Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌除臭袜及其制备工艺,由棉纤维45~65%,锦纶纤维15~20%织造而成,步骤如下:(1)将棉纤维和锦纶纤维制成针织坯纱;(2)喂入全自动电脑编织机织袜;(3)抗菌整理液的浸渍;(4)烘干定型;(5)包装入库。本发明设计合理,工艺简单,织物密度均匀、厚实、抗拉强度高,反复水洗后,仍能保持极佳的吸湿排汗和抗菌除臭性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及袜子技术领域,特别涉及一种抗菌除臭袜及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现今,市场上袜子的种类繁多,按袜筒的长度分,有连裤袜、长筒袜、中筒袜和船袜;按袜口分,有罗口袜、包口袜、户口袜;按使用对象分,有男袜、女袜、儿童袜和老年袜。
随着人们健康观念的深入和对高品质生活的追求,功能性健康保健袜受到很大的欢迎,人们在穿常规袜子时,由于普通棉纤维或氨纶纤维的抗菌性和吸湿性差,袜子里面的汗液不能有效排出,使人脚产生闷热感,脚上的细菌或微生物在湿热的环境下易大量繁殖,带来一系列脚气、脚痒和脚臭问题,对人的健康具有很大危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要克服上述之不足,提供一种抗菌除臭袜及其制备工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案为:
一种抗菌除臭袜,由下述重量百分比的原料织造而成:棉纤维45~65%, 锦纶纤维15~20%。
优选地,所述抗菌保健袜再经过抗菌处理步骤而得。
优选地,所述抗菌处理步骤为将所述抗菌除臭袜在抗菌整理液中浸渍。
优选地,所述抗菌整理液由下述重量份的原料组成:0.2~0.5份纳米银离子、0.6~0.8份硼酸、1~3份薄荷脑、0.1~0.2份渗透剂、3~6份分散剂、90~96份水。
优选地,所述渗透剂由45~60%聚乙烯烷酮和45~60%丁二酸硫磺钠混合而成。
本发明还提供了上述抗菌除臭袜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用包纱或并纱的方式将棉纤维和锦纶纤维制成针织坯纱;
(2)将上述坯纱喂入全自动电脑编织机织袜,袜头、袜身、袜底和袜口均采用斜纹组织;
(3)在70~95℃条件下,将上述袜子在抗菌整理液中浸渍,浸渍时间为20~30min;
(4)将上述浸渍后的袜子烘干并定型,定型温度为110~120℃,定型时间为3~5 min;
(5)将上述所得的成品袜进行质检,检验合格后包装入库。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计合理,工艺简单,织物密度均匀、厚实、抗拉强度高,反复水洗后,仍能保持极佳的吸湿排汗和抗菌除臭性能。

以下通过具体实施例对本发明的特性及其它相关特性作进一步详细描述。同行业普通技术人员应当理解,以下实施例仅用于说明本发明而非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
抗菌除臭袜,按重量百分比包含45%的棉纤维和15%的锦纶纤维。
抗菌整理液,按重量份包含0.2份纳米银离子、0.6份硼酸、1份薄荷脑、0.1份渗透剂、3份分散剂、90份水。
所述渗透剂由45%聚乙烯烷酮和55%丁二酸硫磺钠混合而成。
本发明还提供了上述抗菌除臭袜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用包纱或并纱的方式将棉纤维和锦纶纤维制成针织坯纱;
(2)将上述坯纱喂入全自动电脑编织机织袜,袜头、袜身、袜底和袜口均采用斜纹组织;
(3)在70℃条件下,将上述袜子在抗菌整理液中浸渍,浸渍时间为20min;
(4)将上述浸渍后的袜子烘干并定型,定型温度为110℃,定型时间为3 min;
(5)将上述所得的成品袜进行质检,检验合格后包装入库。
实施例2
抗菌除臭袜,按重量百分比包含65%的棉纤维和20%的锦纶纤维。
抗菌整理液,按重量份包含0.5份纳米银离子、0.8份硼酸、3份薄荷脑、0.2份渗透剂、6份分散剂、95份水。
所述渗透剂由50%聚乙烯烷酮和50%丁二酸硫磺钠混合而成。
本发明还提供了上述抗菌除臭袜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)采用包纱或并纱的方式将棉纤维和锦纶纤维制成针织坯纱;
(2)将上述坯纱喂入全自动电脑编织机织袜,袜头、袜身、袜底和袜口均采用斜纹组织;
(3)在95℃条件下,将上述袜子在抗菌整理液中浸渍,浸渍时间为30min;
(4)将上述浸渍后的袜子烘干并定型,定型温度为120℃,定型时间为5 min;
(5)将上述所得的成品袜进行质检,检验合格后包装入库。
Claims (3)
1.一种抗菌除臭袜,其特征在于,由下述重量百分比的原料
织造而成:棉纤维45~65%, 锦纶纤维15~20%;
所述抗菌保健袜再经过抗菌处理步骤而得;
所述抗菌处理步骤为将所述抗菌除臭袜在抗菌整理液中浸渍;
所述抗菌整理液由下述重量份的原料组成:0.2~0.5份纳米银离子、0.6~0.8份硼酸、1~3份薄荷脑、0.1~0.2份渗透剂、3~6份分散剂、90~96份水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌除臭袜,其特征在于:所述渗透剂由45~60%聚乙烯烷酮和45~60%丁二酸硫磺钠混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的抗菌除臭袜的制备工艺,其特征在于,具有如下步骤:
(1)采用包纱或并纱的方式将棉纤维和锦纶纤维制成针织坯纱;
(2)将上述坯纱喂入全自动电脑编织机织袜,袜头、袜身、袜底和袜口均采用斜纹组织;
(3)在70~95℃条件下,将上述袜子在抗菌整理液中浸渍,浸渍时间为20~30min;
(4)将上述浸渍后的袜子烘干并定型,定型温度为110~120℃,定型时间为3~5 min;
(5)将上述所得的成品袜进行质检,检验合格后包装入库。
