Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有修护效果的变色润唇膏,包含以下原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、C10‑30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯、C12‑15醇苯甲酸酯、白池花籽油、牛油果树果脂、增稠剂、氢化聚异丁烯、功效活性成分、抗氧化剂和着色剂;所述功效活性成分包含红花籽油、金钮扣花/叶/茎提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、泛醌和生育酚。本发明还公开了所述变色润唇膏的制备方法。本发明提供的变色润唇膏具有修复、抗炎的功效,针对干纹、干燥、粗糙等唇部问题具有良好的修复能力,同时能保护滋养唇部并淡化唇纹,给唇部带来光泽,让唇部更加饱满。且颜色会随着唇部的PH值、温度、水分而发生变化。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有修护效果的变色润唇膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
人的双唇主要由皮肤、口轮匝肌、疏松结缔组织及粘膜组成,因其特殊的构造对抗环境侵扰的耐力是整个身体肌肤中最弱、最容易“衰老”的。唇上的皮肤较脆弱,很容易受环境的侵害,且天然的保护膜,不仅容易失去水分,而且对于阳光中的紫外线更是没有抵御能力,随着年龄增长,唇部肌肤角质层中的胶原质数量会不断减少,弹性变弱,这会直接导致皮肤松弛,皱纹增多,甚至蔓延到唇线以外。再加上经常接触风、尘、紫外线、食品等的刺滋和体内水分、维生素等缺乏的原因,很容易出现唇部皲裂、脱屑、水肿、过敏等症状。
润唇膏的主要作用是为双唇锁住水分提供屏障,同时还有美容的目的。随着现代生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越重视唇部护理,润唇膏的使用也越来越广泛。目前市场上销售的润唇膏种类繁多,色彩丰富多样,且可以用来修饰唇形、唇色,因此越来越受到人们的青睐。但是,现在市售的润唇膏普遍使用矿物蜡质、合成油脂、矿物油、羊毛脂等,同时添加人工色素、香料,这些成分非但不能滋养唇部肌肤,还因透气性差影响唇部肌肤的新陈代谢,长期使用会对人体产生副作用。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种具有修护效果的变色润唇膏,其具有修复、抗炎、保护滋养唇部,同时颜色会随着唇部的PH值、温度、水分而发生变化。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种具有修护效果的变色润唇膏,包含以下原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、白池花籽油、牛油果树果脂、增稠剂、氢化聚异丁烯、功效活性成分、抗氧化剂和着色剂;
所述功效活性成分包含红花籽油、金钮扣花/叶/茎提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、泛醌和生育酚。
本发明所述功效活性成分商品名为Lift Oleoactif,购于法国Oleos公司。
优选地,所述增稠剂包括地蜡和白蜂蜡。
优选地,所述抗氧化剂为生育酚。
优选地,所述着色剂包括CI 45410、CI 19140和CI 15985。
CI 45410(红27)一般是不溶于水颜色通常为淡粉色。但是如果碱性化后,红圈的部分(内酯环)开环,构造成为红28,溶于水,变成深粉红色。另外,将蓝圈部分称之为二苯并吡喃,将有这种构造的色素称之为二苯并吡喃系色素,二苯并吡喃系色素,蛋白质中的氨基酸和酰胺结合的氮结合。当配制成口红后与嘴唇蛋白质结合,可长时间持续性染色。这是一种特殊的色素,它会随着唇部的PH值、水分、温度而显现出不同的颜色,显色的速度也会随着个体的差异而产生明显的差异,所以这种产品可以做到千人千色(也就是同一款产品,在每个人的唇部都会呈现不一样的效果)。
本申请发明人发现,将CI 45410搭配CI 19140和CI 15985使用,可以取得更好的变色效果。
优选地,所述具有修护效果的变色润唇膏包含以下质量百分含量的原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯5~40%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯5~30%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯5~30%、C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯2~30%、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯5~25%、白池花籽油1~20%、牛油果树果脂1~20%、增稠剂2~20%、氢化聚异丁烯1~15%、功效活性成分0.1~5%、抗氧化剂0.1~3%和着色剂0.03~2%。
优选地,所述抗氧化剂为生育酚;
所述增稠剂包括地蜡和白蜂蜡,且所述地蜡和白蜂蜡在所述变色润唇膏中的质量百分含量分别为1~10%和1~10%;
所述着色剂包括CI 45410、CI 19140和CI 15985,且所述CI 45410、CI 19140和CI15985在所述变色润唇膏中的质量百分含量分别为0.01~1%、0.01~0.9%和0.01~0.1%。
优选地,所述具有修护效果的变色润唇膏包含以下质量百分含量的原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯22%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯20%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯15%、C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯10%、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯10%、白池花籽油5%、牛油果树果脂5%、地蜡5%、白蜂蜡3%、氢化聚异丁烯2%、功效活性成分1%、生育酚1%、CI 45410 0.2%、CI19140 0.22%和CI 15985 0.004%。
本发明还提供了所述的具有修护效果的变色润唇膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)色浆制备:将着色剂加入十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯中,搅拌均匀,然后研磨至完全分散均匀;
(2)取剩余的原料,于85~90℃条件下搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)获得的色浆加入步骤(2)获得的混合物中,搅拌至分散均匀;
(4)出料,包装,即得所述变色润唇膏。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:(1)本发明润唇膏含有高含量的C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯,使得其具有修复、抗炎的功效,且针对干纹、干燥、粗糙等唇部问题具有良好的修复能力;(2)本发明润唇膏添加了100%的植物提取活性成分(LiftOleoactif),保护滋养唇部并淡化唇纹,给唇部带来光泽,让唇部更加饱满;(3)本发明润唇膏会随着唇部的PH值、温度、水分而发生变化。

具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
本发明具有修护效果的变色润唇膏的一种实施例,包含以下质量百分含量的原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯40%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯5%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯8%、C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯5%、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯12%、白池花籽油1%、牛油果树果脂3%、地蜡6%、白蜂蜡2%、氢化聚异丁烯1%、功效活性成分1%、生育酚0.5%、CI 454101%、CI 19140 0.1%和CI 15985 0.01%。
所述变色润唇膏制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)色浆制备:将CI 45410、CI 19140和CI 15985加入十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯中,搅拌均匀,然后研磨至完全分散均匀;
(2)取剩余的原料,于85℃条件下搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)获得的色浆加入步骤(2)获得的混合物中,搅拌至分散均匀;
(4)出料,包装,即得所述变色润唇膏。
实施例2
本发明具有修护效果的变色润唇膏的一种实施例,包含以下质量百分含量的原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯5%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯30%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯10%、C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯2%、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯12%、白池花籽油7%、牛油果树果脂5%、地蜡8%、白蜂蜡1%、氢化聚异丁烯1.5%、功效活性成分3%、生育酚0.1%、CI 454100.01%、CI 19140 0.5%和CI 159850.7%。
所述变色润唇膏制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)色浆制备:将CI 45410、CI 19140和CI 15985加入十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯中,搅拌均匀,然后研磨至完全分散均匀;
(2)取剩余的原料,于90℃条件下搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)获得的色浆加入步骤(2)获得的混合物中,搅拌至分散均匀;
(4)出料,包装,即得所述变色润唇膏。
实施例3
本发明具有修护效果的变色润唇膏的一种实施例,包含以下质量百分含量的原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯8%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯6%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯10%、C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯30%、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯5%、白池花籽油3%、牛油果树果脂20%、地蜡1.5%、白蜂蜡10%、氢化聚异丁烯2%、功效活性成分2%、生育酚0.5%、CI45410 0.5%、CI 19140 0.01%和CI 159850.3%。
所述变色润唇膏制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)色浆制备:将CI 45410、CI 19140和CI 15985加入十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯中,搅拌均匀,然后研磨至完全分散均匀;
(2)取剩余的原料,于86℃条件下搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)获得的色浆加入步骤(2)获得的混合物中,搅拌至分散均匀;
(4)出料,包装,即得所述变色润唇膏。
实施例4
本发明具有修护效果的变色润唇膏的一种实施例,包含以下质量百分含量的原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯10%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯10%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯5%、C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯10%、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯25%、白池花籽油6%、牛油果树果脂1%、地蜡1%、白蜂蜡7%、氢化聚异丁烯15%、功效活性成分0.1%、生育酚3%、CI 454100.08%、CI 19140 0.9%和CI 159850.5%。
所述变色润唇膏制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)色浆制备:将CI 45410、CI 19140和CI 15985加入十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯中,搅拌均匀,然后研磨至完全分散均匀;
(2)取剩余的原料,于85℃条件下搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)获得的色浆加入步骤(2)获得的混合物中,搅拌至分散均匀;
(4)出料,包装,即得所述变色润唇膏。
实施例5
本发明具有修护效果的变色润唇膏的一种实施例,包含以下质量百分含量的原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯6%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯5%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯30%、C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯3%、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯7%、白池花籽油20%、牛油果树果脂5%、地蜡10%、白蜂蜡2%、氢化聚异丁烯3%、功效活性成分5%、生育酚1.5%、CI 454100.5%、CI 19140 0.1%和CI 15985 0.1%。
所述变色润唇膏制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)色浆制备:将CI 45410、CI 19140和CI 15985加入十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯中,搅拌均匀,然后研磨至完全分散均匀;
(2)取剩余的原料,于87℃条件下搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)获得的色浆加入步骤(2)获得的混合物中,搅拌至分散均匀;
(4)出料,包装,即得所述变色润唇膏。
实施例6
本发明具有修护效果的变色润唇膏的一种实施例,包含以下质量百分含量的原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯22%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯20%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯15%、C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯10%、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯10%、白池花籽油5%、牛油果树果脂5%、地蜡5%、白蜂蜡3%、氢化聚异丁烯2%、功效活性成分1%、生育酚1%、CI 454100.2%、CI 19140 0.22%和CI 15985
0.004%。
所述变色润唇膏制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)色浆制备:将CI 45410、CI 19140和CI 15985加入十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯中,搅拌均匀,然后研磨至完全分散均匀;
(2)取剩余的原料,于88℃条件下搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)获得的色浆加入步骤(2)获得的混合物中,搅拌至分散均匀;
(4)出料,包装,即得所述变色润唇膏。
实施例7
本发明提供的变色润唇膏因使用了C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯而具有修复、保湿和抗炎的功效。为了研究本发明变色润唇膏修复、抗炎的功效,设置实验组1和对照组1。其中,实验组1按实施例6所述配方和方法制备润唇膏;对照组1除了润唇膏配方中使用凡士林代替C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯,其他组分、各组分使用量和润唇膏制备方法同实施例6。
(一)实验方法
选取20名嘴唇干裂的女性健康志愿者,随机分为2组,每组10人,分别使用实验组1和对照组1制备得到的润唇膏。2组志愿者分别使用实验组1或对照组1中的润唇膏,连续使用两周后,利用皮肤水分测试仪测试使用前后嘴唇肌肤的含水量改变百分比,同时观察各组志愿者嘴唇干裂的修复情况。
(二)实验结果
两组志愿者嘴唇肌肤的含水量改变百分比如图1所示,由图可知,使用实验组1润唇膏的志愿者嘴唇肌肤的含水量上升百分比要显著高于使用对照组1润唇膏的志愿者,说明实验组1润唇膏(本发明润唇膏)具有很好的保湿性能。同时实验组1润唇膏的志愿者嘴唇干裂情况得到明显修复,其修复效果明显好于使用对照组1润唇膏的志愿者。
实施例8
本发明变色润唇膏含有着色剂CI 45410、CI 19140和CI 15985,三者复配能使所述变色润唇膏具有很好的变色效果,其颜色会随着唇部的PH值、温度、水分而发生变化。如图2所示,当体温或PH值变高时,颜色会变深,由无色变为浅粉色;如图3所示,随着体温的升高,变色越明显,颜色由浅粉色变成粉色。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种具有修护效果的变色润唇膏,其特征在于,包含以下原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯、白池花籽油、牛油果树果脂、增稠剂、氢化聚异丁烯、功效活性成分、抗氧化剂和着色剂;
所述功效活性成分包含红花籽油、金钮扣花/叶/茎提取物、膜荚黄芪根提取物、泛醌和生育酚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有修护效果的变色润唇膏,其特征在于,所述增稠剂包括地蜡和白蜂蜡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有修护效果的变色润唇膏,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为生育酚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有修护效果的变色润唇膏,其特征在于,所述着色剂包括CI45410、CI 19140和CI 15985。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有修护效果的变色润唇膏,其特征在于,包含以下质量百分含量的原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯5~40%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯5~30%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯5~30%、C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯2~30%、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯5~25%、白池花籽油1~20%、牛油果树果脂1~20%、增稠剂2~20%、氢化聚异丁烯1~15%、功效活性成分0.1~5%、抗氧化剂0.1~3%和着色剂0.03~2%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有修护效果的变色润唇膏,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为生育酚;
所述增稠剂包括地蜡和白蜂蜡,且所述地蜡和白蜂蜡在所述变色润唇膏中的质量百分含量分别为1~10%和1~10%;
所述着色剂包括CI 45410、CI 19140和CI 15985,且所述CI 45410、CI 19140和CI15985在所述变色润唇膏中的质量百分含量分别为0.01~1%、0.01~0.9%和0.01~0.1%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的具有修护效果的变色润唇膏,其特征在于,包含以下质量百分含量的原料:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯22%、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯20%、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯15%、C10-30酸胆甾醇/羊毛甾醇混合酯10%、C12-15醇苯甲酸酯10%、白池花籽油5%、牛油果树果脂5%、地蜡5%、白蜂蜡3%、氢化聚异丁烯2%、功效活性成分1%、生育酚1%、CI45410 0.2%、CI 19140 0.22%和CI 15985 0.004%。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的具有修护效果的变色润唇膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)色浆制备:将着色剂加入十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯中,搅拌均匀,然后研磨至完全分散均匀;
(2)取剩余的原料,于85~90℃条件下搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)获得的色浆加入步骤(2)获得的混合物中,搅拌至分散均匀;
(4)出料,包装,即得所述变色润唇膏。
