发明公开了一种废洗衣液瓶的端盖切割装置,切割台的左右两侧分别固定安装设有左侧夹块、右侧夹块,左侧夹块上开设有多个左侧瓶身阶梯台孔,且在每一个的左侧瓶身阶梯台孔上开设与贯穿的端盖避让孔,右侧夹块上开设有多个右侧瓶身通孔,设备安装支架的顶板中心位置处固定安装有油缸,油缸的伸缩杆底端与压平板相固定焊接连接,设备安装支架的顶板左侧固定安装有气缸,气缸的伸缩杆底端与夹紧块相固定焊接连接,夹紧块上固定夹持安装有切刀。采用本技术方案,其结构简单,装配安装方便,应用性较好,便于对多个废洗衣液瓶进行压平作业,且便于对端盖进行切割回收处理,操作效率较高,有利于提高生产效率。

技术领域
发明涉及一种废洗衣液瓶的端盖切割装置,应用于废洗衣液瓶回收的技术领域。
背景技术
废洗衣液瓶在回收过程中,操作人员需要对洗衣液瓶上的端盖进行旋下分拣摘除,这种操作方式效率低下,费时费工,不利于回收作业的进行,为此,我们设计一种废洗衣液瓶的端盖切割装置。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,发明公开了一种废洗衣液瓶的端盖切割装置。
发明公开了一种废洗衣液瓶的端盖切割装置,包括基础座、切割台,所述基础座上固定安装设有切割台,所述切割台上设置由四根竖直的立杆与其顶端固接安装的顶板组合形成设备安装支架,所述切割台的左右两侧分别固定安装设有左侧夹块、右侧夹块,所述左侧夹块上开设有多个左侧瓶身阶梯台孔,且在每一个所述的左侧瓶身阶梯台孔上开设与贯穿的端盖避让孔,所述右侧夹块上开设有多个右侧瓶身通孔,所述设备安装支架的顶板中心位置处固定安装有油缸,所述油缸的伸缩杆底端与压平板相固定焊接连接,所述设备安装支架的顶板左侧固定安装有气缸,所述气缸的伸缩杆底端与夹紧块相固定焊接连接,所述夹紧块上固定夹持安装有切刀。
优选的,所述压平板水平方向上设置,且压平板的宽度要小于左侧夹块与右侧夹块之间的宽度间距。
优选的,所述切刀设置在左侧夹块的上方,且切刀与左侧夹块之间的水平线的间距为3-5cm。
优选的,所述切刀的正下方设有回收箱。
优选的,所述切割台的左侧台面上开设有凹槽状的缺口端。
有益效果是:其结构简单,装配安装方便,应用性较好,便于对多个废洗衣液瓶进行压平作业,且便于对端盖进行切割回收处理,操作效率较高,有利于提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,发明公开了一种废洗衣液瓶的端盖切割装置,包括基础座1、切割台2,所述基础座1上固定安装设有切割台2,所述切割台2上设置由四根竖直的立杆与其顶端固接安装的顶板组合形成设备安装支架3,所述切割台2的左右两侧分别固定安装设有左侧夹块4、右侧夹块5,所述左侧夹块4上开设有多个左侧瓶身阶梯台孔40,且在每一个所述的左侧瓶身阶梯台孔40上开设与贯穿的端盖避让孔41,所述右侧夹块5上开设有多个右侧瓶身通孔50,所述设备安装支架3的顶板中心位置处固定安装有油缸6,所述油缸6的伸缩杆底端与压平板7相固定焊接连接,所述设备安装支架3的顶板左侧固定安装有气缸8,所述气缸8的伸缩杆底端与夹紧块9相固定焊接连接,所述夹紧块9上固定夹持安装有切刀10。
所述压平板7水平方向上设置,且压平板7的宽度要小于左侧夹块4与右侧夹块5之间的宽度间距,使得压平板7便于把左侧夹块4与右侧夹块5之间夹紧的瓶身进行压平作业,其进行压平固定的作用。
所述切刀10设置在左侧夹块4的上方,且切刀10与左侧夹块4之间的水平线的间距为3-5cm,使得切刀10操作向下切割端盖作业时,与左侧夹块4之间的水平间距可以避免两者发生切割干涉。
所述切刀10的正下方设有回收箱11,设置回收箱11便于回收切割下来的端盖。
所述切割台2的左侧台面上开设有凹槽状的缺口端20,设置凹槽状的缺口端20便于下切的端盖向下掉落至回收箱11内。
发明是这样实施的,使用时,操作人员从右侧夹块5的右侧瓶身通孔50中插入废洗衣液瓶,而废洗衣液瓶的瓶口位置到达左侧夹块4时,其端盖从左侧瓶身阶梯台孔40上开设的端盖避让孔41穿出,此时开启油缸6,使得油缸6带动压平板7下压废洗衣液的瓶身,进行压平定位操作,开启气缸8,使得气缸8带动切刀10向下切割端盖作业,使得端盖落入至回收箱11内收纳;此外本装置可以同时对多个废洗衣液瓶进行放置切割作业,使得压平切割效率较高。采用本技术方案,其结构简单,装配安装方便,应用性较好,便于对多个废洗衣液瓶进行压平作业,且便于对端盖进行切割回收处理,操作效率较高,有利于提高生产效率。

1.一种废洗衣液瓶的端盖切割装置,包括基础座、切割台,其特征在于:所述基础座上固定安装设有切割台,所述切割台上设置由四根竖直的立杆与其顶端固接安装的顶板组合形成设备安装支架,所述切割台的左右两侧分别固定安装设有左侧夹块、右侧夹块,所述左侧夹块上开设有多个左侧瓶身阶梯台孔,且在每一个所述的左侧瓶身阶梯台孔上开设与贯穿的端盖避让孔,所述右侧夹块上开设有多个右侧瓶身通孔,所述设备安装支架的顶板中心位置处固定安装有油缸,所述油缸的伸缩杆底端与压平板相固定焊接连接,所述设备安装支架的顶板左侧固定安装有气缸,所述气缸的伸缩杆底端与夹紧块相固定焊接连接,所述夹紧块上固定夹持安装有切刀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种废洗衣液瓶的端盖切割装置,其特征在于:所述压平板水平方向上设置,且压平板的宽度要小于左侧夹块与右侧夹块之间的宽度间距。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种废洗衣液瓶的端盖切割装置,其特征在于:所述切刀设置在左侧夹块的上方,且切刀与左侧夹块之间的水平线的间距为3-5cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种废洗衣液瓶的端盖切割装置,其特征在于:所述切刀的正下方设有回收箱。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种废洗衣液瓶的端盖切割装置,其特征在于:所述切割台的左侧台面上开设有凹槽状的缺口端。
