Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的原料:紫薯14‑16.7份、葛根5‑7.4份、龙眼肉2.6‑4.1份、西红柿8.8‑10.5份、低聚果糖4‑6.6份、复合氨基酸5.2‑7.5份、甘薯12.1‑14.3份和山药4.5‑7份。本发明原料来源广泛,采用农产品、低聚果糖和复合氨基酸为原料,安全无副作用,通过将不同的原料采用不同的制备方法,得到不同的产物,再将不同的产物与低聚果糖和复合氨基酸配合使用,制备的成品具有良好的治疗痛风的作用,应用前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品领域,具体是一种具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品。
背景技术
随着人们经济收入的增加和人们社会压力的增加,越来越多的人会购买保健食品。保健食品是食品的一个种类,具有一般食品的共性,能调节人体的机能,适于特定人群食用,但不能治疗疾病。保健(功能)食品在欧美各国被称为“健康食品”,在日本被称为“功能食品”。我国保健(功能)食品的兴起是在20世纪80年代末90年代初,经过一、二代的发展,也将迈入第三代。
随着社会经济活动的日益频繁和现代生活节奏的不断加快,近年来,社会各阶层人士越来越明显地体会到了精神压力给人们带来的沉重之累,给身体带来了许多负面的影响,痛风就是其中一种常见的症状。
痛风是由单钠尿酸盐沉积所致的晶体相关性关节病,与嘌呤代谢紊乱和(或)尿酸排泄减少所致的高尿酸血症直接相关,特指急性特征性关节炎和慢性痛风石疾病,主要包括急性发作性关节炎、痛风石形成、痛风石性慢性关节炎、尿酸盐肾病和尿酸性尿路结石,重者可出现关节残疾和肾功能不全。目前痛风尚未有根治的方法,临床上多用药物缓解疼痛,但是治标不治本,而且该类药物副作用打,对人体有损害,目前市场上尚未有治疗痛风的保健食品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品,包括以下重量份的原料:紫薯14-16.7份、葛根5-7.4份、龙眼肉2.6-4.1份、西红柿8.8-10.5份、低聚果糖4-6.6份、复合氨基酸5.2-7.5份、甘薯12.1-14.3份和山药4.5-7份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:复合氨基酸包括赖氨酸、天冬氨酸、茶氨酸、丝氨酸、苯丙氨酸、异亮氨酸和色氨酸中的至少五种。
作为本发明进一步的方案:低聚果糖的相对分子量为550-880。
所述具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将紫薯与龙眼肉分别粉碎至50-80目,再用其重量5-7倍的质量分数为55-72%的乙醇溶液提取3-4次,每次50-70分钟,过滤并且将提取液浓缩至其体积的30-45%,得到紫薯提取液和龙眼肉提取液;
步骤二,将甘薯和西红柿浸泡在其重量14-20倍的水中4-6小时,破碎至50-80目并且分别在pH值为5.5-6.6和32-45摄氏度下酶解,酶解完全后灭酶,过滤得到甘薯酶解液和西红柿酶解液;
步骤三,将葛根冷冻干燥至水的质量分数为3.4-5%,然后在其体积5-7倍的水中煎煮2-3次,过滤并且合并煎煮液,得到葛根煎煮液;
步骤四,将山药清洗干净并且粉碎,用其重量8-10倍的去离子水在65-80摄氏度下提取2-3次,提取物用1K分子量的膜进行截流浓缩,在4500-6200高斯的磁场中保持3-6分钟,将残留液干燥即得山药提取物;
步骤五,将紫薯提取液、龙眼肉提取液、甘薯酶解液、西红柿酶解液、葛根煎煮液、山药提取物、低聚果糖和复合氨基酸在高混机中混合均匀,然后喷雾干燥,得到粉剂成品。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤一中乙醇提取采用功率为80-105W,频率为12-18KHz的超声波辅助。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤五中高混机的混合速度为3360-3690rpm。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤五中喷雾干燥的温度为65-80摄氏度,压强为2.6-3.8MPa。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明原料来源广泛,采用农产品、低聚果糖和复合氨基酸为原料,安全无副作用,通过将不同的原料采用不同的制备方法,得到不同的产物,再将不同的产物与低聚果糖和复合氨基酸配合使用,制备的成品具有良好的治疗痛风的作用,应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品,包括以下重量份的原料:紫薯14份、葛根5份、龙眼肉2.6份、西红柿8.8份、低聚果糖4份、复合氨基酸5.2份、甘薯12.1份和山药4.5份。复合氨基酸包括赖氨酸、天冬氨酸、丝氨酸、苯丙氨酸和色氨酸的混合物。
所述具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将紫薯与龙眼肉分别粉碎至60目,再用其重量5倍的质量分数为64%的乙醇溶液提取3次并且采用功率为88W,频率为16KHz的超声波辅助,每次58分钟,过滤并且将提取液浓缩至其体积的38%,得到紫薯提取液和龙眼肉提取液;
步骤二,将甘薯和西红柿浸泡在其重量17倍的水中5小时,破碎至60目并且分别在pH值为5.8和37摄氏度下酶解,酶解完全后灭酶,过滤得到甘薯酶解液和西红柿酶解液;
步骤三,将葛根冷冻干燥至水的质量分数为4.2%,然后在其体积6倍的水中煎煮2次,过滤并且合并煎煮液,得到葛根煎煮液;
步骤四,将山药清洗干净并且粉碎,用其重量8倍的去离子水在72摄氏度下提取2次,提取物用1K分子量的膜进行截流浓缩,在4860高斯的磁场中保持5分钟,将残留液干燥即得山药提取物;
步骤五,将紫薯提取液、龙眼肉提取液、甘薯酶解液、西红柿酶解液、葛根煎煮液、山药提取物、低聚果糖和复合氨基酸在高混机中混合均匀,然后喷雾干燥,得到粉剂成品。
实施例2
一种具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品,包括以下重量份的原料:紫薯15.1份、葛根5.8份、龙眼肉3.3份、西红柿9.6份、低聚果糖4.9份、复合氨基酸6.4份、甘薯13.5份和山药5.8份。低聚果糖的相对分子量为550-750。
所述具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将紫薯与龙眼肉分别粉碎至70目,再用其重量6倍的质量分数为60%的乙醇溶液提取4次,每次58分钟,过滤并且将提取液浓缩至其体积的40%,得到紫薯提取液和龙眼肉提取液;
步骤二,将甘薯和西红柿浸泡在其重量18倍的水中5.5小时,破碎至70目并且分别在pH值为6.3和40摄氏度下酶解,酶解完全后灭酶,过滤得到甘薯酶解液和西红柿酶解液;
步骤三,将葛根冷冻干燥至水的质量分数为4.6%,然后在其体积6倍的水中煎煮3次,过滤并且合并煎煮液,得到葛根煎煮液;
步骤四,将山药清洗干净并且粉碎,用其重量9倍的去离子水在74摄氏度下提取2次,提取物用1K分子量的膜进行截流浓缩,在5860高斯的磁场中保持4分钟,将残留液干燥即得山药提取物;
步骤五,将紫薯提取液、龙眼肉提取液、甘薯酶解液、西红柿酶解液、葛根煎煮液、山药提取物、低聚果糖和复合氨基酸在转速为3450rpm的高混机中混合均匀,然后喷雾干燥,得到粉剂成品。
实施例3
一种具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品,包括以下重量份的原料:紫薯16.3份、葛根7份、龙眼肉3.8份、西红柿10.2份、低聚果糖6.3份、复合氨基酸7.2份、甘薯13.6份和山药6.7份。复合氨基酸包括赖氨酸、天冬氨酸、茶氨酸、丝氨酸、苯丙氨酸和异亮氨酸的混合物。低聚果糖的相对分子量为640-880。
所述具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将紫薯与龙眼肉分别粉碎至60目,再用其重量6倍的质量分数为66%的乙醇溶液提取4次,每次64分钟,过滤并且将提取液浓缩至其体积的38%,得到紫薯提取液和龙眼肉提取液;
步骤二,将甘薯和西红柿浸泡在其重量16倍的水中5小时,破碎至60目并且分别在pH值为6.2和40摄氏度下酶解,酶解完全后灭酶,过滤得到甘薯酶解液和西红柿酶解液;
步骤三,将葛根冷冻干燥至水的质量分数为4.6%,然后在其体积7倍的水中煎煮2次,过滤并且合并煎煮液,得到葛根煎煮液;
步骤四,将山药清洗干净并且粉碎,用其重量9倍的去离子水在74摄氏度下提取3次,提取物用1K分子量的膜进行截流浓缩,在6150高斯的磁场中保持5分钟,将残留液干燥即得山药提取物;
步骤五,将紫薯提取液、龙眼肉提取液、甘薯酶解液、西红柿酶解液、葛根煎煮液、山药提取物、低聚果糖和复合氨基酸在高混机中混合均匀,然后喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥的温度为72摄氏度,压强为3.4MPa,得到粉剂成品。
实施例4
一种具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品,包括以下重量份的原料:紫薯16.7份、葛根7.4份、龙眼肉4.1份、西红柿10.5份、低聚果糖6.6份、复合氨基酸7.5份、甘薯14.3份和山药7份。复合氨基酸包括赖氨酸、天冬氨酸、茶氨酸、丝氨酸、苯丙氨酸、异亮氨酸和色氨酸的混合物。低聚果糖的相对分子量为550-880。
所述具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将紫薯与龙眼肉分别粉碎至80目,再用其重量5倍的质量分数为68%的乙醇溶液提取3次并且采用功率为88W,频率为16KHz的超声波辅助,每次58分钟,过滤并且将提取液浓缩至其体积的42%,得到紫薯提取液和龙眼肉提取液;
步骤二,将甘薯和西红柿浸泡在其重量17倍的水中4小时,破碎至70目并且分别在pH值为5.9和38摄氏度下酶解,酶解完全后灭酶,过滤得到甘薯酶解液和西红柿酶解液;
步骤三,将葛根冷冻干燥至水的质量分数为3.4-5%,然后在其体积5-7倍的水中煎煮2-3次,过滤并且合并煎煮液,得到葛根煎煮液;
步骤四,将山药清洗干净并且粉碎,用其重量8-10倍的去离子水在65-80摄氏度下提取2-3次,提取物用1K分子量的膜进行截流浓缩,在4500-6200高斯的磁场中保持3-6分钟,将残留液干燥即得山药提取物;
步骤五,将紫薯提取液、龙眼肉提取液、甘薯酶解液、西红柿酶解液、葛根煎煮液、山药提取物、低聚果糖和复合氨基酸在转速为3600rpm的高混机中混合均匀,然后喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥的温度为77摄氏度,压强为3.4MPa,得到粉剂成品。
对比例1
除不具有葛根和低聚果糖,其余原料和制备方法均与实施例2相同。
对比例2
采用市售的秋水仙碱作为对比例2。
选择20-40岁患有不同程度痛风的患者600名,男女各半,年龄符合统计学原理,将患者平均随机分为6组,对1-4的患者服用实施例1-4的产品,对5-6组的患者服用对比例1-2的产品,每天50克,坚持一个月,查看患者的治疗效果。治疗标准:痊愈:治疗后临床症状消失,化验血尿酸指标正常;改善:治疗后临床症状消失,但是化验血尿酸指标未降至正常;无效:治疗后临床症和血尿酸指标没有改变。治疗效果见表1。

从表1中可以看出实施例1-4的产品在痊愈率和有效率上均远远高于对比例1-2的产品,表明本发明的产品在治疗痛风方面具有良好的效果。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。

1.一种具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:紫薯14-16.7份、葛根5-7.4份、龙眼肉2.6-4.1份、西红柿8.8-10.5份、低聚果糖4-6.6份、复合氨基酸5.2-7.5份、甘薯12.1-14.3份和山药4.5-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品,其特征在于,所述复合氨基酸包括赖氨酸、天冬氨酸、茶氨酸、丝氨酸、苯丙氨酸、异亮氨酸和色氨酸中的至少五种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品,其特征在于,所述低聚果糖的相对分子量为550-880。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将紫薯与龙眼肉分别粉碎至50-80目,再用其重量5-7倍的质量分数为55-72%的乙醇溶液提取3-4次,每次50-70分钟,过滤并且将提取液浓缩至其体积的30-45%,得到紫薯提取液和龙眼肉提取液;
步骤二,将甘薯和西红柿浸泡在其重量14-20倍的水中4-6小时,破碎至50-80目并且分别在pH值为5.5-6.6和32-45摄氏度下酶解,酶解完全后灭酶,过滤得到甘薯酶解液和西红柿酶解液;
步骤三,将葛根冷冻干燥至水的质量分数为3.4-5%,然后在其体积5-7倍的水中煎煮2-3次,过滤并且合并煎煮液,得到葛根煎煮液;
步骤四,将山药清洗干净并且粉碎,用 其重量8-10 倍的去离子水在65-80摄氏度下提取2-3次,提取物用 1K 分子量的膜进行截流浓缩,在4500-6200高斯的磁场中保持3-6分钟,将残留液干燥即得山药提取物;
步骤五,将紫薯提取液、龙眼肉提取液、甘薯酶解液、西红柿酶解液、葛根煎煮液、山药提取物、低聚果糖和复合氨基酸在高混机中混合均匀,然后喷雾干燥,得到粉剂成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中乙醇提取采用功率为80-105W,频率为12-18KHz的超声波辅助。
6.根据权利要求4所述的具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中高混机的混合速度为3360-3690rpm。
7.根据权利要求4所述的具有治疗痛风作用的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中喷雾干燥的温度为65-80摄氏度,压强为2.6-3.8MPa。
