Abstract

本发明提供了一种以杜仲叶、皮、翅果、雄花为原料提取杜仲纯粉的新工艺,主要包括稀醇低温逆流提取,膜浓缩、低温水漫射浓缩干燥等工艺步骤。本发明大大提高杜仲纯粉收率,并可防止在多种有效活性成分在提取过程中因高温而氧化分解,提升产品品质、无吸潮和结块现象,各项理化指标均优于传统工艺,可达到高产只有,降低能耗的目的。

杜仲纯粉制备新工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及杜仲利用领域,提供一种以杜仲叶、树皮、翅果、雄花为原料,提取杜仲纯粉的新工艺。
背景技术
杜仲既是我国特有的经济林树种,又是一味名贵的木本药材,是一个价值很高、很有发展前途的树种。杜仲主要分布在我国的贵州、川北、陕南、豫西、鄂西、湘西等地带。
杜仲叶、树皮、翅果、雄花均可入药,其化学成分:全株除木质部分均含有绿原酸、杜仲甙(桃叶珊瑚苷)、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、京尼平苷酸、咖啡酸、还原糖等活性成分。杜仲的双向调节人体血压、清除血液循环障碍、利尿、治疗肾病、强筋健骨、治疗腰酸腿痛、消炎杀菌、防治老年骨质疏松、美容及延缓衰老等多方面的保健治疗功能,已为现代医学所证实。
杜仲纯粉是以杜仲叶、皮、翅果、雄花为原料提取的有效药用成分,传统提取工艺多采用高温煎煮、过滤、减压浓缩、喷雾干燥等步骤,传统方法存在得率低、有效活性成分含量低、杂质多、易吸潮结块等问题。因为传统工艺过程中经过高温煎煮、浓缩、干燥后,绿原酸、杜仲甙、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、京尼平苷酸等活性成分受热分解。
为了克服传统工艺中高温建筑、减压浓缩、喷雾干燥等步骤,因高温对活性成分的影响,我们采用了低温逆流提取和低温水漫射浓缩干燥等技术,大大提高了杜仲纯粉产品的得率,有效保护了杜仲纯粉中绿原酸、杜仲甙、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、京尼平苷酸等活性成分,提高产品品质,降低生产成本。
低温水漫射浓缩干燥属于辐射、传导、薄层蒸发相结合的干燥方式。通常以热水作为加热介质(一般为95℃),热量通过具有特殊性质的加热面料以辐射和传导结合的方式传递到被干燥物料上。由于加热面特殊材料的特性,热量以辐射的方式迅速传递给物料,而随着物料的水分不断脱去,辐射逐渐减少,直至终止,因此可有效地防止物料的温度超过极限温度。物料在整个干燥过程温度与加热介质温度可保持稳定的温差(一般可稳定地控制在低于加热介质温度15~20℃的范围)。
发明内容
为达到上述目的。本发明采用了稀醇低温逆流提取和低温水漫射浓缩干燥技术。其步骤为:①将杜仲(叶、皮、翅果、雄花)粉碎后加入稀醇,在30~55℃下低温逆流提取30~55min,过滤;②滤液输入膜浓缩设备,控制压力,进行膜浓缩;③浓缩后进行低温水漫射浓缩干燥,即得杜仲纯粉。
为了验证新工艺的优越性,本发明就传统工艺和新工艺生产的杜仲纯粉进行了对比,其性状和理化指标结果见表1、表2。
以上对比表明,本发明可以大大提高杜仲纯粉得率,同伙私有效保护杜仲纯粉中绿原酸、杜仲甙、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、京尼平苷酸等活性成分,防止热敏活性成分在高温下氧化分解,得到的产品杂质少、颜色浅、纯度高、无结块现象,提高产品品质,降低生产成本。
实施例1:①称取杜仲叶1kg,加入20%稀醇,35℃,低温逆流提取40min,料液比1:8;②提取液经粗滤,输入膜浓缩设备,控制压力,进行膜浓缩,浓缩液达粗滤液体积的90%左右;③采用低温水漫射浓缩干燥设备,进行干燥,温度55℃,得杜仲纯粉215g。
实施例2:①称取杜仲叶1kg,加入30%稀醇,40℃,低温逆流提取40min,料液比1:8;②提取液经粗滤,输入膜浓缩设备,控制压力,进行膜浓缩,浓缩液达粗滤液体积的90%左右;③采用低温水漫射浓缩干燥设备,进行干燥,温度50℃,得杜仲纯粉198g。

Claims (3)

1.一种杜仲纯粉制备新工艺,由包括提取、过滤、浓缩、干燥的步骤来完成,其特征在于,工艺步骤包括:
①将杜仲(叶、皮、翅果、雄花)粉碎后加入稀醇,在30~55℃下低温逆流提取30~55min,过滤;
②滤液输入膜浓缩设备,控制压力,进行膜浓缩;
③浓缩后进行低温水漫射浓缩干燥,温度控制50~60℃,即得杜仲纯粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杜仲纯粉制备新工艺,其特征在于,低温逆流提取,温度为30~55℃,提取时间30~55min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杜仲纯粉制备新工艺,其特征在于,低温水漫射浓缩干燥,温度为50~60℃。
