Abstract

本发明提供一种管道内喷漆装置,包括:注射装置、气压罐、储漆罐、喷漆装置和喷漆导向装置,其中:所述注射装置,包括注射空筒、注射活塞和注射活塞末端设置密封胶塞,所述注射活塞设置于注射空筒内且密封胶塞可移动密封于注射空筒,所述注射空筒的底端连通有进漆管和出漆管;所述储漆罐通过软管与进漆管连通,且连通处设置有调节阀;所述喷漆装置,包括一端封闭且侧壁开设有进漆孔的喷漆中空管和旋转喷头,所述旋转喷头设置于所述喷漆中空管的另一端,所述出漆管通过软管与进漆孔连通。本发明实现对管道内壁均匀高效的喷漆且喷出油漆的量可控制及实现管道内所喷油漆厚度的控制;能减小人力消耗,降低喷漆作业对人体的危害。

一种管道内喷漆装置
技术领域
本发明属于喷漆管道装置,更具体地说是涉及一种管道内喷漆装置。
背景技术
管道生产出来后会进行一段时间的放置,这段时间管道会生满铁锈。在经过管道内壁除锈后,为了防止管道在短时间内再次生锈,通常会对管道内壁进行喷漆处理。但是内径过大的管道喷漆效率低,内径过小的管道喷漆过程困难,而传统人工喷漆不仅存在喷漆不匀,防锈效果差的问题,而且需要喷漆的管道长度长,人工喷漆效率低,长时间喷漆作业会危害作业人员的身体健康,同时现有技术中缺乏对喷漆厚度控制的装置影响管道的维护。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的问题提供一种结构简单、操作方便且能持续工作的管道内喷漆装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种管道内喷漆装置,包括:注射装置、气压罐、储漆罐、喷漆装置和喷漆导向装置,其中:
所述注射装置,包括注射空筒、注射活塞和注射活塞末端设置密封胶塞,所述注射活塞设置于注射空筒内且密封胶塞可移动密封于注射空筒,所述注射空筒的底端连通有进漆管和出漆管;
所述储漆罐通过软管与进漆管连通,且连通处设置有调节阀;
所述喷漆装置,包括一端封闭且侧壁开设有进漆孔的喷漆中空管和旋转喷头,所述旋转喷头设置于所述喷漆中空管的另一端,所述出漆管通过软管与进漆孔连通;
所述喷漆导向装置,包括首端侧壁开设有进气孔的喷漆导向管和支撑喷漆导向管的支架,所述旋转喷头设置于喷漆导向管内,喷漆中空管与喷漆导向管的首端及旋转喷头与喷漆导向管内壁均可移动密封,所述气压罐通过软管与进气孔连通,所述喷漆导向管的末端用于深入待喷漆的管道内。
进一步地,所述注射活塞首端设置有活塞柄。
进一步地,所述旋转喷头为气动马达。
进一步地,所述注射空筒为透明注射空筒,且透明注射空筒的外壁均匀设置有若干刻度线。
本发明的有益效果为:利用气压罐的高压空气能使气动马达进行高速旋转,同时,气动马达喷头中的油漆从油漆喷口中高速甩出,实现对管道内壁均匀高效的喷漆且喷出油漆的量可控制及实现管道内所喷油漆厚度的控制;能减小人力消耗,降低喷漆作业对人体的危害。

如图1所示,一种管道内喷漆装置,包括:注射装置、气压罐1、储漆罐2、喷漆装置和喷漆导向装置,其中:
所述注射装置,包括注射空筒3、注射活塞4和注射活塞4末端设置密封胶塞5,所述注射活塞4设置于注射空筒3内且密封胶塞5可移动密封于注射空筒3,所述注射空筒3的底端连通有进漆管6和出漆管7;
所述储漆罐2通过软管与进漆管6连通,且连通处设置有调节阀8;
所述喷漆装置,包括一端封闭且侧壁开设有进漆孔9的喷漆中空管10和旋转喷头11,所述旋转喷头11设置于所述喷漆中空管10的另一端,所述出漆管7通过软管与进漆孔9连通;
所述喷漆导向装置,包括首端侧壁开设有进气孔12的喷漆导向管13和支撑喷漆导向管13的支架14,所述旋转喷头11设置于喷漆导向管13内,喷漆中空管10与喷漆导向管13的首端及旋转喷头11与喷漆导向管13内壁均可移动密封,所述气压罐1通过软管与进气孔12连通,所述喷漆导向管13的末端用于深入待喷漆的管道15内。
所述注射活塞4首端设置有活塞柄16。
所述旋转喷头11为气动马达,本发明优选的气动马达型号为DISK自动静电喷漆旋碟雾化喷头喷漆气动马达。
所述注射空筒3为透明注射空筒,且透明注射空筒3的外壁均匀设置有若干刻度线17。

1.一种管道内喷漆装置,其特征在于,包括:注射装置、气压罐、储漆罐、喷漆装置和喷漆导向装置,其中:
所述注射装置,包括注射空筒、注射活塞和注射活塞末端设置密封胶塞,所述注射活塞设置于注射空筒内且密封胶塞可移动密封于注射空筒,所述注射空筒的底端连通有进漆管和出漆管;
所述储漆罐通过软管与进漆管连通,且连通处设置有调节阀;
所述喷漆装置,包括一端封闭且侧壁开设有进漆孔的喷漆中空管和旋转喷头,所述旋转喷头设置于所述喷漆中空管的另一端,所述出漆管通过软管与进漆孔连通;
所述喷漆导向装置,包括首端侧壁开设有进气孔的喷漆导向管和支撑喷漆导向管的支架,所述旋转喷头设置于喷漆导向管内,喷漆中空管与喷漆导向管的首端及旋转喷头与喷漆导向管内壁均可移动密封,所述气压罐通过软管与进气孔连通,所述喷漆导向管的末端用于深入待喷漆的管道内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道内喷漆装置,其特征在于,所述注射活塞首端设置有活塞柄。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道内喷漆装置,其特征在于,所述旋转喷头为气动马达。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道内喷漆装置,其特征在于,所述注射空筒为透明注射空筒,且透明注射空筒的外壁均匀设置有若干刻度线。
