Description

Planting method for improving honeysuckle quality
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of honeysuckle planting, in particular to a planting method for improving honeysuckle quality.
Background
Honeysuckle is a large amount of common traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and is an important Chinese medicinal material in the scheme 2009 edition of the influenza A H1N1 traditional Chinese medicine and the reference prescription for resisting H7N9 avian influenza published by the State administration of traditional Chinese medicine for resisting SARS, wherein the honeysuckle is an important Chinese medicinal material in the reference prescription for resisting SARS and resisting H7N9 avian influenza.
The honeysuckle contains a plurality of active ingredients, wherein chlorogenic acid and luteolin are index ingredients of the honeysuckle in the Chinese pharmacopoeia of 2015 edition, and other active ingredients such as luteolin and isoquercitrin also have the functions of anti-inflammation and antivirus. Chlorogenic acid is mainly distributed in the internal and external epidermal cells and the sub-epidermal parenchyma cells of young buds and green buds of Lonicera confusa.
The development conditions of medicinal plants at different stages can affect the accumulation of active ingredient content, and the plant growth regulator can affect the growth and development of plants and the natural rhythm of plants. The gibberellin has obvious regulation effect on flower bud differentiation and flowering of plants, and the spraying of the gibberellin in vitro can increase the length of flower buds, the thousand bud weight and the single plant yield of the honeysuckle. Therefore, gibberellin is sprayed at the early stage of bud, the growth and development of the honeysuckle are regulated and controlled, and the content of main active ingredients in the honeysuckle is increased.
