连接的太阳轮S作为输出元件工作。因此,发动机ENG的转速增加,并且随之传输至ISG,并通过增加的转速产生电能。
根据本公开的示例性实施例,由于ISG以及行星齿轮组直接地安装于曲轴皮带轮上,所以不增加皮带的张力。
此外,由于当发动机启动时,ISG的启动转矩通过传动比增加,所以不需要增加ISG的容量,从而减少成本。
此外,由于当发电时发动机ENG的转速增加,并且随之传输至ISG,所以与传统的ISG相比,可以增加ISG的能量产生。
此外,由于ISG的定子不直接固定于发动机壳体上,因此可以使固定ISG的发动机壳体结构的变化最小化。
虽然已经结合目前认为是实际的示意性实施例对本发明进行了描述,但是应当理解的是,本发明不限于公开的实施例,而是相反地,旨在覆盖包括在所附权利要求的精神和范围内的各种修改和等效结构。

Claims (7)

1.一种车辆的集成启动器和发电机系统,包括:
行星齿轮组,包括作为所述行星齿轮组的旋转元件的太阳轮、行星架和齿圈;以及
集成启动器和发电机,其用作电动机和发电机,并且包括定子和转子,
其中所述行星齿轮组和所述集成启动器和发电机设置在发动机的曲轴皮带轮中,并且可操作地彼此连接,使得发电时所述发动机的曲轴转矩增加,并且传输至所述集成启动器和发电机,并且启动时所述集成启动器和发电机的转矩减少并且传输至所述发动机的曲轴。
2.如权利要求1所述的集成启动器和发电机系统,其中所述太阳轮直接地与所述转子连接,
所述行星架直接地与直接地连接于所述曲轴的所述曲轴皮带轮连接;以及
所述齿圈直接地与所述定子连接,并且固定于所述发动机。
3.如权利要求2所述的集成启动器和发电机系统,其中所述行星齿轮组的齿圈和定子通过固定带固定,所述固定带将固定于所述定子的外周的齿圈皮带轮连接到固定于所述发动机的固定皮带轮。
4.一种车辆的集成启动器和发电机系统,包括:
行星齿轮组,包括作为所述行星齿轮组的旋转元件的太阳轮、行星架和齿圈;以及
集成启动器和发电机,用作电动机和发电机,并且包括定子和转子,
其中所述太阳轮直接地与所述转子连接,所述行星架直接地与直接地连接于曲轴的曲轴皮带轮连接;以及所述齿圈直接地与所述定子连接,并且固定于发动机,使得发电时所述发动机的曲轴转矩增加,并且传输至所述集成启动器和发电机,并且所述集成启动器和发电机的转矩减少并且传输至所述发动机的所述曲轴。
5.如权利要求4所述的集成启动器和发电机系统,其中所述行星齿轮组和所述集成启动器和发电机设置在所述发动机的所述曲轴皮带轮中。
6.如权利要求4所述的集成启动器和发电机系统,其中所述行星齿轮组的所述齿圈通过固定带固定,所述固定带将固定于所述定子的外周的齿圈皮带轮连接到固定于所述发动机的固定皮带轮。
7.如权利要求4所述的集成启动器和发电机系统,其中所述行星齿轮组是单小齿轮式行星齿轮组。
