Abstract
本发明通过采用机械性结构代替凸轮机构来作
为将回转力传递到挡板的开闭运动上的装置,以克服
上述凸轮机构的缺点。马达的回转力通过减速齿轮
系转换成齿条的往复运动,该往复运动传递到自由转
动的挡板上而成为开闭运动。齿条和挡板的连接部
设置于挡板支轴的偏心位置上,并且通过使弹性板介
于该部分之间,赋予挡板作没有滑动的开闭运动,从
而可获得较大的挡板开启量。
Description
本发明涉及冰箱内用挡板控制冷气入口的开闭的风门装置驱动部分的改进。
传统的风门装置,如在实用新型公开1988年第57877-号公报所报导的那样,马达的回转力通过减速齿轮系减速后,传递到在旋转的齿轮一侧突出形成的端面凸轮上,并通过与该端面凸轮滑动连接、与上述在端面凸轮上形成的齿轮端面相对作垂直向移动的挺杆来开闭挡板。挡板的开闭动作是以挡板的支点为中心的旋转运动,其结构是通过端面凸轮驱动的挺杆使其向开的方向移动,通过向闭的方向反弹的板弹簧的推力使其向闭的方向旋转。
上述传统的风门装置存在以下缺点:
1.挡板的开闭尺寸(开闭范围)受凸轮形状的限制。
2.由于挡板的关闭力仅依靠板弹簧的弹力,结冰时挡板易卡住。
3.如果要加大开启尺寸,则凸轮的突出量要增大,轴向厚度变厚,因此,整个装置会大型化。
本发明的目的在于:通过采用机械性结构来取代凸轮机构作为将马达旋转力传递给挡板开闭运动的装置,以克服上述凸轮机构的缺点。
图1是风门装置的正视图;
图2是风门装置的局部剖侧视图;
图3是马达、减速齿轮系及齿条部分的局部剖正视图;
图4是减速齿轮系及齿条部分的剖视图;
图5是弹性板的俯视图。
图1-图5示出了在冰箱内通过挡板控制冷气入口的本发明的风门装置1。该风门装置1配备有作为驱动源的马达2以及通过该马达2使其向闭方向驱动的挡板3,它们均安装于机架4的前侧。
机架4是成整体成形的板状塑料模制品。在其中央部稍上方处,形成冷气入口5,在其下方左右两侧设有两个轴承6,以它们下方的隔板7为界,整体地形成多个用于卡止马达2的卡止片8。
而且,上述挡板3如图1、图2所示,利用其下方向一侧突出的两根支轴9的一部分,从一侧插入轴承6,回转自如地被支承着。另外,衬垫10的一部分贴靠于冷气入口5,以关闭冷气入口5。
此外,该挡板3还在其下方的连接部14,在相对于支轴9的偏心位置形成中空部11,在形成于该中空部11上的槽口13中,压入并固定弹性板12。另外,中空部11的正面以及与机架4相对的背面开着口,为了能插入下述齿条15的突出部16,在其下侧面形成有开口部17。
弹性板12,如图2所示,从侧面看呈“
”字状,此外,如图5所示,上侧的折曲片121的一部分压入并固定在上侧的槽口13中,另外,下侧的两块弹性片122的一部分则进入到下侧的中空部11的内部,背面板123的一部分与连结部14的正面相抵接,通过将弹性板12压入槽口13,中空部11的正面便成为闭合状态。此外,如图2、图5所示,弹性片122将联结轴22以一受力状态安装于连接部14上。即,通过弹性片122,联结轴22始终抵触于连结部14上,而与挡板3开闭位置无关,处于不发生摇动的状态。
另一方面,上述马达2与机架4的正面相抵接,并通过使卡止片8和在传动箱20外侧形成的卡止段18相连接,固定于机架4上。传动箱20内的马达2的旋转,通过减速齿轮系减速,传递到与末级齿轮相啮合的齿条15上。另外,减速齿轮系19是考虑了挡板3的开闭周期以及基于马达2的旋转规定的开闭量而设计的。
齿条15跨骑于传动箱20内的导轨21上,以便能沿着导轨21纵向往复移动地收容于该箱内。而且,其一端露出于传动箱20之外,在突出部16的前端整体地形成向两侧突出的联结轴22,若马达2处于安装于机架4规定位置的状态,齿条15的突出部16从开口部17进入中空部11的内部,位于两块弹性片122之间。
在处于安装状态时,联结轴22以其图示上侧的一部分,与中空部11的上面相抵接,并以其下侧的一部分与两弹性片122相抵接。另外,两块弹性片122在中空部11内处于可弹性变形状态。由于中空部11在上下方向(见图1、图2)比联结轴大,因此,联结轴22在中空部11中,处于上下方向上存在游隙的状态。就是这样,与齿条15形成一体的联结轴22被设置在偏心于挡板3的支轴9的位置上,并且通过与挡板3的连结部14相连接而形成连结状态。
如果使马达2向规定的方向旋转,提升齿条15,则联结轴22-便抵靠于中空部11的上表面,使挡板3朝开启方向转动。这样,冷气入口5就成为开启状态。如果使马达2朝反方向旋转,则联结轴22以其下侧部分抵靠于弹性板12的弹性片122上,将弹性片122压下,使挡板3朝闭合方向转动。
而且,挡板3的衬垫10贴靠于冷气入口5的四周,中空部11的下表面和联结轴22之间处于具有游隙的状态,在变成完全闭合状态后,齿条15也能作超限运动。因此,即使关闭挡板3方向上大的力作用于齿条15,它们的连结部分也不会损坏。另外,挡板3结冰时,联结轴22使弹性片122弯曲,推压中空部11的下表面,结冰状态解除后,如果挡板3能转动,则依靠弹性板12的回复力可先转动到关闭方向。
再有,上述实施例将联结轴22置于靠近机架4的一侧,将支轴9配置于离开机架4的方向上,支轴9和联结轴22的配置关系,也可以与此相反。此外,关于马达2,可以考虑使用直流电机、无刷电机和步进电机等。
在本发明中,由于齿条的往复直线运动直接成为挡板开启及关闭方向的驱动力,因此,即使挡板结冰处于锁死状态,如果在马达的转矩范围内,也能工作。对于由于挡板结冰等妨碍开闭动作等因素,可以通过改变马达外加频率提高转矩解决。挡板的开闭范围可根据齿条的往复移动量来设定,因此,就没有必要如传统方法那样,按照挡板的开闭行程来加厚凸轮的厚度,并能使驱动部薄型化。而且,由于齿条的直线移动范围较广,因此,可以获得挡板开启量增大、冷气流量增大等效果。
Claims (3)
1、一种风门装置,马达的旋转减速后传递到挡板上,以挡板的支轴为中心,使挡板作自由往复移动的开闭转动,其特征在于:使齿条啮合于与马达旋转结合的减速齿轮系末级齿轮,并使所述齿条连接于相对挡板支轴的偏心位置上。
2、如权利要求1所述的风门装置,其特征在于:所述齿条前端的联结轴插入于挡板偏心位置的中空部中,使在所述联结轴一侧的一部分抵接于中空部的壁面,与此同时,使在所述联结轴另一侧的部分抵接于挡板偏心位置上的弹性板。
3、如权利要求1所述的风门装置,其特征在于:所述偏心位置位于所述装有挡板的机架和所述支轴之间,在和所述挡板的往复移动垂直方向上移动所述齿条。
